Very poorly trained employees, don’t even think about getting a trailer hitch and light adapter

Rented a 26 ft truck and was on a big time crunch because as usual theres always a glitch in your carefully made plans lol. Well the check out was extremely well done and pleasant as well as FAST and friendly ! Naturally our Truck WOULDNT START 😲.. Uhaul team to the rescue ! They quickly checked it out and assigned us another truck within about 4 minutes ! Everything worked perfectly with no more glitches. Sadly someone had stolen the grab bar on the passenger door side ( who does that ?) But no other issues ! Have used Uhaul for 30+ years and WILL continue to count on them when we need a big Truck. Cant say enough GOOD things about the GUYS at the Garden Street. Location in Titusville, Florida ! Return was even more simple and fast !

The manager Andrew installed a tow hitch on my F150 and did a great job. Very nice helpful experience.

12/1/2018 around 3:30; I came into your store to get a 20 inch plastic wrap roll. There was a gentleman already being helped by the only employee that seemed to be there on a Saturday. There were also 2 maybe 3 kids, didnt really pay enough attention to count, that I thought were the gentlemans only to realize it was the employees kids who were running around and screaming and trying to play with the customers. After 15 minutes of waiting with 1 item, she finally rung me out.It was very unprofessional of the business to allow this. And would like it to get addressed. I understand things happen but it didnt seem like the employee cared that her kids were running and screaming around the main lobby and that is unacceptable. Andrew Hutker (general manager), I hope this gets to you.

Absolutely THE WORST location as far as customer service. The employees got verbally and physically abusive towards myself and my husband. I had to file police reports! Currently waiting on a response from their corporate office. I’ll be using Penske or Ryder from now on!!!

Had an appointment for 7 AM to have the wiring hooked up to the trailer hitch. After waiting an hour, they informed us the technician was in route but was busy and couldnt get to it until this afternoon. They were extremely rude and did not honor the appointment that was s made weeks ago.I would not recommend them.

Very unprofessional! I havent been able to drive my car since they installed the hitch. Repeated calls to corporate and no call backs or apologies. Would never recommend this office!!!
