This location was closed in the middle of the afternoon on a warm, sunny day.

I bought a groupon months ago and finally used it yesterday for the silver package detail. WOW! My car honestly looks better than it did when I bought it a year ago (used). The attention to detail in all the crevices and the shine were simply amazing! The carpet was so clean and smelled so fresh! I highly recommend! Very excellent service!!

They did an amazing job detailing my car! My car looked brand new after they completed the job. Yes, my car did smell like cleaning products after it was done, but they told me about it (and what to do about it) when I picked it up. They also told me to set my mats out to dry. They were even able to get out a spot that was on my seat!Great customer service! Highly satisfied and will return.

Great place to get your car washed. At times they offer $3 washes.They will not allow cars with any rust since it is a soft cloth wash.They offer details at a reasonable price.

Do it yourself free vacuuming for your vehicle. The hose it nice and long. The vacuum cycles are good. They ask that you limit your time to 2 cycles but if no one is waiting that isnt an issue. The car wash is full service and runs around $6-12. You are offered a free wash if it rains on your car in 48 hrs. So keep your receipt. Great place.

Would not honor the coupon there company put up on groupon and he tried to charge me extra for what I already paid for. On top of all that my Arizona drink and sister car ashtray and lighter is missing from the car so far that I know of. Since she hasnt looked at her car who knows what else could be missing I guess I have to wait until she gets off from work to find out

Randolph completed the detail on my car - it looked Brand New! Exceptional attention to detail. He was able to remove a stain on my upholstered seat. Outstanding service. - He provided transportation for me after I dropped my car off and then brought my car to me when he was done! I did not give 5 starts b/c there was a chemical odor from the cleaning supplies and my car mats were very wet and I needed to leave them out to dry. I would return here again.

I have been coming here for years for my oil changes. The workers are very friendly and informative and their prices are very nice. I always recommend Brownstone to my friends to get their oil changes. Also you get a free car wash.

Stick with Central Ave... friendly folks and towel dry. Dont waste your time at Reynolds...they couldnt even be bothered to dry my car.

Stop by car wash after running my brand new truck thru a swarm of bees, they took the extra time to make sure it was good as new! Did not charge any extra for it either. Customer for life!

Purchased a monthly car wash and for some reason its n it in the computer and every time they will check on it and get back with me. Doesnt happen! Ugh

Dont go on a Saturday or when they are busy (Alexis Rd.). They did a poor job drying my car. They should do better by their monthly subscription customers.
