Have used these guys EVER since opened and membership almost as long. For 2 weeks now have had an issue with them checking my wheel wells due to red mud. Red mud on white car very noticeable!!!! Was told will put in computer for them to check wheel wells...went again, Oh computer is down that tells us comments. Well went AGAIN today, red mud white car(due to construction on 1774) and NOPE no check wheel wells. Went trough wash, red mud in wheel wells. Cancelled membership. I did email Gary several time no response. I DO NOT recommend White Water ANYMORE!!!!! Employees just there to get pay check and dont care about their job. They will rush you through when a line forms and dont care.

For $19.99 a month, I can take my car every day to have it washed and vacuumed. Cannot ask for a better deal and the staff is extremely friendly helpful. Highly recommended!

Its a decent car wash. The only thing I dont like is that my wheels never get cleaned and dirty spots get left on the vehicle. I have taken 4 different vehicles through the car wash and each depending on the size has missed spots so more than others and wheels are dirty. They do offer towels to wipe off the vehicle. They do have great vacuums and the air hoses to blow off inside is great!

New and major improvement from 2920/Spring location BUT so tight no room like the other location- I had to be very careful because of person next to me and if you are in hurry with someone not so nice- there maybe a serious problem White Water more roomy and $3 more so I will go back to avoid problems

I like several things about this place! They have a good price for unlimited monthly service, the vacuums are strong and powerful, they have compressed air at every vacuum station. The Speedy pass is real good for monthly members and you can usually get in real quick. The car wash itself does a fantastic job, we bring all of our cars here. Personally, I use the full service wash with rainx.

Wash wasnt too bad, felt like vehicle moved a little too quickly through the wash to get really clean. Need to have a bug wash area.

Basic express car wash, had no issue ever. But today, however, I’ve run into an issue. They got compressed air pistols and the head of a pistol shoot into my car, making a small dent and scratch. The other man by me got the same issue, but he got shot in the door I believe.I couldn’t get an answer from a manager, I stood there for a couple of minutes and then went out, I was in the hurry.

I’ve been a member of WhiteWater Express Car Wash for 3 years now, but that may change. On May 30th I went through and my keyless entry was damaged by the wash, I filed an incident report and was contacted by the manager two days later saying everything would be taken care of and to take it to Ford to get it fixed. Fast forward to this week, Ford says I am out of my bumper to bumper warranty so it will not be covered and white water says there’s nothing they can do because they’ve already close the incident report. White water knows that happened in their wash as they have video, yet has refused to pay for repairs.

I think they offer a great auto wash service but I am disappointed that the attents do not offer of immediately apply tape to hatch wipers. I have to adk and the window is already wet and difficult for tape to stick....really defeats the whole purpose.Another thing an $8 wash does not remove bird poop off thecar hood.

Service members are nice and friendly. The wash did a great job on my car, and the vacuums are nice and strong. The air compressor outlets are a nice touch Ive come to expect at better facilities. My only complaint is that they have only half the vacuum stalls as other places so you may not get a slot of its particularly busy.

We had our car washed and their car washer system cracked my windshield and they refused to pay for the damages because their video footage did not show “sufficient” information to prove that it was cracked when I had to get one of the employees to grab my windshield wiper because it was ripped off as well.Terrible service, completely upset!

The pressure washing employees did not spray the mud or dirt off the backside of my mirrors... The mud and dirt got clear-coated to my car.

My brand new truck was damaged by the staff not doing there job. The truck in front of me was not checked for objects in the bed of the truck. This resulted in a metal racket strap damaging the two doors and front fender. My truck is two weeks old. I would not recommend this car wash

This place is very efficient. They have several options and plans that you can join to wash your car. The service is first come first serve. The payment is with credit or debit cards. Actually a minimum human interaction is required. The quality of the wash is awesome and you can take your time to vacuum the car interior as a gratuity.

Definitely feel welcomed by all the staff there. You may have a bad day but when you get to whitewater then you know that youll be Greeted by a smile and a thank you. I suggest getting a membership to everyone. 10/10 staff 10/10 wash plus free vacuum and towels

This car wash has to be the best one Ive ever been to. Great prices with free vacuuming, floor mat cleaning machines that dont cost you any extra money, and rags with interior cleaner on it. The people are also very positive and welcoming.

Its always good, with 1 exception. You always have water in your air lines. Doesnt do much good to spray water while trying to blow out the inside, or help dry the outside.

The car wash entrance is at a bit of a weird angle so I only use my membership when my husband drives. However!!! The absolute best service and professional team members at this location. Actively wanting to help. Thanking us or welcoming us for visiting the location EVERY SINGLE TIME! Even with our windows up and the car wash running we can hear them valuing our business. They have adults working at this location which makes a huge difference. Another competitor in the area only hires teenagers who could care less if they have a job or not. Not this company! Whomever is running this location. Bravo. You earned a customer for life. I even got a smile and a friendly wave goodbye after vacuuming the car with my husband. Makes us feel like valued customers.

I washed my car at WhiteWater this afternoon. I have a GMC Yukon XL and noticed the tailgate wasnt cleaned as well as the rest of the car. I asked if they could run it through again...they very graciously agreed. Mario took extra care to scrub the tailgate the second time around. It looked great after the wash. I typically purchase the cheapest ($8) wash. It is absolutely the best deal. Not only do you get a clean car and great service, but the vacuums, power air nozzle for those hard-to-get places, and floor mat scrubber are free!

Cleaned car very well. I like that you can get prepaid vouchers that allow you to just drive up, scan your voucher at a pay station and drive through the wash without ever having to leave your car. Additionally there is many free, self serve, very strong vacuuming stalls at your disposal after you exit the wash line.

Just went on a road trip and was dreading the thought of cleaning my car. As always this was a great car wash but this time it was especially great because Hunter and Zach did an amazing job on my front end. Kudos to you! It was great. I moved from Huntsville to Houston, and I’ve used Five locations! You’d expect them to vary in service, but nope they’re all great! I’m a full time Uber driver and I get a lot of use out of the monthly package plan! It’s so worth it. My car is fully clean every time. They have complimentary towels, and I shampoo my floor mats there FOR FREE! Love love love this place!

The price is a bit higher than blue water express - it would be nice if the $14.99 package could include tire shine - the wait could be long on weekends. The entry is a tad messy when too busy. Bathroom needs to be cleaned a tad more often.

I love this place. Everyone is always so helpful and nice, and I always enjoy the free vacuums. The selection they have for different washes is great, and theyre usually running deals or you can become a member if you use a carwash that often. Overall, this car wash is great and I drive fifteen minutes to use this place instead of other car washes near me.

This is honestly the only place I take my car to get washed. They have a great selection of services and I am very satisfied with the quality wash and their prices. They over monthly memberships at a great deal too. They even have a machine to clean your floor mats and its free! It seems like a few of their cleaning stations have lost some suction in the vacuums since they opened but with the quality of the was and professionalism demonstrated by ALL the staff I still wont go anywhere else.

Whenever I am vacuuming, I have always noticed that there is someone close by in case a customer needed help with one of the attachments, the complimentary mat shampoo, or just questions in general. Been going here for a little over a year now, and Ive never had a problem there. Unlike some other automatic car washes, its never bent my license plate or caused any damage on my car whatsoever. Also, I absolutely love the free car mat cleaners!

Quick and easy, vacuums always work great and love those mat cleaners! Wish the team would do a little better job scrubbing tires and tailgates when you enter, but everything else is awesome!

This place is great. Normally I wash my own car, but today I was tired so I went to a car wash. And I made the right choice. This place cut through the grime like a razor. My car was covered in dirt and now its spotless. The only thing though was it did pop my spare tire cover off. But that just latched right back on. Overall 9/10.

With the speed pass I can run in and have my truck washed every day if I like. The FREE powerful vaccum and precision air hose to blow off access water is super great l. And the people that work there are very helpful and welcoming.

Ive really been starting to love this place. I use it more and more, just a good place for a good quality quick car wash. Vacuum system is super powerful​, they got compressed air as well available next to the vacuums. Pricing is not bad at all, highly recommend this place.
