This by far the best experience Ive ever had at a Massage Envy! I had never been to this location before and loved getting a facial from Lauren!She really made this a great experience for me! She greeted me with a smile and was very attentive to making me feel as comfortable as possible, not mention the massage room smelled like lavender...I LOVE lavender! I felt completely relaxed and her voice was really soothing without sounding inauthentic.The most valuable part of this experience was feeling like I walked out with so much more knowledge about how to care for my skin. Lauren explained the different products and informed me which vitamins each treatment contained, which helped me realize that I might be using the wrong type of cleanser. Before I left, she presented me with a cleanser that she felt was suitable for me, and she was respectful of my budget which was, also, very important to me. After I came home, I went for a run and when I showered I used the cleanser that I bought from her and I am so happy with my purchase... I touch my face and it literally feels like a babys bottom!Before going to Massage Envy I had a few mixed experiences and read so many mixed reviews at different locations so I considered cancelling my appointment, but now I am really delighted with my experience and cant wait to return to the location in Tomball. I am a pretty harsh critic when it comes to customer service, but I can honestly say...Lauren DEFINITELY TAKES THE GOLD on this one!!!!!

Bree(?) Is the most social person I have ever met. Extremely nice and very informative. She can connect with you on any conversation its amazing. I was personally very nervous to do this because of the nude factor but they all make you extremely comfortable. Im excited to come back more often! Paige was the absolute best. I request her every time. She listens and understands, shes amazing. Overall best experience Ive ever had with this company. I would recommend to anyone I know about this place. Very wonderful.

Very disappointed in my last visit scheduled on app for deep tissue and barely got anything of a massage. Therapist didn’t seem like she really wanted to do her job. Would honestly like a refund. Spoke to assistant manager she offered a free enhancement which I felt wasn’t enough. I scheduled for a deep tissue and paid $78 for nothing.....

I’ve been a customer at the Massage Envy - Tomball location for over a year and I have always had a wonderful experience. Upon arrival the front office ladies are very friendly and have me “checked-in” in a timely manner (typically before I’m even able to walk in the door). I have two therapists that I regularly see, Paige and Ro, whom I highly recommend. Each therapist adds their own special flare within each session. I value services that assist me in being a better person (by alleviating stress in my life) and I especially value excellent customer service. Thank you ladies for all that you do.

My husband went in here to buy a gift card. When he asked what increments they started at, he was told $195. He told them that was impossible and that he wanted $50 for his sisters birthday the employees response was well dont you want to spoil her?. He asked again for the increments and where they start which is when they said the lowest was $65 but he should really get the $100 one. When I called the location the manager Zoe basically told me oh well, thats what we do here. I am all for upselling but I am certainly not for lying about where your pricing starts when asked clearly. For the record, the Massage Envy in Magnolia (15 minutes away) will sell you any increment you want while explaining the best deals out there to you. I recommend going to the Magnolia location if you dont want to be talked down to, made to feel cheap, or experience flippant customer interaction.

I have been a member for over 2 years at multiple locations trying to find the best therapist. Luckily, I have finally found the best therapist at the Tomball location. Andrew is attentive and always willing to adjust his massages to meet my needs. He is personable and always courteous and professional!

Paige has been my massage therapist since 2009. She is absolutely amazing and really tailors your massage to your needs! Shes very professional and is always booked up because shes that great! I highly recommend her!

Everyone was nice, but i was kinda floored at the fact that my designated therapist took the wrong client back. They did ask if i would like to still have her or someone else. I didnt feel like waiting so i took a new therapist. We got a late start but i got my full time. The new therapist was really nice and helpful. SHE DESERVES A 5 FOR HOW PROFESSIONAL SHE HANDLED HER SELF.

I have given this Massage Envy a single star because my father purchased a membership for my mother on Christmas for three months. My mother only went twice for their services and was genuinely uncomfortable with the service in general. She did not enjoy the idea of receiving a massage so she did not go back. A few months later my dad was given notice of a fourth charge and attempted to cancel her service while in the hospital. After he called they refused to cancel the service without him being there in person. Then just yesterday after he was released from the hospital and after even more money was taken from our family without my mother using the service they told him they couldnt stop the next payment. BUT the payment isnt even due until the 24th. My father is currently handling many medical bills while trying to maintain our daily needs along with getting his kids prepared for school. The greed and absolute disregard for our requests to stop payments was extremely unprofessional. As a big family paying for many necessities along with medical bills, we have a budget and for something as petty as a massage service to refuse to remove our payments for something that isnt even being used by us is so annoying and absolutely asinine. The incompetency of the employees at this establishment shows they are not worthy of any consumers service. DO NOT GO HERE!

Stacey is AWESOME! She had been my massage therapist for a year and I couldn’t keep working at my job without het! She makes sure she addresses the areas I am having problems with. I have never left an appointment without feeling much better! Thank you, Stacey!!

I have been a client at this location since opening. It is the best massage envy Ive ever been to as the front desk staff, professionals, and management are intelligent, polite, and skilled. Im always treated with kindness, and when my normal professional is unavailable they evaluate my needs to schedule me with someone that is best suited as opposed to sticking me with the next available professional.

Very, very disappointed. I went in for a relaxing day and I left annoyed and uncomfortable. I should have walked out when I met the receptionist. She was rude and had no hospitality training. She made me feel bad that I was only 5 minutes early for my session, and rushed me through the - VERY IMPORTANT - medical history. Im allergic to grapefruit and that could have been horrible if I hadnt said something directly to the therapist. I went back to the restroom - I had to use the mens, because theres only one ladies room in the whole building - and then met my therapist, Beth. She was nice enough. I then spent the next two hours in a tiny, cramped room that was boiling hot being rubbed down with the greasiest oil ever. There was no pressure or consistency. I almost asked her to stop!When it was finally over, I looked up and realized she had shorted me by 15 minutes. I was then given a robe and a plastic cub of water, and I waited for the girl who was going to give me my facial. She was better - her name is Melody, and she was sweet and was actually better at massaging than Beth was. The facial was just mediocre. I could have done the same thing at home. One of the masks, a clay sulfur-based one, burned my face. At least she only shorted me five minutes.I ended up paying over two hundred dollars for three hours of discomfort. The receptionist tried to sell me their membership plan, which sounded ridiculous, and some facial products. I will never be going back, and I will be contacting the company for a refund. This was an insane experience.

Terrific front desk staff and I have had 100% good massages among all the therapists I have used for their specialties: deep tissue, sport specific, stretch included, light therapeutic, etc.

Ive been had massages that range from inexpensive to quite expensive and my first massage that I really enjoyed was by Stacy at here at this M.E. Most of the time I choose to pay and schedule my next appointment beforehand because Im so relaxed after the massage I have a hard time thinking clearly. Ill be a customer as long as shes keeps giving massages.

Chelsea is the best tech! She does my lashes with such a soft hand that I fall asleep every time.

Very unsatisfied and very uncomfortable through the whole massage.Im 37 weeks pregnant and when I asked for more pillows they didnt have any. And she wouldnt even go look. She made no effort. I ask for hard and she said she wouldnt do it. So when I was suppose to be getting a massage she was looking for somebody else to massage me and she did not make up for that time that she wasted. And she even ended the message early. I did not get my full time. Even when I asked for more time to make up for the time lost. I also asked her to use less lotion and she did not. She also was massaging and pushing on my spine on my neck. Very uncomfortable. Now today it hurts and feels like I got hit in the back of my neck where my spine is at.And then when I talk to the manager she did absolutely nothing or said absolutely nothing but she can schedule me with a different massage therapist that I would have to pay again. Why would I pay again if the last massage sucked!?Bad customer service!What a waste of time and money! I would not go back!

I go to this spa frequently and I have a membership. I have never had a bad experience. I love the staff and have used many of the therapists. I also use their products at home and love them. Keep up the good work.

I suggest the therapist not talk while someone is getting a massage. They were not set up for a maternity massage. Hopefully, they will have a pillow for the knees and head next time. Not pregnant but have back issues and cannot lie on stomach.

I am a member here and I get a massage once a month and I absolutely love Andrew.So for Christmas my grandma gave me and my mother a free facial and it was EXTREMELY disappointing for the both of us. We received this a couple of weeks ago and I thought it was going to be a relaxing hour, but unfortunately the lady who did our facial (I can not remember her name) could not stop talking. My mother and i went at separate times and we were both told the same story by the same lady who did out facial. It was COMPLETELY inappropriate and I felt extremely uncomfortable the whole time. I felt like she was so interested in telling me her life story (which was not a happy one) instead of just giving me my facial. I am surprised that if there was anyone near us in another room they could hear her laughing and talking loud.

Have always had exceptional service. Front desk staff very welcoming.

This is the absolute worst massage envy location. Terrible experience with an innapropriate masseuse and owner that defended him. Save yourself and drive the extra few miles to the Glenloch Farms location.
