I needed to replace my rear drivers side tire after getting a flat on my used 2006 Chevy Trailblazer and driving with a spare. Id been using the same tires that came with my car, so god knows how old they were coming from a used vehicle.As a woman, Im usually nervous going to auto shops because of how little were usually taught about cars (Im trying to learn more for myself) and Im always worried theyll try to take advantage or sometimes I get the vibe that Im being looked down upon. That was absolutely NOT the case here at Discount! I felt super welcomed and everyone here was really chill and helpful.Nick checked all my tires to be on the safe side and as it turned out, all but one was in bad shape. He helped me get a good price on replacing all four of my tires and answered all the questions I had and I never felt like I was annoying for asking too many. I feel like I learned a lot more about my car from this one experience.Ricardo and John were also very friendly and the service was quick. My Trailblazer was ready in less than an hour!10/10 experience. Ill definitely be back in the future should my car need it!

I was shocked...at the extreme politeness of the guys taking care of us! (I was really shocked at the price of two Goodyear tires!) I havent been treated that well by any other service business in a very long time. Two gentlemen opened doors for us as well as were friendly to us. Went in to Discount Tire with a slow leak in one tire. EVERY employee was helpful, informative and respectful. I watched the crew in the garage while I waited. It was like a fine tuned machine. No one was idly standing around. No one tried to sell me a new tire. When my tire was fixed they drove my car right to the front door and even covered me with an umbrella since it had stated to rain. Now thats service. 5 stars.

Fast tire service, great customer service, and the staff is down to Earth.I bought 4 tires online and the website would only let me schedule 3 days out. The team here called me within 12 hours of my purchase and got me scheduled and taken care of within the next 3 hours. The guy that helped me was awesome didnt catch his name but took care of everything and was very fast and efficient.

They need to bring back the old manager. Service is non-existent. I needed a slow leak patched. Pull up, and see there are 2 open bays, and the salesperson said I needed to make an appointment. The next available was 1 hour away, and it would take them 1 hour to patch the tire. Their competition a block away did it in 15min start to finish.

Had low tire pressure, stopped in for a check. I was told the tire had to be replaced b/c the leak could not be fixed. I was then told I need to replace all tires b/c my car would ride rough if I only replaced the damaged one. Now I have 60k mile tires with less than 30k on them. We took the car somewhere else and guess what?! Turns out it was a valve stem was loose and got it fixed for free! My family and I have used Discount Tire for years, you just lost several customers. So disappointing 😞

I have gone to this Discount Tire location for years. Always been a big fan of Discount Tires in general but the Tomball location has always had the fastest and most importantly, the best customer service. I always feel confident that they have my back and do the best they can to get me and my family back on the road quickly, safely and with the best possible deal. Five star service all the way!!!!

As with every Discount Tire store Ive ever been to, they provided great customer service that was speedy and unfailingly courteous. Discount is a model for how corporations are supposed to be run.To little Miss Amy complaining about not getting quick service on a free air check: theyre servicing paying customers first, honey. Youre strictly a secondary priority if your wallet isnt open. Thats how businesses work, else theyre not in business for very long.

Got and out in 34min with my 8am appointment. The Pirelli Scorpion Verde AS Plus tires I was getting rotated need replaced with only 32k out of the 65k MFG warranty. Discount pro-rated the mileage left and put it towards my purchase of Michelins.

Service is always great here. They go out of their way to make sure everything is fine and that your vehicle is safe. No one tried to sell us services or items that we did not need and their prices were reasonable. We definitely will return as needed.

I made my appointment online, and the Discount Tire team called personally to confirm the appointment that night. The morning of my appointment, I also received a text reminder. A bay was left open for me, and I was greeted promptly the morning of my appointment. I was in and out within 30 minutes with my new tires.This was an excellent experience.

Arrived with a bolt in my tire. I was immediately greeted and my issue addressed. Once I took care of the very easy process of tire selection and payment I started the process of dealing with my extended warranty tire coverage. Ken, from discount tire, went far above and beyond expectations by sitting on the phone and dealing with the warranty rep. He gave them everything they needed and helped me immensely by lending a knowledgeable hand in my time of need. Another reason why discount tire is my choice when dealing with my tires.

Dont go before they close they rush to get out and mess up your wheels. Then....wont fix it. Never coming back.....EVER.

I set an appointment ahead of time for 1:00 p.m. they didnt get me in until 155 PM I noticed other cars coming in after me and they were pulled in Before my truck was and left before my truck was pulled in So I see no reason in setting up an appointment if discount tire is not going to honor that

Oil change place broke off a valve stem. I was sent to Discount tire to get it fixed. Repair was fast, but I waited 2 hours for them to get payment verification, till some type of boss said let him leave. Thanks, boss.

Never an issue for me on anything and appointments come off without a hitch. The best part is if you have a tire issue just get to the closest one.

I do not go anywhere else for my tires. I have worked with Augustine when i came to purchase my tires and repair one. He is always kind and friendly. Though busy at times they work fast and get me in and out as quick as they can. They always put ypur safety first and I love that!

These guys are not very well trained or just lazy. Twice I brought in a car to have wheel work done. First time I suspected lazyness. This time I proved it. The associate I talked to apparently either didnt want to have the work done or just didnt know what he was talking about. Spacers on a larger hub adapters. Example. 74.1 hub adapter to fit a 72.6. Oh thats not how that works, they only go larger in hub size, and they dont even make those parts, youd have to take the rims to get the center bored out..So tell me why I just ordered said parts online and now going to take them to another tire shop?Either the ineptitude is high or the lazy.

We were traveling from Missouri and had a tire issue with it loosing air only part of the time. They got us right in...didnt find an issue but did replace the valve stem and reset the system and didnt charge anything! Sure nice and professional!

I bought new tires mid January of 2021 from discount tire to go on my new wheels for my 1998 corvette. I bought so many tires for my corvettes, trucks, etc from Tomball location its insane. But Im sure others bought more than me.I was informed that my tpms sensors I had would not work on my new wheels. OK. BUT the good news is that, they can order some. Not happy but they offered a 50% discount. OK nice thank you. I told them I would pay for them when they come in a and also pick up my old wheels and tires which were in good condition.I called them two weeks later before the winter storm hit and they said it was on the truck and will be here on Thursday guaranteed. No missed calls, no voice mail left, ...nothing from DT.Called them after the storm. DT said the truck was delayed due to the storm and will come in the first week of March.  And they would call me guaranteed. No missed calls... no voice mail left, ...nothing from DT.Called them on March 13th....we have no order information for those TPMS sensors DT said. But ...will order them and have them here in 1 week. And they would call me guaranteed. Again...No missed calls... no voice mail left, ...nothing from DT.Called again on on March 25th. Still nothing delivered. But!!..they will be there soon and they would call me guaranteed. Thats right....No missed calls... no voice mail left, ...nothing from.DT.Called on April 12th.DT had no idea or have any info on the sensors ordered but they are under new management and will order them asap AND!!...he himself (assistant Manager?) would call me guaranteed. Said he would also give me a 50% discount.  Again?? So for free now? Oh...No missed calls... no voice mail left, ...nothing from DTCalled again on May 12. The assistant Manager said he had no information but will call me right back. He did.... then informed me they are under new management....hold up...no sir that was used last month. Try again. He said..with out a doubt they will be there on May 21st. And...he would call me guaranteed. No missed calls... no voice mail left, ...nothing as expected.The attached screen shot is from my new phone which captured half the calls and the contact name is from a Keith from 2007.I kept going back there since 2007 because they communicated and had favorable prices. Especially when a manager by the name of Bruce was there.Id rather pay more for good customer service and will do what they promise.Im going to go get my older wheels and tires which they better have.I will post this on all media reviews and file with the BBB if I dont get a call tomorrow before 5 pm cst with the sensors in hand.

The sales rep, Tony, at the Tomball location was VERY helpful and had good customer service. He helped me find the right spline/key lug for my GMC truck since I misplaced my personal one and couldnt find it anywhere else.This kind of experience is why I choose Discount Tire when I buy tires.

They bent my license plate because they just let my truck drop down instead of gently letting it down. They said my rim was the wrong bolt pattern, it wasnt, and yet they still left my brand new tire on the supposed wrong bolt pattern rim.

People at Discount are so friendly and get you through as fast as they can.

I arrived at the Discount Tire prepared to purchase 2 tires. D had greeted me on the phone earlier in the day, and I asked for him when I arrived to be nice. D started off by measuring my tread all around but then preceded to tell me that my front 2 tires may be as old or older than my back 2 tires that have a visible date code. I rejected the idea. I believe once D learned I was not going to buy 4 tires and that I planned on installing them myself, he decided to lie and say that you can only purchase the tires with cash if you dont get them installed there. Whether or not this is an actual policy (absolutely ridiculous if so) or if D decided to mess with me, I left very unsatisfied. Between this experience and waiting for half an hour a previous day without any help I will not come back to the store.

Been coming to Discount for 10+ years and have always highly recommended. Went to 3 locations today trying to get in and when I finally got an appointment (2 hours later) I was quoted new pricing that I have never been charged before based on the size of the tire. Ken seemed very argumentative and just wanted to call other locations to verify the quote I was previously given, as well as, go through my old receipts when I said Ive never paid that much before for a simple service. Waist of a day and never got my tires put on. Time to find a new tire shop. 🤷‍♂️

My truck was vandalized and 2 tires were slashed. I am a single mom struggling to make it by and had just put those tires on a week before. The truck was towed to the store and I went in to talk to the salesman He asked what had happened since he saw the tires were just put on. He sincerely apologized that had happened to me. When he told me what the total I was shocked. I was fully prepared to pay full price because it was no fault of Discount or the tire. I ended up paying less then half of what I should have. I cried of shock and complete relief, and said he didn’t have to do that. His reply was, “we are so sorry it happened to you and discount tire and it’s staff want to make it hurt a little less”. While waiting for them to replace the tire several staff member came and told me they were sorry it had happened to me. Which made me smile!Long story short- there are still some good companies with good morals and genuinely want to help their customers. Discount Tire is at the top of the list. The staff at the Tomball location is beyond any expectations I had. Thank you Discount Tire, you made a bad situation give me faith that there are still some good souls left. I will be a customer for life!

Free tire rotation when you purchase your tires here. They do honest work. Ive bout several sets of tires from this location over the years. This is my preferred place to buy tires.

These guys are awesome. They work at full throttle from the second they open the shop. Obviously you expect to wait a bit for tires, but with an army of techs, they make sure that your wait is as short as possible. When all they bays are full...they just change tires in the parking lot. Props to Ryan, he greets every customer no matter how crazy busy they are, gives everyone the same top notch customer service. I wont get tires anywhere else.

WOW! If you look up the definition of customer service it should have this Discount Tire as an example. I went in for a slow leak in my tire. They found a nail in it patched it up and there was no charge. They were so friendly and attentive. The communicated the entire process and the approximate time it would take. And they gave me choices of tires should the hole be unrepairable. Good customer service is what its all about!

Switched the wheel positions on my truck for no reason since I bought 4 new tires and then didnt reprogram my TPMS to correctly ID the tire position(laziness and/or bad procedures). Came with 4 functioning TPMS and left with 3 and was told that itd sort itself out by itself because they didnt feel like dealing with it(lies that I didnt feel like arguing about after waiting almost 4 hours for a tire change).Wheels had around 10 extra scratches/dings on them after completion.Left 2 lug nuts finger loose.Left grease/lube all over my wheels instead of taking an extra 30 seconds to wipe it off after mounting the tires

Have my tires rotated every oil change on my 1999 F250 super duty. Twice I have been helped by John M. In Tomball. He is super helpful and makes my experience quick. Thank you discount tire for hiring employees like him. I will never go anywhere but discount tire.

As always, Discount Tire to the rescue. Woke up this morning with a flat front tire due to a puncture in the sidewall. No big deal, but when the tire has a locking lug nut - you are kind of screwed.The staff here not only removed the locking nut from the flat tire, but they also removed the other three as well; of course, I bought new tires while I was there.A bit cold standing outside waiting for the work to be completed - but at least it was not during Texas summer.

Update: Cody came through again with a new set of tires for my car. Scheduled an appointment at 130pm. All four tires switched out balanced, rotated and installed. Left the shop at 2:05pm.I had some tires replaced at a different discount tire and one tire was the wrong size. Cody too care of me even though i had some mileage on the tires. The whole team here works there butt off and are efficient and reliable. Would definitely shop here for tires again.
