This has been my preferred location for oil changes and state inspections for many years. It is family owned and operated. They run the business with a philosophy of customer focused thinking, which is unfortunately much less common than it used to be a few decades ago. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, service is always courteous and quick, the prices are fair, and you get none of the pressure to buy things you dont need as you might in many other such places.

Went to this nice family owned & operated business today for a visit. They have a really cool old Camaro. The thing I really like seeing is they have my favorite oil Royal Purple!!Please help support a local business & employer in the Tomball community!! 🙏🏼

Got 2 oil changes today. Both times after 5pm. Took ~20min for each one. Customer service polite is quick here, no messing around. Will be returning in a few thousand miles!

They keep a very clean shop and usually always have me in and out really quickly

Our company uses Northpointe Express for all oil change and regular maintenance services. We are a small-to-medium sized AC company in Tomball (Crossway Mechanical). They treat us like a fleet of 100 trucks. Really feel valuable to them.

I may aswell have gone to Quick Quack for amount of money I spent and No Free Vaccum. Only visited because needed High pressure wash for bugs on my front end post road trip. I tried using presoak and Bug Remove option on machine pretty much didnt disburse anything. Ised Hi power wash and dont even think soap came out. Powerd Foam Brush and that had foam..but yeah musta tool me like $10 in quarters. They were ok if u need that power but take extra $$$.

I have been coming here for many many years. Always a great place. Quick, professional and reasonably priced. Today changed my opinion as they have hired a new guy who right in the middle of my 50 minute oil change decided to help his friend with a tire check and prolonged my oil change. It was always first come first serve but I guess customer loyalty is out the window now. Friends of employees trump loyal customers. Won’t be back ever again

I go here for an oil change. Never disappointed. Good service. Staff is attentive. Clean facility and wait area. On my most recent visit, I had yearly inspection completed on my vehicle besides oil change.

It was nice customer service.

Took one of our cars there for inspection. I authorized the change of a light bulb for the quoted $6 or $7. Then he said $9. When I checked out he said it was $11. The total price for the bulb was actually over $12.

We like going here for our oil changes and car washs for almost 4 years. Weve never had any issues and the staff are great. Very clean shop and waiting area inside and out.

Visited on 2/22, employees were not wearing masks. Will not be returning.

I initially went to Express Care for my yearly inspection, not only was the staff efficient Heather took the extra step of popping my hood & che king e anything out. Thank God she did because my serpentine belt was literally hanging on by a shred! In no time at all & with minimal cost thr belt was changed, car inspected & back on the road! Customer for life!

A family own business with good customer service. Paid around $37 dollars for an oil chance. They refilled all fluids and a free car wash. Not a bad deal.

My go to place for inspections and oil changes. Usually a short wait. People are nice, so is the waiting room. Theres a free car wash with oil change but it doesnt do much.

Very clean work environment, but the csr wash was broken and the workers did not wear masks as mandated by the Mayor of Houston.

Never seen this place crowded so no waiting time to wash my car however Sometimes the coins get stuck in the coins receiver and you have to move to another spot.

The one star is strictly for their car wash. Total garbage! They robbed me for $8 and didn’t even have the wheel cleaner that they have on the options. Just a rip off.

Quick & professional

I clean my windows and vacuum my car at the car wash. Have them do my inspection and oil changes for mine and my company vehicle. Then they chase me off in the morning for using the trash can to throw away a fast food bag and a cup. Telling me they are not a public trash.I will gladly take my money and companies money somewhere else.

I got there at 8:30 this morning and I didnt leave until 9:30 for state inspection

This used to be the best carwash around. The hoses didnt trip you up on the mirrors, bumper, or antenna. The equipment is also working. Clean area to wash your car in, as well as your dog. Id give it a 5 . Though the last 2 times ive been there the times has speed up a lil. Taking more to wash the same vehicle! Great place though top 3 in the area.!

I wanted to give a 5-star review to northpointe Express Care because Ive used them for oil changes for both mine and my wifes car for years and just the other day I referred them some business because a friend was needing an oil change for his truck. He had gone to Walmart and Walmart told him that it would take an hour and a half just to get an oil change. I called northpointe Express car Care and they said that they would be able to get him in and out immediately. We went by and they were able to get him done extremely fast and it wasnt because they had no business, they just moved multiple cars through very quickly. Good job guys!

Awesome place. First time here and will defenately be coming back. Owners were extremely helpful on a few problems with my truck. It now runs great. Thank yall so much. Its nice to see a business run by a family too. Much sooner spend money with them than a big corporation like the one in front of Walmart that messed up my truck in the first place.

The manager is mean and threatens customers if they do not leave the pressure washing Bay clean. Hes a short chubby man with a very short temper and threatens the things will get bad really really quick if you dont clean they are washing bay.

I called the Northpointe Express Care at 11516 Westlock, Tomball, TX 77377. I spoke to George. I was told they have the correct filter for my car and the cost would be in the range of $50.When I arrived I told them I had spoke to George and I wanted an oil change and was guided to the visitors area. I found it strange that no one asked me to sign anything or discuss what I wanted. Finally a service tech came in and told George (he had been sitting in the visitors area talking to a lady the entire time I was sitting there - not business). He looked at me and said, Sonic? He got up and eventually came back with a small clip board with a brief form for my info and what I wanted done to my car, he said he would pick it up later.After a good bit, another guy called White Sonic and I walked up to the counter with the clip board and form. My car had the oil changed without any agreement from me or review of what I wanted. He entered the information in the computer and informed me that I owed 83 or 84 dollars.I asked how that happened. I was quoted in the $50 range and suddenly its almost twice that? He explained that it was synthetic oil and a $10 charge for a special filter. I told him he needed to get George in there.George was pretty much as useless as he is incompetent. He informed me that it was synthetic because he told them that instead of blended and didnt discuss that with me. Also that the filter he told me they had was special and was an additional $10. When I asked why he didnt inform me of this. He decided he would give me $10 off and use a money mailer coupon since I was so unreasonable. I paid $73.25 for an oil change that I was quoted to cost $50 some dollars.When I went out to the garage a few hours later I backed out and noticed that there was something on the floor or the garage. It was oil, about half a cup. I took the car to another place and they told me - wrong filter and over filled. I had the oil re-changed. I contacted Valvoline Express Care Corporate via email. I got a response that they would have the local owners contact me. Eric called and basically informed me that he had done the work himself and knew nothing was wrong. Essentially I got attitude and called a liar.Its okay, I now have the correct oil and filter even if I have been ripped off, lied to. Heres to never darkening their door again.

They put the wrong oil in my vehicle and the unhealthy over set kid has the worst customer service. If you want a bunch of uneducated employees working on your vehicle this is the place. Never going back!
