I asked Heavens Best to come in and clean my couch and 2 carpets after moving into my new apartment. Mark came to the apartment complex on time and was completed after a little over an hour. There were a few heavy stains on the back of the couch but he took them out like they were nothing! I was so happy with the end look. What a great and professional service! I have been using Heavens Best for carpet and upholstery cleaning for a few years and I am always pleased with the results. I have 3 very active children who cant seem to eat in one spot and my carpets and couches always look like new after a cleaning. I am especially happy with the ideology of a safe product without harsh chemicals as well. I keep a bottle of their spot remover on hand for quick spills and it works better than any other brand on the market that I have tried. Wow! So impressed with his work and his presentation. All my spots out! And my carpet, sofa and chair look brand new. Took barely no time to dry and I have had many carpet cleaners in my years who have so saturated the carpet! No question in my mind, I will use Craig again! Very nice and competent young man.
