Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I couldnt find the model number for my oven, but it wasnt an issue. The older gentlemen got me taken care of and out the door in about 5 minutes. Sure i paid a little more than i would have online, but i like support local, plus its the price of convenience. Wasnt even that much more. Will shop here again.

Technician was very polite and knowledgeable about the problem. He cleaned out a clogged dryer vent and checked that the vent was clear. I would simply suggest that they always wear shoe covers.

So I call Dave Smiths for a washer clutch ring. They sold me the entire clutch kit that I didnt need for $50.00 Amazon had the clutch ring for 9 bucks. Like how they sell you more than what you really need
