Kennedy Auto Solutions is the perfect place to take your vehicle if you want great customer service, knowledgeable technicians, and honest work. As you enter the shop you feel comfortable with a nice waiting room, snacks and beverages are available while you wait. They are the only ones I will take my tundra to for modifications, repairs or alignments. Especially with alignments most just cant get large tires on a truck done properly and I have tried several shops and dealerships with no luck.I trust in Kennedy Auto Solutions!

I brought my recently purchased used RR here to be serviced after getting ripped off from another shop who caused more damage to my vehicle by botching the repair. When I first inquired about their services, Kurt reached out to me almost right away! I then had the pleasure to speak with his wife, Hannah, who assured me that they were well equipped and extremely knowledgeable about Land Rovers. When I brought my vehicle over first thing in the morning with no ride back home, Hannah was gracious enough to UBER me back home. They were very thorough with their inspection, provided pictures with their notes and kept me informed throughout the process. Even though some of the repairs came as a surprise to me and them, Kurt and Hannah did everything they could to try to cut costs for me while ensuring the safety of the vehicle before they released it. Went to Kurt to have my transmission fluid changed as well as my differential fluids on my 2018 Tundra and not only did he hook me up with a good deal, he went far and beyond to make sure everything went smooth!. It’s hard these days to find honest and caring mechanics. He even followed up with me a couple of weeks later to make sure all is good. I had a flat tire as I was driving down 2920 and I pulled in to the parking lot next door to put my spare on. It turns out I did not have a jack in my car so I walked in to their facility to see if they could help me. Hannah sent one of the mechanics, Lee, to change it out for me. They would not accept payment from me. I’m grateful for their generosity!

Kurt knows his Toyotas and I dont trust my Tundra to anyone else. This is my work truck, and if its not running right, Im not making any money. So Kurt and his shop keep me running! The communication with them via email and text is so helpful! I know they also work on Euro cars so dont hesitate to take your VW, Mercedes, BMW, Audi, etc to them for service and repairs.

I really couldnt have asked for a better experience. Hannah is without a doubt the most friendly human being Ive ever met and on top of that she was honest and explained everything before hand. I really know very little about vehicle maintenance etc and she was very clear and explained it all. I had no intention of getting my vehicle back today and it took them less than 4 hrs to assess the situation and fix. They also let me know about future repairs that would need to done so seeing as they went out of their way to give us the perfect experience, when the time comes I will for sure be going back to have the work to be done. Its hard to find a place that doesnt make you feel overwhelmed and for that I am so grateful got this location.

Absolutely amazing! Hannah was very sweet and Kurt made sure everything with my brakes and rotors were spot on before handing my keys over. Took longer than planned, BUT can you really complain when you know its done right??? They even called the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly!!! We recently went to Kennedy Auto Solutions for a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle for our family. They where very professional and reasonable in their pricing. I was concerned about one specific issue with the vehicle, which they assured me was working fine.Approximately two weeks later, after the purchase, the issue continued to concern me and I had did some further investigating on my own. I found a part that had failed and was the potential cause of the issue i was initially concerned about. I contacted, Hannah and explained what i had found. Although i couldnt specifically say the part was or was not working when Kennedy did the pre-purchase inspection, it was directly related to my initial concern. Hannah let me know shed need to discuss internally and would get back with me. Within less than 30 minutes, Hannah returned my call and offered to repair the failed part.This kind of professionalism and service is rarely found in todays world. Kennedy will be my go to shop when i need further repairs. Theyve won my trust and i would recommend them to others!I

Great price, 100$ cheaper estimate for brakes than I was quoted than another local shop, and much cheaper than what the dealership had quoted. Done by it’s promised time, didn’t try to up-sell me on things I didn’t need. This is the second time I’ve used Kennedy, I had a radiator replaced about a year and a half ago, and they did an excellent job then as well. Very honest business, and treated me well! Thank you!

In turn, he listed what should be done as soon as possible, what should be done in the coming month, and what he recommended should be done soon; but was not urgent. Asked for a tire rotation, fluids top-off and if they could install a bolt-on trailer hitch that I already owned on a late-model Honda Pilot. Asked for and got a 3rd party to detail the vehicle as well. It was 24+ hours before I was told that they would not install the hitch, leaving me scrambling to get it installed before leaving on a trip. The tires were rotated, but not topped off with air, and one apparently had a nail in it that I was unaware of, but also went undiscovered by the shop. The 3rd party detailing service was great.Ill go back to Kennedy, but I stand by a three-star rating for this particular visit.

Kurt and Hannah are amazing! I met and work with Kurt at God’s Garage which is a volunteer non profit that services cars for single moms. Working hand in hand with him, I can vouch for his professionalism and diligence. He is a fabulous diagnostician. I now take all my cars to him.I took my 2012 Nissan GT-R to him with a check engine light that I couldn’t diagnose. He tracked the problem to an o2 sensor that the wires had been frayed after rubbing against a loose heat shield creating an intermittent problem that others couldn’t figure out.I’ve also had him do a timing belt, water pump, and fluid change, 120k maintenance on my 2012 Honda Odyssey van.He charges fair prices, much much cheaper than a dealership but his work is of higher quality than other independent shops that I’ve used.Hannah runs the front and is a pleasure to talk with. She is knowledgeable about cars so she can speak the language.I highly recommend Kennedy Auto Solutions.

Kurt is a great mechanic. I have taken him 2 different trucks to have work done. He has made sure that all of his work looks professional and neat. We are very happy with the work done. As a plus their waiting room has a very comfortable couch that I could have sit in all day. Great shop! I own a 2014 Ram 1500 with 100k miles. Kurt replaced my brakes, shocks, spark plugs, fluids, fuel system flush etc...all for an affordable price. After hearing a fun clanking noise when I started my vehicle and while accelerating I found this shop through my car max care repair pal app and I am so so grateful I did! Hannah was so friendly and honest and legitimately the most helpful when it came to how the process works and what to expect. The assessment and fix took maybe 4 to 5 hours and that was with a parking lot full of other vehicles. They also took the time to inform us about our brakes and how they should be replaced soon AND at no point made me feel ptessured to choose their establishment. But I will be nevertheless bc you cant beat the kind of professional and friendly service I recieved today. I really cant say how much I needed this kind of help today. First time to receive service from Kennedy Auto Solutions. I have a Mercedes and did not want to go to the dealership. I was referred to Kennedy by way of my current mechanic, but he does not work on German autos. My experience was fantastic. I learned more about my Mercedes from Hannah than I would have ever known at the Dealership. She shot straight with me and confirmed some driving habits that should be considered while owning my Mercedes. I will be back for future services.

I never leave reviews. However, this shop is by far the best. Ive tried multiple garages since Ive moved to Houston and always leave feeling like Ive been ripped off. They are very friendly and you can tell they love what they do. Clean and comfortable waiting area with drinks and snacks. They even had toys for my daughter to play with.

Kurt worked on our sons car. They were extremely professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They even did it during the hurricane. Instead of trying to find water or a generator or food for his family, he worked on our car. Whether he needed those items or not is besides the point. The fact that he takes his work that seriously is rare to find. I would use them again without hesitation. Very trustworthy and obviously even more dependable.

I highly recommend Hannah and Kurts work and pricing. Kurt is extremely knowledgeable about vehicles from tuners to the everyday driver. I was surprised to know that he has the highest ASE certifications as well as BMW, Toyota, & Lexus training. I brought in my Lexus RX400h and he told me if I have any issues with the hybrid that he is trained for it as well. There is a reason this place has stellar 5 star reviews! I had an issue with my Tundra and I took it in for Kurt to look at. The waiting room was nice and comfortable while I waited for him to look over my truck. He took pictures of all the issues and emailed me a detailed description of what needed to be done and the pictures showing it and a plan to get everything fixed from what needed to be fixed first to things that were safe to wait on. They are great people and super friendly. Ive had not so great experience with other mechanics and chain maintenance places and dealerships. I would not hesitate a second to recommend this business for auto repair needs. Its above and beyond the others!

Kennedy auto have been pretty awesome. They diagnosed a issue with my steering wheel Boone else had been able to figure out. I also highly recommend them for fleet maintenance. We send our work vehicles thru their shop and they are very quick and thorough.
