This Kwik Kar has some of the best people and service. They are honest and do a great job. The manager, Stephen drives a tough ship with high expectations. Stephen is pleasant, honest and on top of his business. People like this are hard to find, and they are also the reason why customers come back time and time again. Honesty is a big part of why I highly recommend these guys.

I drive everytime from Cypress to this location because they gain my trust. They are honest and don’t mess around. If there is nothing wrong with your car, they will leave you alone. If they believe service is needed and its nothing major, they will “recommend” and not push you get something to get your money. Now, if their is something major, like inspection failure, they will still tell you the truth and will recommend the quickest option to pass the inspection. Keep it up!

Graham and the team here at Kwik Kar are excellent at everything my wife and I have ever needed for our vehicles. My wifes family has been a fan and customer of this business for years and we are just as satisfied. They are quick, available, willing to share their knowledge for those who want to have a more in-depth conversation about their vehicle, and provide excellent customer service. Very good service, very friendly staff. You sit in your vehicle while they perform the service. I have a 6.7 Cummins. They changed the oil and filter, air filter, and fuel filter. I was hesitant because I usually do these myself, but they did a good job. They also performed the safety inspection, which required me to get out of the vehicle (in case you were wondering).

I had my oil changed here and my tires rotated. A few weeks later I noticed a bit of oil dripping. I called and they walked me through how to check the oil levels, told me not to drive it (since the oil wasnt registering on the oil stick) and one of the owners came out to double-check the work and make sure there wasnt anything installed improperly. Turns out I had a cracked part (very common with Wranglers). I was blown away that they would drive all the way to my house in Houston to double-check their work and guarantee a customer was satisfied. THANK YOU.

Great experiance! I came here for the state inspection. Price was average $25, Chris was very quick and explained in detail what I needed to do to get my car to pass and let me take it back the next day after I did what he said, and passed it without charging another fee. Would recommend.

I have been getting my oil changed here for the past year now and always the same friendly faces. Every time I am in and out quickly and dont mind having my kids at all. They have a little play area in the back. The guys are genuine and honest and very helpful.

My review is long overdue. Graham and all the guys there were with my family from lemon car to lemon car. Every time I have a problem I call and they are there to help. I live over 40 minutes away and Ive had my car towed there before because I trust no one else. These guys are simply the best at what they do and more than that the customer service is unbelievable. If you want to treated like a person and not a walking checkbook....this is where you want to go.

Graham and Casey (or could be KC) are great guys. I happened upon this place while needing an oil change and then found out that they do repairs, as well. They have never fixed things that they are just not absolutely certain need fixing. I have been completely amazed at their honesty because I dont trust repair shops at all. Now, Im of the mindset that I want to take my vehicle there no matter what.

When I see 20 dollar oil changes, I just keep driving on. (We get what we pay for.) I rather pay the a little extra and drive with confidence. They will always have our business and we trust him to use correct parts and stand by there work. Highly recommended.with

NOT HAPPY ABOUT THE CHANGES BEING MADE.I have to change my oil about every 7 weeks. I have been a customer for years. Stephen always takes care of me. He never tries to talk me into something I don’t need. He knows that I drive a lot and is more than willing to go out of his way to check my battery (which is difficult to get to) so I don’t get stranded. I cane pull in and tell him I am going on a trip and he will do a thorough check of the car. Everyone there is great but I have to say that is Stephen is who I prefer. He leaves....don’t know.About three weeks ago Casey and Graham sold the business to a yankee company “. Very upset about the sudden change. I could always trust them. I have been waiting for them to open for several weeks. I finally drove to a valvoline shop at 99. Was super excited to see Stephen, Frank and Jesse there. The service at these places are not as friendly. I had to sit in my car while they did the oil change. If those 3 guys are not going to be at the new location when it opens up I will be finding a new place.

Awesome service! The guys were very fair and honest about my air filter, wipers, and fluids - no up sale attempts. They went above and beyond by showing me where my in cabin air filter was located and showing me which tool to use and how to replace it. Definitely going back because honesty is hard to find.

Very courteous during my oil change. Even cleaned my windows and vacuumed the front floor mats! Will recommend.

Service pretty standard for a lube shop. The price was way out of bounds in my opinion. $100 for a 6 qt mobil 1 synthetic change. Leaving townandt out of time, so got me this time.

Got my oil changed at Jiffy Lube two weeks ago, and they told me my rear brakes needed replacing, and theyd be happy to do it. I said I would wait. I happened by Kwik Kar today and asked them to look at the brakes. To my surprise, Casey told me they were about 50% and didnt need replacing. I was shocked at an honest car repair shop! This is the first time I have been to Kwik Kar, but it wont be the last. And, Jiffy Lube - NO MORE. Thank you, Kwik Kar, for your honesty and integrity. Hard to find these days.

Came on a saturday get oil change w my daughter n the inspector guy chris maldanodo kept hitting on her while getying oil change. Then they say i need to use synthetic oil only in my car. I said no. I want blend they kept saying it would void my warranty if i didnt use synthetic oil. Also told them notvto vaccum my car or touch my windows they still did. Also iwas 88 miles overdue on my oil they said i needed to do a flush of my engine. Iwas like no. Theyll say thst theyre not trying to push sales or upgrades on you but they do. The only reason they do this cause ownets grhsm n casey give $ to their employees that updale flushes and filters. They are nice shop but all in the end is thaey want $.

These guys are spot on. They dont jack up the price like others during inspections. They do quality work.

Underage drinking going on up there. Not very smart... Could easily get in a lot of trouble if the right people found out.
