The customer service was excellent. They had my truck ready for me at the agreed up on time.

I booked a cargo van, with a pick up at this location, last night. This morning I get an email telling me I can not pick it up there and have to go to another city at a location I refuse to return to. Hours waiting on Uhaul chat and was ignored. Hard to get a phone call through and when a girl did pick up she knew nothing and could do nothing. Do yourself a favor, fine a new company, Uhaul has gone way down hill in the past year or so.

Excellent to deal with here at this location. I had to rent a trailer in a hurry and he got me all hooked up right away. I rented it for about 5 days and was suppose to drop it in another state. Turned out I only used it locally and was done in 3 days. I dropped it off at nite and the next day he refunded about half of my money. Never expected him to do that. I will rent here again for sure because of his help and trustworthiness.

The parking area for the trucks is not marked at all !XOThe older gentleman who runs the business was extremely grumpy and said GD and a lot of other cuss words and none of it was necessary !XO!XO!XO I AM A CHRISTIAN AND I DO NOT LIKE OR WANT TO HEAR MY GODS NAME USED IN VAIN (I DONT CARE WHAT IS GOING ON)!XO!XO!XO He was very unprofessional ! XO!XO!XOHis wife was very nice, helpful and friendly !XO 😎🇺🇸

I will never be doing business, and staunchly recomend anyone not to do business with any u haul corporate/franchise, no matter where theyre located...EVER!!!

Ok overall but i did not really care for the lack of customer service,i will not be back for a while.
