Customer service is spot on. Been working with these guys for three years for POS service in my restaurant and brewery. If we have issues in off hours we get a call back within 5 minutes. Friendly, fast, and helpful.

Excellent customer service, and thats the only thing that matters when Im struggling with a computer issue. Every call I have ever made has been returned the same day, usually within an hour, and every question I have ever had has been answered to my satisfaction. I havent always liked the information I receive, but it has always been explained in laymans language. Never been put off by geeky computer jargon.
