Used to think this was a pretty decent car wash until the other day when I got my car washed only to find out later in the day that the whole back of the car was never touched, when I took the car back the next day to explain to the person in charge what happened I was told they would not correct it because I waited too long. What a shame Ive done business with them for 20 plus years and thats the kind of service you get.

This place is phenomenal! I will be going back here every time. Matt is a honest man and truly knows how to run a business. They have great customer service and they do care about their customers. By far the best car wash I have received.

Love the vacuums that cost a quarter. The gentlemen inside are also very nice.

Not as good as it used to be. Past 2 times I was here it broke down half way thru, I think they need to upgrade the equipment.just because you installed flashing bright new signs isnt gonna make the wash work better.Also took the paint off my car so Im not to happy about that. Wont be coming back

The employees here are very hard working and professional, however, I went through on tuesday and after I got home I saw huge linear scratches in my paint along the passenger side doors. These were definitely not there before the wash. You guys should probably replace or clean your equipment more often so this doesnt happen in the future. I have always had good service and a pretty decent wash here, but due to the damage on my vehicle, I will never return. Its an 18 year old car so I doubt they would do anything for me, but for those of you with new vehicles I would look elsewhere. Touch up paint will not fix these issues.

I dont typically write reviews but seeing some of these negative reviews Ive decided to write one myself.First of all most people dont even know what a dirty car is. As I live in Michigan and drive on the dirt roads on the daily basis my car is covered in layers of dirt. Its like going mudding every day. Anyway, any time Ive taken my car to this place I got excellent service and they really took care of my car and make it look like new after each wash by taking down layers of built up dirt and mud. So I would go to this place again any time and the owner guy is not as bad as some say here. Pretty nice and reasonable guy.Great prices. Great service. Definitely recommend.

Besides high quality and low priced exterior auto washes, Matt and his crew provie outstanding auto detailing. They made my ten year old Focus look new, both inside and out. It was ready in less than a day at the time promised and they did not miss a spot. I had a coupon from the weekly mailer - it is best to call ahead and reserve a time. I have been going there for years and have never been disappointed.

If you work at a car wash literally your only job is to wash cars I shouldn’t have to go home and touch up any dirty spots on my vehicle right after leaving. I also should not be charged again for having to go through a second time to clean said spots that were not even washed. Management needs to train better if they want employees get paid for what they’re supposed to get paid for . If your job is to wash cars become good at washing cars, if your job is management become good at managing employees.

Great price on the vacuums.

Bought the works package that included the under body wash and they did not wash the under body. Under neath my car was still dry as as a dessert and still had salt build up all over it. They didnt even sprinkle water on it. Dry as a bone.

Good people own the carwash they take care of there regular customers, Ive been going there for years.

I like how they have •25 vacuums. This place is open 24 hours and I can clean at midnight which is when I normally come to vacuum my car because of boredom and this makes me want to vacuum my car. I do not go to the bars I read the Bible and so sometimes at night I cannot sleep and so I go clean the car.

On December 13th Wednesday, I made an appointment to get my SUV detailed for Friday December 16th. I was advised that the guys start detailing vehicles at 10 am, and it would take 3 hours. I work 2nd shift so this was purfect. So at 9 am I pulled my 2008 Ford Taurus X into the building. I then called a cab to get home. At 1 pm I called to see if my SUV was ready, the guy on the other end said that it will be ready at 3 pm. I begin to protest it because hes the one who said to have it in before 10 am. He then said ok when you come it will be ready. I took a cab there and paid for the detail job and drove home. The next day the sun came out, and I quickly discovered that the so-called detail job was the worst Ive ever seen. It appears that they didnt touch the dashboard, the doors or much of the seats. They only got the red candy that stained the 2nd row seat, and they did get the carpet. This was ridiculous considering the cost of an interior detail job was $69. I called to speak to a manager, and I was told his name is Matt. Unfortunately Ive been ill an havent made it back. -ETII
