The owner was involved because he cares about his company. The sales rep knows what he is doing and can talk intellectually about the product offering.They worked with me to get the right windows for a price I could afford. Very high quality windows. Simply cannot say enough about how pleased I am with them.When it came time for install, they were actually early. Came in did the install, cleaned up and were gone. The Window Source of Houston replaced our windows. The cost was very reasonable and the installation completed without any incidents. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a delay in delivery due to the COVID-19 issue from the manufacturer. We were kept up to date on the progress and once the windows were available the installation was scheduled promptly. David and Joshs team were professionals. David and I worked on the quote and he assisted me with all my questions. David was very knowledgeable and honest about the products. He also gave me a discount. Joshs installation team were also excellent and cleaned everything when they left. If you have to replace windows go with David. He has multiple products and companies he deals with and his team is excellent. The installation was great and I have friends and family that checked the installation as it was going on and after. Both David and Josh said what they were going to do and delivered on it.

I got three bids, Window Source and another company were using the same windows product. Window Sources price was about 12% lower. The small team communicated well enough on the Covid impacted delivery. Day of install was a breeze, They were even nice to the dogs :) . One of the windows had a hairline crack, installers saw it, brought it to our attention, they scheduled the repair, couldnt have been easier.

We had all 25 windows and two doors replaced in about 4 hours. They look great and help with the heating and cooling immensely. They look beautiful. I was very pleased with Window Source of Houston from our initial meeting with David to discuss concerns, to the installers, and of course with Adriana confirming scheduling and following up with us after install. After purchasing our home this past summer, we noticed air leaks around several upstairs windows and outdoor noise too. Since having 10 windows installed upstairs we noticed a huge difference in exterior noise level coming in as well as a decrease in air leaks. The installers were very polite and I was impressed with their neatness! Adriana helped clear up questions we had with scheduling and also followed up with us after install. After install one of our windows needed adjusting and David and his guys promptly corrected the issue as well as addressed additional questions we had about the windows. We will be having David and his team install more windows for us in the future. We recommend Window Source of Houston for all of your window needs!

This company is the best window replacement company in the Houston area. This is my 3rd home getting windows replaced. I can say that their install crews and staff are awesome! I would not look anywhere else.

Not sure where to start, the guys were great from start to finish. Quick easy quote, on time installation with a group of guys who never stopped working. We had to make them stop to eat lunch. Windows were installed in a day and that’s with clean up and hauling away our old windows. The owners even stopped by to see how the job was progressing.
