Waited for 30 mins after pushing the ringer bell. Went in to see what was taking so long, the lady said it was just her. So we waited some more. When we asked the lady when we was gonna be helped she very rudely told us we need to be patient, and then she helped someone who came in AFTER us!!!! Uhaul needs to get there act together!!! 1 day and 2 different uhaul sites, and we got nothing but attitude!!! Uhaul won’t get my device anymore!!! Reliance is overall a better place!!!!
The place is an absolute wreck. First we rent a unit online and drive up there to find out there is a lock on the unit already. We call and a lady comes to look and then realizes it has a lock which was stated on the phone and tells us to follow her to the office. After about 10 minutes she switches the unit and sends us back over, only to find this unit has a lock on it as well. We drive back to the office and restart the whole unit setup and she gives us a unit on the fourth floor of their building. They told us there would be a lock inside the storage as the online uhaul website for them says they give free locks for certain units that are rented now and not reserved. They make us pay for a lock and say “we don’t just give those out”. Overall the communication is horrid and very unprofessional. I would suggest going anywhere else even if means driving out of your way because either way your time is gonna be wasted.
My experience was very professional and comforting. Knowing that everyone was practicing safe distancing, they where very knowledgeable of there positions. Nice & Clean atmosphere I would definitely suggest people choosing this location now and in the future. 🚚 ☺😉
I had a good experience with the truck. It was a little dirty when I got it, but that was ok. 700 miles later the truck was sent to Uhaul. Then they sent a letter to collection saying I had a $2,246.00 balance for overtime. Its a good thing I kept the paperwork. They screwed up a good experience.

This was the WORST experience I have EVER had!From the very beginning all the way to the end. (With the exception of the unloading crew which was not a part of the uhaul company).I was told by UHAUL on my original order of 6 uboxes that I would have a double trailer that would hold 2 uboxes per load. When the moving company got to UHAUL (SWAYNE FIELD RD, TOLEDO, OHIO) they only had trailers that hold 1 box.they called me to tell me they could only bring 1 at a time and it was a nearly 2 hr. Round trip. They said the only thing I God do to get 2 at a time was pay for an extra truck. So I paid it.Then they told me the only person who can run the forklift there had to go to a funeral so we had to have everything back there by 3pm! We were supposed to be able to do until 7 pm (closing time). That left the movers 5 hours in which driving time alone was going to be 6 hours.The movers packed as quickly as possible, and therefore any organization as to what was in each box was out the window. Plus they had to come back a second day, which set my moving plans back by a whole day.My uboxes were guaranteed to be moved to North Carolina for my accessibility by April 3, 2019. When I called to access my boxes, in the beginning of April 2019 yo the place in North Carolina, they were still sitting in Toledo Ohio!. They now guaranteed an arrival date of 4/1819! The problem is, I was leaving for vacation and had none of my summer clothes! They apologized and guaranteed a new delivery date past the time I was going to be on vacation. This meant having to go out and buy a new bathing suit, a cover up and shorts and tank tops because I had no summer clothes!After all this, I found a home and called to have them set up a schedule to bring boxes and unload to my new house. I confirmed that the price was going to be the snee as what they had previously quoted me and they said it was going ti be approx. $2,400 more than what they had quoted! I was so u po set and emotionally drained at this point. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they transferred me to the same general line wher ed I was put on hold for breathing 1 hour!Finally I spoke with a very kind and helpful person by the name of Bill (after being on hold for an hour and being passed around by many prior unhelpful and uncaring people) he found out that the person who quoted me the extra 2,400 had mistakenly misquoted me. So my heart attack was for nought!Then the day before my delivery, they called to say to say they would not be able to deliver the boxes on the next day due to a vacation of the person delivering them. I was livid! I had already set up the unloading company to be here! I called the unloaders and they said they would try and work around my new schedule. Later that night, I got a call from the person who delivers the boxes and she said they had mistakenly given me the wrong info. She said she would be delivering the boxes on the original date!Then when the things were unloaded, it was discovered and shown to us as it was seen the pieces of furniture that had been damaged in the move!1) A solid oak dresser - so badly damaged it is beyond repair2) A ding in a very noticable place on my solid oak kitchen table3) A chip out of the glass of my solid oak hutch4) broken off pieces off my sectional sofa base5) other misc scratches and damage but not things that were detrimental compared to the above!I am sicked by the amount of money I spent for the horrendous service I received. This was the worst experience I have ever had! I chose to go with UHaul because of their outstanding reputation, but was blown away by the lack of professiona and the quality of service I was given.DO NOT EVER use a Ubox for your moving needs! UHaul may have a handle on their trucks but they DO NOT KNOW what they are doing in the Ubox business! Especially this pl particular place! They were 85% of the entire problem!

Manager (Tracy) is very helpful and knows whats going on. But all of the assistants are completely helpless and clueless. Its as if the store is being run by kindergarten kids. I was told that auto pay was set up and realized a month later it was not. After receiving no notification I had to pay a 15 late fee. The assistants could not waive it since the manager was on Vacation.
No one answers the phone when you call. Corporate cant help.either they dont have access to the info. Even the center that schedules for that specific office cant locate the your storage unit
They tried over charging me by $50 in milage, even though I used less miles than I paid for. While they did correct it, I am sure they do this type of thing all the time
