They arrived on time, price was reasonable, and they did an excellent job cleaning the carpet and re-stretching the carpet. I highly recommend them.

Just had them to clean carpets in two rooms and stretch carpet in one of them. Very efficient and pleasant crew. Finished in less time than originally thought. So happy with service that hired them for another area to be cleaned and stretched for next week and still a fourth room later in the year. What a pleasant surprise after picking them from internet with no personal referral.

We had a clogged toilet overflow that ran from the bathroom, through the adjoining wall onto the kitchen floor and seeped under the carpeting throughout the hallway, 2 bedrooms and half the living room. It was an absolute disaster. I called GM Carpet Care on Monday morning at 9:10AM, Marc answered the phone. I explained the situation to him and he said he would come in the early afternoon to assess it. He was here in less than 2 hours and used instruments to see where the padding was wet underneath and where there was already mold. He was back within 2 hours and pulled up corners of the carpet and placed 7 fans under the carpet to dry everything out. He also brought a huge dehumidifier to dry out the rooms. We started at 75% humidity and after 2 days of the fans and dehumidifier running, everything dried out and the humidity was down to 28%. Marcs team then applied disinfectant and deodorizer and re-installed the carpeting they had pulled up 2 days earlier. Marc and his team are the most knowledgeable, professional and courteous people I have ever hired to do any type of job in my home. I highly recommend them for any of your carpet needs. Marc always calls when he is on his way so you know when he will be there. He is very punctual and reliable. As a matter of fact, we had the exact same problem 3 yrs ago and I called the nationally well known carpet cleaners who I now realize did not do a thorough job at all!! I will never, ever call anyone except GM Carpet Care in the future. My 3 year old carpet looks better than when it was new. Thank you Marc, I look forward to working with you again; hopefully, for just a routine carpet cleaning.

I’ve used this company previously and was very happy, this time I had an area rug taken out and cleaned along with being deodorized it came back within a week and it was perfect, like a new carpet which is 12 years old, and the first time being professionally serviced. Very pleased with the quality of the rug cleaning. Had my 4 area rugs taken to the plant for in-house cleaning. There was dog urine on one of the carpets and it was expertly cleaned. Very happy with not only the cleaning service, but the professionalism of the workers who picked up and delivered the rugs. Would use again.

We had a wonderful experience with the gentlemen from GM Carpets. The owner came out to explain what needed to be done to stretch our carpets to remove bumps and baggy spots. They did a great job, making the carpets look like new. For the second time I had a very large area carpet that one of my animals decided to pee on many times and stain. I called Mark to get an explanation of his findings at my rental property, where he was called by my tenant to possibly repair the carpet. His response to me was horrible, he was very rude and condescending. If he felt that the carpet needed to be replaced thats fine, I just ask to be treated respectfully and not the nasty tone I recieved from him. Needless to say I did not use GM Carpet Care to replace the carpet, I had the carpet replaced by another company. I would not recommend using this company to anyone, unless you enjoy being talked down to.

They have been calling for weeks and have been told our number is on DNC list. They ignore the person who answers the phone and tells them politely we do not need their services. They hang up just before they are asked not to call again.Dudes, hit up the carpet stores for your phone list. If youve called someone over a month and havent got a bite, stop calling. Just saying.

Exercise caution when making an appointment. Had awful experience with the office trying to make an appointment for an elderly parent who is a tenant and the landlord was paying the bill, so the lady in the office had to do an extra step administratively, which frustrated her. Office person remarked that owner said we sounded sketchy and she was quite loud and rude. She added that we should look for another company to work with. We tried to contact the owner directly, but two calls were ignored with no apology offered.
