Insurance adjusters are very rude and unresponsive. They do not work in a timely nor do they assist you in a professional manner. They don’t cover full cost for the damages of your belongings for a sewer back up. I highly wouldn’t recommend all state for home insurance! I’

RUN!! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS AGENCY!!! NOT AN ACCREDITED BBB BUSINESS!!!!! I AM HAVING TO TAKE THIS SCAM BUSINESS TO SMALL CLAIMS IN ORDER TO RESOLVE THIS!!!!In March, I called them to let them know, upon receiving the renewal packet, that we would NOT be renewing our policy after many years. The rate was about to go sky high due to a claim made when my vehicle was damaged while exiting a local gas station. The excavating company failed to fully patch an area at the exit. They treated this as if I had an accident and it was my fault. So I told Judy that we would not be renewing. We went with State Farm. No lapse. To our shock, Allstate began sending bills. I would call, tell them that we had already went with another company. Then, we started getting collections letters. Again, I called. Judy said that they needed an accord form. Funny thing is, in all the years of switching insurances, never had I ever heard of this form. Got my insurance company to send the form. Collections still persist. I call today and some rude woman insisted that, although I called in March and told them I would not be renewing, she said it isnt the same as saying cancelling,. THESE JERKS ARE RUINING MY HUSBANDS CREDIT FRAUDULENTLY!! WE WENT WITH A BETTER COMPANY, A BETTER QUOTE, AND THE HERNANDEZ AGENCY IS NOT A GOOD BROKERAGE!!! RUN!!! WE DIDNT DO A DAMN THING WRONG, OR DIFFERENTLY, THAN ANYONE ELSE WOULD HAVE!! DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF CHOOSING THIS VERY SHADY BUSINESS! REPORTING TO THE BBB!

Never met or even spoke with the owner agent Jessica. I had asked for a specific policy or information on one and Jessica never called or responded. You will only have office workers help you. Bad business. Allstate is ok but choose a different office.

I’ve shopped around, you can’t beat their rates and treatment of clients. I’ve been with this office for almost 4 years now, and every experience has always been very positive. Jessica Hernandez is great to work with and very knowledgeable, and her staff is a reflection of her, very courteous and personable. I recently won Browns tickets through Allstate, and Jessica cared enough personally to upgrade my tickets! This office treats their clients very well and offers great premiums on insurance, you won’t be disappointed!

I have been with allstate for a little while now I love the atmosphere, the smiles when walking in the location at reyonds Rd in tole do .I love the friendly phone service and respect I get all the time no matter if its on phone or in person .they take care of you in a timely manner and get you in and out I have no complaints with all state they are #1 in my book and also have family who has renters insurance through them as well cant beat the low prices for coverage we need thanks allstate.Im one happy member
