Sal is my favorite barber ever. And the guy who works Wednesday’s, Luigi, is equally my favorite barber ever (side note: ask him to do your eyebrows, he does them for free and they turn out great!). I’m telling you my family and friends always ask me where I go to get my haircut because they can tell the difference between when I go to Sal’s and when I go elsewhere. I wish he wasn’t so far away for me or that my schedule allowed me to go there more often, but I still drive there as much as I can to get it done!

Was referred through a friend and mr sal did not disappoint was thoroughly impressed with how professional he is as a barber and it shows through his work Id say mandalorian level and i plan to keep bringing my 11 yo son for his cut great with kids as well again you wont be disappointed and priced very reasonably considering the mans years of experience!

I love that the building is all original, it has a lot of character especially since theyre in downtown TR. Great place with great prices and wonderful people.

I Have been going to this place for a few weeks now and already love it, Sal is a great guy, so considerate and EXTREMELY nice and such a postive person. They know what they are doing and it shows its. Sal is just greatto to talk to while getting your hair cut and gives advise on how to make your hair look good i would defantly recommend this place to anyone who is looking the best style of hair. Been going to Sals Place since 1988 when I was 5. Hes not just a great barber but a genuine nice guy. My 2 year old son now goes and Sal is by far the best with kids.

They want appts, I was a walk in, I waited and finaly my hair was cut in 5 mins, its short just needed a tune up. Wanted a shave but that is also an appt, it seems. I dont have time for hair appts, really !!! I have major drs appts and thats more important than my dam hair cut !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Best barber Ive ever been to! Ive tried dozens of barbers in the Toms River area and was never happy with the results. Sals haircut was the first haircut Ive ever gotten that I actually liked.

Sal is great guy who remembers you and gives you a great cut...if something happens to be wrong go back the next day or two and he will fix it... Never had to go back though....
