We inherited a 2001 Z3 that was neglected for a few years and Pete has been able to help us bring it back to life. I do have to admit the first time I spoke with Pete he was a bit hard to deal with, but its to be understandable when the man can look at a set of sparkplugs out of a car and tell you exactly what the problem, cause, and fix is. The man knows his stuff and is extremely busy with clientele. This is a great family owned and family run business here in Titusville. You know theyre good when people say Oh you own a BMW, you have to take it to Petes European. Hes amazing. Well, I can tell you Amazing isnt far from the truth. As we actually own two BMWs, the Z3 and a 2015 X3. Pete is definitely the guy we will be taking our Scoots to. His prices are extremely competitive with the local economy and his workmanship from both him and his mechanics is impeccable.Bottom line. If you have a European car: high-end or not, and dont want to get gouged by the dealerships.... Petes European is the best place in Brevard county hands down. Pete will always get my business first; unless the place is on fire or hes on vacation, then Ill wait.

Ive set up several appointments with this gentleman and each time its been pushed off for one reason or another refuses to work on my car the excuses seem to run large and planning its probably a good reason why he does not have much business or employees. And seemingly you have to be from the privileged sect. My repair was a BCM battery control module that burnt up in my trunk. Because he apparently had a car fire in his shop I guess its my fault because he doesnt want to work on my car fearful of the same thing Ive learned as a mechanic you have to be confident in your work if youre not this is what you get .Needless to say I will not be back

Brought my Volkswagen in to have CV axles fixed. To no fault of his, it couldnt be fixed. But I will say 100% love this place. Most honest mechanic Ive ever met.

These guys were great. Had another shop put in ball joints upside down and we didnt notice till they were 5 min from closing. Called up Petes and they were kind enough to stay a bit late and help us out. I wish I could give them more stars.

We purchased a 98 jaguar about 4 &1/2 years ago and we had some issues with the shocks. We had no clue about Petes other than we drove past it on Hopkins going to work. They are absolutely the best shop in town. They are honest and just truly good people. I will take my cars there for as long as I live in Florida. I wouldnt trust anyone else. I was a stranger to Florida, driving up Rt 95, when my VW dashboard alarm started clanging and an unfamiliar trouble icon started flashing. Afraid of damaging the motor, pulled over and called AAA, which could offer no diagnostics, only a tow to a VW dealership, but there was none in the area. Through the kindness of local strangers was referred to Petes European and drove over there slowly and cautiously. Once arrived,I told my story, my car was promptly examined and given the all clear for taking to the road again, and to my great relief was able to continue my journey. A big thanks to Petes European for their kind reception and for generously sharing their expertise with someone just passing through.

Best of the best. Bought a used BMW 645Ci with too many miles. Had it 2 days and no start. Found Petes on line. Liked the few reviews and called. Recommended a good local towing service, checked the car on Monday, called with a quote, picked it up mid-day Thursday. GREAT service for a transplanted Tennessean with no local contacts. They are my Go-To place from now on. Highly recommended.

Sadly my experience was different and was not even more than 10 minutes. I was already profiled by one of the employees there. But its the owner I have this complaint about. The owner was the person who tended to me. He was already defensive when asking me questions. The only professional thing he did do was tell me the price of a part. But when I asked him if they can possibly fix the issues I was having. I was met with a bombshell of accusations of an encounter that one of his employees had with my father when he took that same vehicle ( which I now own) for service. When I told him that whatever issues they had with him wasnt my issue and I shouldnt be penalized or denyed service for someone elses actions. I only got upset because I was accused of a grudge they held pf a family member. And Im not gonna apologize for him because I wasnt there so I dont know what happened. I was even recommended to go there by my father on top of that... The proffesionalism was already out the door befor I rolled in. Theyre lucky BBB doesnt handle cases like this cause I wouldve complained of my treatment there. But thats fine. For anyone that thinks about going there.. Go at your own risk and make sure they dont have a grudge with any of your family or friends cause youll most likely get this treatment.
