We had Vizion install 7 double-pane windows. Robby was great to work with getting the estimate. He was responsive and always on time. Their price was very reasonable. We actually got their name from several neighbors in our subdivision who were all pleased. The installation crew did a great job and worked hard. They covered items to minimize dust and cleaned up well. All windows working well and we can tell the difference from the old single pane windows for insulation and for noise reduction. Would definitely use them again.

I called them because they are a local company and have an American made product. From start to finish they were outstanding. Not only did they install a window that is better rated than any of the top rated windows but has a better energy rating as well. Our relationship with Vizion Windows and Doors started a few years ago but we just weren’t financially ready to get the windows done. They told us to let them know when we were ready and they didn’t hound us for business like most companies would have. We finally got our windows done by Vizion Windows and Doors and we are so impressed. Their installers are super fast and addressed some problem areas around my old windows that I didn’t know about. They wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. They even painted an an area of hardy board that had to be replaced. I would’ve done it myself but they insisted on doing it for me. The customer service that Yolanda provided over the phone was great. She constantly made sure we were happy with the installation and the final outcome. Something we were very surprised with was how quiet our home is now. I have a neighbor with several loud dogs outside my office window. We also have a busy street behind our house and you could hear the traffic all night long. These windows are not soundproof but the noises from outside the home no longer bother us. Our home is 21 years old but with these windows it looks years younger. What a difference it makes. I can’t wait till the summer when we should also see a difference in electrical bill. Due to tennis ball sized hail, last May, I needed a new roof. Great attention to detail, Great planning and quick installation. I decided to go with Vizion because I could not find one bad review. And boy am I glad I went with them. The workers were very professional. They answered all my questions. They replaced all of our windows about 3 years ago. We have some gable windows that caused some concern for other replacement company installers and one just would not even give us a quote. We purchased a home that had these windows and when trying to open the window into the room, I broke the mechanism that raises and holds the window in place. Ken and his team did a very professional job!In December 2017, Robby replaced and painted siding on my home. Robby and the Vizion Team live up to all the great reviews! It took me a long time to settle on a contractor to replace my windows and siding. I was feeling very cautious after a really unfortunate and costly experience with another contractor several years ago. I interviewed a lot of contractors but no one gave me the same feeling of confidence that Robby did. He looked at the work, gave me a detailed estimate without any effort to upsell me or pressure me into signing a contract on the spot and then he left and I never heard from him again! Every other company I interviewed was super pushy to upsell me things I didnt want and then continued to call me on the phone or came by the house unannounced to try and get my business monthly for over a year! It seemed to me that Robby must be doing good work as he does not need to rely on such desperate sales techniques, so I hired him. I was not disappointed! They did an amazing job! Everyone with Vizion was professional, efficient and easy to work with. Robby even went above and beyond by throwing in some small upgrades that I was not expecting. I highly recommend this company! Vizion replaced 15 windows in my older home with high quality new energy efficient windows. This company is so impressive I dont even know where to begin.1.) First, let me say their pricing is extremely competitive and they beat every other company I spoke with by a large sum of money (and I didnt show them any of the other quotes). On top of that, they offer a great warrantee on the entire window, as well as their installation and workmanship.2). Robbie is very nice and is just an honest guy who knows what hes doing. He will give you a straight forward recommendation for your house and go over the reasons behind each choice, as well as show you examples of the high quality windows he offers for installation. He doesnt try to sell you on anything and doesnt pressure you. He even came out to my house a second time (for free) to speak with my husband who couldnt be at the original visit, and emailed later to check that we didnt have any further questions.3) The staff that came out to install my windows was clean, efficient, and did absolutely ZERO damage to my brick or wood siding. We are talking about very OLD, weathered cedar siding that the other guys had warned me would quite likely be damaged during window tear out and replacement. They did everything for me, including moving breakable items away from the windows, covering my carpet and furniture with drop cloths, and removing my window blinds. After they were finished, they put everything back exactly as it was and vacuumed the entire house to clean up everything. There was NO broken glass anywhere on my property. AND they finished the project in half the time I had planned for!I will be the first to admit that I am a picky person when it comes to products and services. As such, I researched multiple different window companies in the Houston area for over two months before I made a decision. If a company does not go above and beyond to meet and EXCEED my expectations, there is no way I will bother taking the time to review them, much less give 5 stars! Take advantage of my months of research and just go with Vizion! You wont find a more competitive price in town and definitely wont find nicer, more knowledgable people!
