Samsung had known problems with ice maker. I contacted Samsung, they made appt. and provided information to Household Centralized Service. HCS came out today and replaced (3) parts with no charge or inconvenience. Pleased with everything and everyone involved. Looking forward to some fresh ice water.
Household provided excellent on time service, Samsung gave me the runaround on the phone for over 3 hours. The owner went above and beyond contacting Samsung to get the issue resolved. Tecs called as promised . arrived on time . provided excellent feedback was quick and professional. I would recommend they to anyone needing service.
Besides my brand new refrigerator quit freezing, their service was impressive and they worked hard to get it fixed before Christmas.

I have a 65 inch samsung Tv that blinks on and off, and a red light flashes twice and then tv powers off, then it blinks on (Black blank screen) then off again. Is this a easy fix and do you do home visits?
Needed service on 3 Samsung Appliances (under warranty,). Although weve not met personally Eric runs a great service company. On time, friendly and most exciting they can fix stuff the first time. As Samsung looks like theyll have issues, Im glad they selected HCS as their authorized servicer in the area.

Back when everyone had vcrs I used to always come here to get mine repaired. they were good and honest and told me mine was to far gone wich I can understand since it was like 30 years old. Ive had several other things fixed here and they do a good job.
They were thorough, fair priced, professional and courteous. The repair person was knowledgeable and repaired it right the first time. I felt satisfied when the man was finished that Id picked the right company and would be using them again.

I paid $50 for an estimate on fixing my tv! 3 weeks later I was called back with a price and was told the parts would come in within less than a week! 2 weeks later I received another call stating the more parts were needed raising the price of the estimate! That was over a month ago and I still have not received a call stating that the work is done! Personally I wanted to rate them with zero stars but this app doesn’t recognize that for submission!!

They had my tv for 2 weeks to tell me what the problem was. They wanted to charge me $350 for a part,I bought the part for $80 dollars online and installed it myself. The lady that answers the phone is very rude when it comes to customer service.
I asked for a recommendation from my local Facebook friends for a front loading washing machine repair guy. This company exceeded every expectation staying on the phone with me to listen to the possible problem... When the dumb machine actually didnt make the sound again he was totally great and there ended up being no charge - unless he actually fixed it over the phone. 🤣😂 Regardless I will keep this number handy for when my washer misbehaves again.

INCOMPETENT PEOPLE! 3 VISIT FOR THE SAME ISSUE! These technicians give you a 5-hour window, and work for 10 minutes. 1st time they showed up, they looked at the washer and drier and said: No. We do not take that mounted equipment down. Fine. Did they call to assess if they were mounted, do they follow up, are they nice? NO!! 2nd time, another idiot technician showed up, again, and we explained that nothing worked. GENIUS ASSESSMENT! He said the problem was the filter. He took the filter out, cleaned it, and he took off. He never bothered to test it, and never called to follow up. Aside from these people, we got another technician from Indiana, sent by Samsung, who told us that the previous technician messed it all up by resetting the memory. Now, this guy shows up today, 3rd time, and says that a leak problem is due to a clump. Now, on his third visit, he deems it defective. SAVE YOUR MONEY!! These people are idiots! Never again! I am notifying Samsung of all the damages and about these morons! STAY AWAY! I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and reporting them.
