Nice sized area. I went to a wedding here. The food was very good. The room that the appetizers were served was a little small but the main room was a good size. Easy to get around and the bathrooms were nice. Inside a hotel which was nice, made finding the place easier plus gave us the option to stay there if we needed to.

They did an awesome job for the company party I attended. Although the structure has been there for a long time, it has been remodeled and is a very pleasant place to convene. Would recommend having an event here. Very friendly staff.

My husband and I can not thank the staff at Atlantis Ballroom enough for their hard work, patience, guidance, attention to detail, and overall positive disposition while planning our wedding reception. It was effortless working with Samantha and Nicole while planning our wedding. Every email ranging from a silly question to what I thought was going to be a giant issue was answered promptly and handled by these ladies with ease reducing my stress level tremendously and instantly! When it came time to our wedding day our Maitre d, Erik, was amazing! Anything we wanted or needed he made happen without question. He went above and beyond for us and we greatly appreciated it. The Days Hotel room coordinator, Pamela, was extremely helpful when it came to booking rooms for our out of town guests. Also, Barbara at the front desk was a pleasure to work with and tremendously accommodating. I once had to call Barbara three or four times in the spand of two hours and each time I called she was more than pleasant! The ballroom and hotel itself was fantastic. It was all up to date and perfect for the style reception we wanted. I would recommend Atlantis Ballroom to anyone looking for a venue for their special day!

My husband and I were married here in February 2014! I highly recommend this venue to anyone! The staff was top notch, our planner Melissa was awesome and immediately returned any phone calls. She was quick to resolve any planning issues and always there to help. Ive been to a few weddings here before and have always been impressed with the beautiful set up, delicious food, and friendly staff. I didnt feel stressed out and knew my husband and I were in good hands here. I sent a box of extra decor that I wanted displayed for the BIG day and they put a lot of time and detail into every rose petal placement. My guests were very pleased as well, and I didnt hear ONE complaint. My husband and I were so pleased at having our wedding reception here. Dont hesitate to call and get more details! You cant beat them. It was truly an epic day. =)

My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Atlantis Ballroom this past Friday, and it was absolutely perfect. Jen M and Debbie were there to help with every step of planning and to answer all my crazy questions. The room was set up beautifully, with all our decorations placed how we imagined along with a few extra ideas. The food was excellent and plentiful. Our guests gave many compliments on the food, including the childrens chicken fingers and vegan options. A lot of our guests were also from out of town, and stayed at the Days Hotel. Jen S helped make sure our guests rooms were close to one another, and that we had enough space and time for the bridal party to get ready. I would highly recommend the Atlantis Ballroom to any couple looking for their venue, our wedding was perfect.

My husband and I had our reception on May 20, 2017 at the Atlantis Ballroom. Jennifer and the entire staff at the Atlantis Ballroom were absolutely phenomenal every step of the way. Jennifer was always there anytime I had a question through out the entire planning process with a quick response. The ballroom looked even better then I could have imagined and all of the things that I wanted were set up perfectly. The food for the cocktail hour and reception were great, everyone commented about about how delicious their entrees were, especially the prime rib. The entire staff made the entire process easy and stress free, and helped us truly make our Wedding Day, the perfect day.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Atlantis Ballroom. From day one of planning until the actual wedding day, Tracey and her team were amazing. They never made me feel as if I had any odd requests or as if they were just trying to book another wedding, they were so helpful and reassured me my day would be exactly what I wanted. They made my vision come to life on what I pictured my wedding would be. We held our ceremony there as well and it was decorated beautifully, the cocktail hour was also beautiful with a wide assortment of choices for our guests and the reception was perfect. The lighting we went with added to the beauty of the room along with the centerpieces. Samantha, was wonderful with making sure our day went smoothly and that we did not need anything. The food was delicious and everyone complimented us on how gorgeous everything looked. The manager at this place was so pleasant to work with. We came here for a friends wedding and helped with the flow of the reception. I dont remember his name but he was flexible with the times for things with in our time window and even helped out with were to take photos because the couple wasnt able to go where they planned to go. The staffing team for this sunday event was also very professional!

Food disappointment

My daughter was recently married at the Atlantis ballroom and it was absolutely the most beautiful wedding.Melissa and Tracy I cannot thank you enough for your kindness and patience. My daughter is a very nervous person and the girls always seemed to make her feel so comfortable. The day of the wedding the room looked gorgeous, Samantha was fantastic and the food was simply delicious. Every single detail was planned and executed flawlessly. Thank you for making my little girls dream the most wonderful day we will all remember forever!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Atlantis Ballroom. My husband and I had our wedding there 2 years ago. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the ceremony ( beautifully decorated) to the cocktail hour, wonderful food, great, friendly servers then, on to the reception. The room was spectacular. We were in the Coral Room, I could not have asked for a more perfect day for my wedding. 2 years later, people are still talking about what a wonderful time they had. The staff from The Atlantis Ballroom did not miss one detail from start to finish. Every bride should look here for your wedding. You will not be disappointed!!

My husband and I had our reception here on November 2, 2013. From day one, I knew this was the place for us. With him being in the military, we planned our wedding in a little more than a month. Tracey, Melissa and Samantha were so nice, helpful and most of all sincere. Any questions I had were quickly and efficiently answered, with a smile. They are truly amazing at what they do.Our cocktail hour was in the palms restaurant. I came in for a sneak peek during to say my hellos. The room was decorated nicely, with plenty of room for everyone. There was so much food and it was so yummy. I chose to add the jersey shore station and the cheese steak was delicious. My guests and I were very impressed.My reception took place in the Coral Ballroom. It was GORGEOUS, to say the least. It comfortably sat all 90 of my guests as well. The food was AMAZING. I chose the portabella napoleon as the appetizer. It was so good i devoured the entire thing. For my entrees I had a choice of the Chicken Florentine and the Prime Rib. I ordered the chicken and my husband ordered the Rib. I stole a few bites of his. Both entrees were incredible. I wish that I had more room in my stomach so I could keep eating. During the reception, Samantha and staff was available at all times for my guests and I. It was a really nice, personal touch.All in all, everything was absolutely perfect. My friends and family had so much fun. They kept telling me how beautiful the room was, how delicious the food was and overall how great of a time they had. It was the best time of my life and Id like to thank everyone at the Holiday Inn for that. My husband and I are looking forward for our one year anniversary so we can do it all over again!!

My company has several business events in the Atlantis Ballroom. The event staff are simply wonderful. They are extremely accommodating, and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect and answer any questions (of which, there are always a ton) The servers are helpful, the food is always great, and the room is always set perfectly. And, any last minute changes are handled so smoothly. Highly recommended!

Our sons wedding was held here and it was absolutely fabulous! From the cocktail hour, to the dessert, the food was wonderful. Service was amazing from the day they booked their wedding right through to their special night. And the room looked incredible...we were all speechless when we walked in. I had my wedding at the Atlantis Ballroom on 11/3/13 and it was more than what I could have imagined! The staff always thought one step ahead of me and had an answer before I even had a question! The food was amazing and place was beautiful! I recommended it two of my friends who were recently engaged and they would be crazy not to have their wedding here because it is the facility, food, and staff for a great price! My fiance and I are getting married at the Atlantis Ballroom this coming winter. I had a really bad experience with a few other venues with them not responding to my emails and getting back to me, but this was not the case with the Atlantis Ballroom. Melissa was great and responded back to me almost immediately the first time I contacted her and has been very quick to respond to any questions I have since then. They have a great price and some really good specials to add on to the standard packages. Booking with the Atlantis Ballroom has taken a lot of stress out of the wedding planning process for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking in the area!

My husband and I worked closely with Tracy during the planning process, in addition to receiving some help from Melissa at times too. All of our guests raved about the cocktail hour which featured a Buffet Station and Smashed Potato Bar. (I wish I could eat those mashed potatoes always.) Our guests said that the food served was some of the tastiest food they have eaten at a wedding with some noting that the Herb Roasted Chicken was the best chicken they have eaten at a wedding ever.After our wedding, our guests expressed to us how much fun it was. Several guests said that it was one of the best weddings they had ever been too. Our day definitely would not have been the wonderful day it was without everyone at The Atlantis Ballroom. My wedding there was unreal! Food was amazing, decor was amazing, staff was amazing - just everything was perfect!! I got married over a year ago and people still tell me how the food was delicious and how it looked beautiful! I would definitely recommend this place!!

From day one, we were very pleased with the professionalism and detail oriented planning that Atlantis Ballroom upheld. The whole process was easily laid out in front of us. Everything from choosing our colors, menus and drinks to details about cocktail hour and reception details was handled with the utmost care. We would be giving a flawless review if it hadnt been for the wedding cake. Overall everything was breathtaking. Every detail handled perfectly. Dotting Every I and crossing every T. But our wedding cake, was not in the same condition it was when it was dropped off the day before. While being unsure of how it was stored over night, it was damaged when we got to our reception. Extremely dried out, all the decorations on the cakes (wedding cake AND grooms cake) were damaged as if they had been either left out and got too hot and melted, or had been put in a fridge that was far too cold. Whether it was incorrect temperature maintenance or condensation in a refrigerator, it really upset my mother and me. My mother whom was the one who made our cakes and has done so professionally for the last 40 years. Even though it was still beautiful and no one other than her and myself was truly aware of what happened, she was heart broken because of the time and care she had put into making the cake for her last childs wedding was all for naught. My mother always brought extra decorations in case something ever goes wrong but even those decorations were destroyed over night. With a full service kitchen and staff, we assumed care for the cake for less than 24 hours wouldnt have been a problem. But unfortunately we were incorrect. We had a lot of other intricate details that were taken care of beautifully which included a family heirlooms. All in all, the reception was wonderful and we were very pleased with our time at Atlantis Ballroom and we would recommend them for your events.

Cool for partys and for weddings👰

Jen is a liar and violated our contract agreement multiple times. Garunteed is 2 bars which we paid for only got 1, 2 days before told us there was major construction in the lobby that no one knew anything about even the permits are a must for construction. Her help threw all out flowers away before the wedding ended and notes were slid under all our guests doors at 7am that they were cutting water off at 10am, people were uo drinking til 2am how will they see this note. She scheduled and canceled appointments with me to fix this situation than offer me 75$ to make it right. She is a con artist that sells hoes and dreams and is no where to be found when u need her

Me and my wife just recently got married there and the staff from day 1 took care of each and everyone of our needs and worked great with us. The day of the actual wedding went very smooth and they really went a step ahead to make our day very special for my family and friends that came and stayed as well. From the fronst desk all the way to the waiters and waitresses did an excellent job. Even a day after party was over and me and the guest left they still took care of us by helping us with lost and forgotten property. I highly recommened this place and very happy me and my wife chose the Atlantis Ballroom

Did a very nice job for a wedding shower

There is only limited space here to write a review so here is what i can fit in.We picked this location because its a ballroom and bar in the hotel- and my family loves a good after party. We asked multiple times about the hotel bar being open late for an after party and were assured it would be. The Thursday before my Sunday wedding they called to say due to construction the bar would not be open. Let me explain that this was not something sudden, this was walls being blown out, tarps up, and full-on construction. Something they would need permits for and would not have been able to rent out the other ballroom, so saying they were unaware is a lie. The catering director offered to book us some tables at a restaurant down the road. When I showed up later and expressed my concerns, my maitre D did fix this & said they would let us use the cocktail room for an after party.They overcharged people for rooms by $50 for incidentals- which would be fine, but they do not tell you are charging your card and then have you sign the receipt for just the room price. (Not a pending charge, actually charge you)When the groomsmen checked into the room they were supposed to get ready and take pictures in, the headboard was broken on the bed and all of the furniture was pulled away from the walls.There was a major issues with the bridal line up and my mother somehow got pushed to the side because the girls at the door in charge of telling people when to go, were not paying attention and so my mother had to stand in the back during the ceremony.We were supposed to have a second bar open at the reception. Something that was asked about multiple times. It never opened. When I asked the maitre D, she told me Jen had never told her to hire another bartender.Our wedding was supposed to end at 9pm. At 8:30 they started packing up the centerpieces and decorations. They asked me if people were taking them or if I wanted to keep them. I had rented them so I said I wanted them back. At 9:05 they were at my hotel room door. I didnt notice til after the after party and I actually looked at the boxes that they were all there without the $1000 worth of flowers we had just bought that morning.They told us they packed up our bouquets, they didnt. I had an important pin on my ribbon that Im guessing is now in the trash.At the after party, they charged $12 per drink. And they absolutely overcharged on the amount of drinks bought because a lot of people were drinking drinks they brought down from their hotel rooms.And as is that wasnt bad enough. The morning after- At 7:30am. A note was slipped under our door with the hotel room bill, stating that the WATER WOULD BE TURNED OFF from 10am-1pm. Our families had a plan to hang out til checkout and then all get lunch. With that note being given, people panicked and either went to eat early or went home. We had people with children, and elderly people that needed to use the restroom. I had hungover people that didnt go to bed til 4am and had their alarms set for 11:30am that I had to bang on their doors at 9am to tell them to brush their teeth and shower now.They offered $75 and a night at the hotel for a trouble, after ignoring our calls for two weeks. No apologies. All excuses and lies. Thanks but no thanks.

After our daughter became engaged in August 2012, we began looking at venues for the wedding. Our first stop was at the Atlantis Ballroom in September 2012 where we had the pleasure of meeting Melissa Ginolfi the Catering Sales Director. Melissa took us on a tour of the facility and shared the information on various packages, etc. From the minute we met with Melissa we just felt very comfortable with her. After leaving that day we felt very pleased with the overall experience and pricing for what was included in the packages. The only concern that our daughter and her fiancé had was the amount of space available for the cocktail hour as we were anticipating around 200 guests.Within the next few weeks, we visited and/or contacted twelve other venues. The majority of the venues per person pricing was much more than we could ever afford and there were many added costs for such things as the cake, centerpieces, chair covers, etc. Although a few of the venues offered similar packages and larger space to accommodate our guests during the cocktail hour, our thoughts seemed to keep coming back to our experience with Melissa and the Atlantis Ballroom. We eventually narrowed our choices to the Atlantis Ballroom and one other venue.Throughout our search, we constantly had conversations about what a wonderful experience we had when we visited the Atlantis Ballroom and our time with Melissa. By the end of September, in our hearts we just felt that the Atlantis Ballroom would be the perfect venue if only they had a more spacious cocktail area to accommodate so many guests comfortably. I contacted Melissa to discuss our concerns about the cocktail space, and we arranged to meet again. Melissa was able to work in additional space and make us feel very comfortable with the way our guests would be accommodated.On September 25, 2012, we made our final decision to hold our daughter’s July 4, 2014 wedding at the Atlantis Ballroom. Melissa has been such a blessing to work with. She has worked out every detail to make sure that all of our requests will be met with a budget that we feel is very reasonable for all that will be provided for that big day.In closing, I would like to say that not one of the other twelve venues we researched ever came close to meeting our expectations like the Atlantis Ballroom and no one staff member at any of those venues ever came close to giving us the personable experience that Melissa Ginolfi did. Yes, our final choice was the Atlantis Ballroom because we were pleased with the overall price and venue, but having worked with Melissa and knowing she will oversee the wedding is the reason we made that choice...she made this experience absolutely wonderful. We can’t wait for July 4, 2014 and look forwarded to working with her over the next few months because I am sure that she will make our daughter’s dream wedding a reality.Very pleased to recommend the Atlantis Ballroom,Cathy Placenti

I had my wedding at the Atlantis ballroom in April 2013 nd it was amazing! Everything was exactly as i wanted it. The decorations were set up exacty as I asked, the ballroom looked spectacular, and the ceremony room was great as well. the staff was great, making sure we had everything we needed all throughout the night. they even saved us a piece of cake and left it in our room for after the reception. my two favorite things about the Atlan ballroom would have to be the food and the size of the dance floor! The dance floor is so big, and accomodated so many of our guests the entire night, which really kept the party going. The food was absolutely specacular!! the best wedding food I have ver had! My guests still rave about the food at our wedding to this day! overall, I would 100% recommend having your wedding at the atlantis ballroom.
