Good service at a reasonable monthly pass rate!

I have a membership at Russ car wash but I prefer the location on North Secor. The South location does not wash well for my large vehicle. When my vehicle comes out it always has dirt that never got washed off. The washers are just not as powerful at Russ South. This location does not have all the vacuums like the North location. Last week, the employees opened the door to come out and wash, and it smelled like Marijuana skunk 🤢.

Didnt clean all they way, but my car was super dirty.

Only two vacuums, machine says $1.00 but it was only. 25 for 5 minutes. Didnt use the car wash.

Great car wash, but go to their “North” location because it is a lot more convent when it comes to traffic flow.

Great rinse and vacuums. Other car washes leave soap film or you go through one or two vacuums. This place has about eight vacuums hitting your car and a nice long rinse. Best car wash in the Toledo area.

Russs auto wash shop does only exterior cleaning. Im a weekly regular customer using their monthly prepay unlimited cleaning. The staff is always friendly oh, and the cleaning is consistently quality. For the use of 1/4 deposited it and returned to you, customers are given free vacuuming use. The reason why I rate for stars instead of 5, is because I wish they offered interior cleaning by their employees.

My wifes car door seal was torn by one of the employees in the detail center. He even admitted he did it! The manager (owner) said they didnt do it, its a old car and with old parts and they were not responsible! No way would he help with the repair costs!!! So I am out $200. There NOT RESPONSIBLE for the damage theyre employee admitted he did!!!! Well I cant argue with what he said. He is NOT VERY RESPONSIBLE!!! Do you want to leave your car in the care of a irresponsible company? He said it himself. He is not responsible. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

Great place to stop when you cant do it yourself. The monthly plans make it nice. You can stop bye everyday with no worry of I cant get my car washed its going to rain.

Does a great job pre cleaning, washing and the dryers dry really well. Id give 5 stars if they didnt put the next car behind you so very close.

Misleading website and advertising. Free vacuum at this location means you have to have a quarter to turn the vacuum on, and you get it back through the coin return. The truly FREE vacuum is at their location on Secor north of Laskey, and it is fine.Also very hard to turn around round here to get back to Secor unless you go through the car wa$h.

Used to be a regular here but I’m tired of paying for the works wash and getting the basic wash. The first time I reported the problem I was greated by an unhappy manager that acted as if I was lying. After I explained that it wouldn’t be worth my time to come back and lie about what happened to get a few dollars back he finally refunded my money. This mix up with the wrong wash has happened multiple times. Also if you have a dirty SUV the wash doesn’t typically to a good job on the back. Mine is usually left with dirty spots and brush marks. Unfortunately I will not be able to recommend them or go here anymore.

The machine wash your car real good! And the remodel one on Laskey dont do the air fresheners anymore if you have a membership now you got to pay for

Cheap, quick wash. I opted for the express wash on Wednesday for $4 and it was just what I needed to get the layer of salt off of my car.

It quickly and efficiently removed paint from my Enclave.

Dryers don’t do that great of a job also noticed it does swirl my paint real bad but I’d say this is the best drive thru car wash I’ve been to.
