Third time in the past couple of months where it has said a package has been delivered and it has not. Tried to call the post office several times and the phone just rings and rings. This is very frustrating. How hard is it to make sure you deliver packages to the correct address?? Seems like this happens to a lot of people by reading the reviews! Ridiculous that customers are treated like this, but its the government so what do we expect?!?!? Wish I had the option when I order stuff online to NOT have it shipped USPS.
There is a representative named John at this facility. Hes a awesome worker. Effective and well spoken. Very helpful.He must be given his credit!
Dont bother with the Reynolds Crossing post office if youre white. The supervisor has no time for white people, including her subordinates.
Tracked a package all the way to my mailing address. Said they left it in my box. That did not happen. Anyone else in the Nebraska area experiencing missing items???? I went to office 24 hours after notice. I haven’t heard anything yet.
Theyve delivered my package to the wrong address. Theyve told me packages of mine were being held at their location, I show up and they then tell me its out for delivery. Theyve failed to put my mail on hold, and told me the hold mail cards get filed only half the time, which means theyre an unreliable service. When I questioned postmaster Dayton about this, he told me theyre only human. Their customer service is nonexistent. They evidently hate their jobs so much that they cant even fake being helpful, empathetic, or polite.
Our mailman Wayne on purpose does not drop off our packages because we had an issue where he purposefully was not giving us our mail for almost a week. And they continue to do nothing about it. Get rid of Wayne and get yourself together
Called to track a package and find out why it wasnt delivered and had been marked as a failed delivery attempt even tho there was nothing that prevented its delivery. no dogs, no extreme weather nothing. i spoke with a guy name Dayton who cut me off before i could explain what was happening. this has been happening a lot and the last time i called they told me my mail had been marked as being held somehow even tho i never put it on hold. he said he wasnt sure who did it but he would get to the bottom of it. Dayton said their wasnt anything he could do and said it was out for delivery. Even tho i had already tracked the packaged and it was marked as at the office and ready for pickup. i asked him if he could track it and he said he would as soon as he hung up the phone. i informed him he didnt have the tracking number so how would he do it. he told me it would take him 2 hours track the package which every other time ive called with this issue it has taken only about 5 minutes to find it and let me know. i asked him why it was going to take so long and he said he was the only one running the post office and there were no other workers there. i called his bluff and told him id be there shortly. sure enough when i got there, there were plenty of people working. i waited in line and when i got to the counter the girl working was not interested in hearing my problem and just said it was on the truck and would be there today. she wouldnt take the tracking number, or anything. she didnt ask my address either. she just didnt want to help. ive never a group of people so unwilling to do there job in my life. package is still not here and its been 3 days since it was supposed to be delivered.
Poor customer service. Im standing in line and yet have nothing better to do than leave a bad review. The line is through the main doors and down the hall. I showed up about 30 minutes ago but who knows how long everyone else has been standing here. Weve been waiting for the same lady all this time and even though we can hear others talking and laughing in the back and see one worker playing in the greeting card area no one has stepped up to offer to help the other customers while the other worker finishes up with the customer that apparently plans to live here. No matter where you work anyone and everyone knows CUSTOMERS COME FIRST!

Where mail goes to die. This location is one of the absolute worst in Toledo. Mail and packages that get filtered thru there sit for days before being forwarded to their final destination. To mail something from one end of Toledo to the other has so far taken 6 days and still has not moved from that location. Cannot contact anyone at the location via phone because they refuse to answer. Spend the extra money and send UPS.
Awful customer service. Lady behind the counter obviously has a chip on her shoulder. Sad to see the postal service go down hill.
Always a line. When it gets crazy I think it be awesome to have another person come to help with crowd control . But staff is super nice

Package was claimed to have had a delivery attempt made, but there was no access to delivery location. I live in an apartment complex so thats simply not possible, its not gated or anything. Tried to phone post office to arrange picking it up there. Phone rang twenty times (!) and then went dead.Now my package has been automatically returned to Amazon, with no response from the post office and a complete failure overall on the part of usps. Awful service!
I havent had much trouble with this post office until this week. Ive been expecting some packages for two days. The tracking says they cant access the delivery location but there was a delivery person in my apartment complex today. Even my regular mail isnt being delivered and no one was answering when I tried calling during regular business hours. I know with the pandemic things are rough on them, but they are blatantly lying about not being able to access the boxes here.ETA on 12/10/2020A mail carrier just threw a package at my door. We were sitting here quietly watching a show and heard it hit the door and bounce around. Its a glass cup but fortunately was well packaged so it didnt break. Also, had tracking for a package say it was delivered to my mailbox 2 weeks ago. These are locking, freestanding groups of boxes outside. It was NOT in my mailbox. Filed a claim and have heard nothing. Its really too bad they cant be reported to the BBB.
No deliveries for a week.The snow has been cleared at all mail boxes in this subdivision to allow postal to get through. You would think they could get through at least one day!

Mail arrives after 5 PM if it arrives at all. No mail delivered today to anyone. No wonder USPS is going under. Who wants to fund this kind of service.
Office staffs are friendly and helpful. What I prefer about this place that employees enjoy their job and serve you with smile. Delivery staff is also dutiful in my opinion because they never lost or damage any of my packages.
My mail person doesnt show up some days, but I plus instead of bringing my packages to my door they leave a slip in my mailbox saying I have to drive out of my way when I wouldnt have even left. I then when I go in to get my package I wait in line for almost an hour.

I havent recieved mail or packages in over 4 days! And theres definitely mail because I signed up for usps informed delivery. So I have to go in and pick up my packages and I dont know when Ill ever see my mail.
The people who work here have absolutely no drive or ambition to do their jobs well. The amount of times Ive waited over 30 minutes for them to give me an attitude or have NO idea where my packages went. Its truly a picture perfect view of the government employee. Wow. Just, wow.
Reynolds Corners post office is the worst. We got a new mailman a year or so ago. Since then we have missing mail on a regular basis. It shows in the Informed Delivery that its on the way but it doesnt show up, ever. I am not sure what the mailman is doing with it. It used to show up eventually but now it doesnt. We usually have at least one piece missing every week or two. We have also had a few packages that were not delivered as well. Luckily Amazon is good about refunding money. I hope the person getting my packages likes what I bought. I also had a Piada gift card that was mailed to me that never showed up. The mailman sits in the back of the truck smoking at the corner and rifles through all the mail before he goes down the street. I am surprised he hasnt lit the mail on fire yet. I just want to get all of my mail in a timely manner.
The sole woman working the counter at 8:45am on 7/14/20, says clerk 39 on my receipt, needs to loose her attitude and stop being rude to customers. Not everyone knows what forms they need to fill out. She was also supper annoyed when I asked for a pen because there wasnt a single pen in the lobby.
If you want your packages stolen/lost, then use this location.

Most employees Ive spoke with have given me a vibe of indetermination. Long cues are a common sight. I only enjoy their company since their location is close to me and they open the latest.
After reading reviews, I know Im not alone. We keep getting mail from the previous tenant and its been over a year. We consistently get our neighbors mail. Last month, I placed a hold on my mail; some was delivered and some was placed on hold. I thought about getting a PO BOX, but Im not confident I would still get my mail.
The Google search says this post office is open until 1:30pm on Saturdays. Drove clear across town to find out only the self serve is open till 1:30pm. Maybe make a note of that on the website. Just wasted a lot of time and money driving clear across town.

Very friendly staff. They were really helpful. I dont really know what everyone is complaining about though. The person who was at the counter spend her time and tried to look for our package. When it was not there she noted our details and by the time we come home the package was in the mailbox.
What a nightmare. Ive been in there four times as Ive just moved to the Toledo area. Theyve lost a package and some mail so far. The only mail theyve managed to deliver to me was someone elses mail (very different address even?). I thought maybe they were delivering my mail somewhere else and went in to explain the situation. All they did was say,yeah that could be happening, thats a bummer. They told me I would have to talk to a manager, but of course no manager was working that day (I didnt know that happened at any business let alone a federal one). They gave me a number to call, which I did the following day. I re-explained my situation. Without asking for my name or address, the manger asked what I thought they could do about it. So do I just have to bite the bullet on this package? Wish I could just always use UPS or FedEx. On a side note though, although unhelpful, Ive found staff members to be polite.
Ive been to this post office about 5 times and theyve all been very nice. Ive called and received help as well. Maybe theyve changed management or gotten rid of a crabby employee or two. Very positive experience. Fast, too.
This branchs Postal carrier has now lost two shipments/shipments in less than six months. When I contacted them the first time on a shipment worth $130 they couldnt care less. They just told me to call Amazon I would replace the items. After they replaced, The carrier left me several notes blaming me for the problem and several childish comments about how I shouldnt be blaming other people. I still dont understand why this was my fault when I was the only one that Never saw the shipment. I received the same type of note several times. Very inappropriate and somewhat harassing. About four months after the delivery of the shipment. it appeared in my parcel boxwith no explanation. However, I still received one of these notes from the carrier after that delivery.Now I have to do the same thing about $90 the worth of items but I intend to tell the branch that they should make sure I dont get these types of incredibly childlike notes. If I do, Im going tocontact the main post office downtown to file a complaint.
I wouldnt even give a star if I had a choice. Its like anyone here lacks common sense and basic observation skills. Please replace whoever your current mail deliverer is for the southwyck area, he/she does not take any care in what they do. They constantly mess up packages or misplace them
This USPS facility has the nicest group of employees hands down. They are professional, kind and ALWAYS go that extra mile. I always use this post office when possible and never worry about packages shipped from this facility.Our personal mail person from this center however is another story. You tell ANY DRIVER that delivers to 7924 W. Central Avenue that this neighborhood is a 10 mph zone. I saw one of your drivers go the WRONG WAY down a ONE WAY STREET going 40 mph. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting your superiors. I will not tolerate this, and I will involve the local PD.
I am not happy with my Carrier. It seems that because of previous complaints I have filed against him to his Supervisors,he has returned Mail to the system that need not be,because it goes to his Station to be boxed by him. To me,this feels like retaliation for wanting respectable service. The nature of the mail he fed back into the system cost me an opportunity to regain custody of my Daughter,whom I have fought tooth and nail for emotionally,physically,economically and judicially for more than 13 years! Even the opposing Lawyers saw this as egregious,and shook their heads in wonder,as am I at this moment!!!
Need to talk to a real person and I can only get the 1800 number. It says they have had my package for almost a month and that it’s out for delivery still but I haven’t received anything when it should have been here weeks ago
I freaking hate USPS. I got my tax papers from my former employer out of state in the mail today and the whole freaking envelope was dam ripped half. It HAD to be important documents!! USPS SUCKS. Dont trust them with your mail. Im going to their dam office in Toledo tomorrow and force those idiots to send send my mail back to the sender on their dumb expense. They dont agree, I call the law enforcement. USPS, YAll SUCK! IM PISSED OFF!
Horrible, horrible, horrible. In the 3 years Ive lived in this area, Ive had nothing but problems with this location. Ive lost packages, pay checks and several other items. Im fed up! Ive called the Post Master Generals office to complain and they dont care either, they treat you like youre crazy and have no reason to complain. I wish all of my packages would go through another service as well. Just lost another package today, I got an email saying it was delivered but it didnt come here. I called the post office (even though its Sunday) because the web site for my location claims theyre open today, but of course no answer. So what can be done?
Lying constantly about delivery attempt. Someone is always home and never had a package that requires a signature. The attitude you get when you mention your issue is always terrible, not helpful.

The complete disrespect of the employees is shocking. They have blatantly cancelled my holds for no reason. Four times Ive tried to put mail on hold and it was held for one day. Went in the next day and the hold was stopped by someone I dont know but it wasnt me. I started another hold to have it terminated the same day and wasnt even put in the system. Seems like they are power tripping here. Stay far away. They are complete idiots

Been marking packages as delivered when they weren’t in fact delivered. I believe this is considered fraud. I’ve asked them several times to deliver all packages to my door and they have yet to comply with what I’m asking of them. I’m so sick of this place!
Not sure what everyones fuss is about. Mail gets lost, misdelivered, etc.. every shipping company is guilty of that. Anyway, this is a main hub in Toledo and always open the latest. They have the drop off bins for prepaid packages and getting in and out, if you know what youre doing, is a breeze. When ever I have had to talk to the workers, they seem more than polite.
We are so tired of the mail man putting our mail in the wrong box. Important mail being missing, And the mail man had a bad attitude about answering my husbands question lied and said people are playing in the mail when hes the only person who has the KEY to EVERYONES mail. Lately I just had my important mail sent to my parents house because they really screw up over here.
