2016 F150 Engine was misfiring, Had a Tune up - Truck is running nice. Only issue was that I found the plastic engine cover in the bed of the truck a few days later. It was easy enough to put back on but I notified the service Dept - from a QC perspective, figured I would get an oops - sorry at least but no feed back..

I bought a new Ford F150 in 2017. The selling dealer was to far for service so I looked around for a descent service department. I ended up at Ron Norris Ford. From the first visit they have been the only service department to open the hood of my truck! Michael Young, my advisor, has been excellent with every visit. Today I was in for regular service and met Joe Kidd, the service department manager. I made a point to let him know my level of satisfaction. His business philosophy toward the quality of his people and the satisfaction of the customers has had a great influence on my being a satisfied customer!!

The best service Ive received in a dealership. I was on my way to a dog show with my 6 dogs and blow out a spark plug. They fixed it quick & everyone from the owner to the employees helped me accommodate my dogs and keep an eye on them. All around excellent. Completely and utterly impressed with Mike and the service department at Ron Norris Ford! Trying to make our way back to Minnesota was faced with a valve stem failure on one of the tires on our Leisure Travel Sprinter conversion van on a Friday. After encountering significant backlogs at a variety of shops, dropped by Ron Norris Ford. Mike got us on the lift and set up with our spare tire. Had to overnight the specialty Mercedes part and pick it up in Melbourne Saturday morning. Took it back to Mike and in several hours we were back on the road with confidence. Everywhere else we tried wouldn’t have been able to schedule us until the middle of the following week. Great work and great to work with - excellent customer care, even for a non-Ford vehicle!

Michael young is very unprofessional he doesn’t know how to answer a phone at all we called at least two or three times before he answered he has had my car for almost two weeks and has told me theres nothing wrong even though I’m a mechanic and diagnose the problem and told him he still can’t figure it out it was an easy job I blew out my catalytic converter all he had to do is replace it and he still can’t figure it out after me telling him what’s wrong last time I come here Very disappointing

This place is absolutely awesome. I bought a brand new mustang I’ve had a lot of problems with from the start! But i didn’t give up and JOE KIDD really pushed ford to make me feel like i was apart of the family . Getting my warranty parts expedited with no problem . After being turned down for a tow he pushed them 3 times he made sure they paid me back . Also he never turned me down and after i was denied a rental In Mississippi at another ford because they turned down my warranty work he made sure i had a rental waiting on me. They fixed my car twice ! I love this place ! Absolutely amazing! I definitely recommend this place.

Always have a great experience at Ron Norris. I take my vehicles there instead of dealing with the tire stores for oil changes and tires.Today was no different. Took my new truck in to have mud reflectors added to the tire wells. Mike Young and Joe Kidd to care of the truck while I waited. As always things went well. It was done quickly and I was out the door.The staff is always courteous and treat me with respect. This is not always the case for women in dealerships.I also purchase my vehicles at Ron Norris. Richard Claxton has helped us with this for years. My whole family has cars from Richard.

The shifter broke on my 2007 F150 Harley truck on a Friday while I was at the beach...after speaking to Mike H. In service we were able to get the truck started and I drove it to the dealership...i arrived around 1pm where they quickly took the truck in and made the needed repairs by installing new bushings... . in less than an hour I was on my way...Also the week before I had a command module go out in my HVAC system...it was also quickly repaired while I waited..Id like to thank both the service techs..Mike Hakanen and Mike Young for the great customer service . The service department is really good. I had an issue recently where something was missed and it caused a little bit more damage to my car. When I took it back in and showed them what happened and they realize that they legitimately did miss something, they fix the original problem and fixed the damaged parts for free. Ive had a lot of bad problems with dealerships in this is a truly rare experience for me. This is a situation that can turn a customer away for life. for example, the two reasons I will never buy another Nissan or quality control issues and Reed Nissan.

I came into the service department on Monday, October 21st because my vehicle had its check engine light on and I was told to get it looked at immediately due to my vehicle’s warranty was about to come to an end. I did not have an appointment and as a woman I always dread coming to have my car service because I feel like I am an easy target and that someone is going to try to rip me off. I just wanted to say, that was not the case here. Glenn Ellis was the gentleman that helped me and I just want to let Ron Norris know that he is an outstanding employee!! He was kind and he went out of his way to make sure my car got taking care of that day. In my book, Glenn is what customer service is all about!! My Fiance has been looking for a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat for a few months. We just started looking online and came across one at Ron Norris Ford. We put in an inquiry and was contacted by Text by Richard. We asked a couple of questions through text, but because my Fiance wanted to buy his Lariat this weekend, we asked Richard to call us as this would have been quicker than texting back and forth. This was Saturday, May 30th at 12:08 PM. It is now Sunday, May 31st at 11:58 PM and he not only did not call us, but never responded to our text again. I found him to be very unprofessional to not either respond that he was unable to call us at that time and let us know when he might be able to call or to just take a minute to call us, even if he needed to give us another call back later, but to have absolutely NO response from him was unacceptable. My Fiance ended up purchasing his Lariat from another Ford Dealership Saturday evening, so that is Richards loss. Honestly, I am glad we did not get far with them after reading some of the reviews, it might have been a huge mistake to get our truck from them anyway. The dealer we went through was wonderful and my Fiance couldnt be happier with his truck!

Ron Norris FordOverall experience was very positive from initial interactions all the way through deal closure and driving new truck from lot. Our Sales Professional was John Boot, who treated us with respect and zero pressure, his communication was clear, concise and professional. John was able to compare and contrast different purchase options in order to best leverage all possible discounts and rebates in order to ensure we were getting the best deal. Don was our trade in manager and he gave a thorough evaluation of our trade in and a respectable offer which encouraged us to move forward. We financed through our Credit Union so we closed the deal and scheduled a contract and pickup for 3 days later. At contract, I was once again greeted promptly by John and he remained 100% dedicated to me directly until the moment I drove our new truck from the dealership. Our Finance Manager was Greg Valiton who managed the entire closure with utmost detail, professional presentation and super-efficient speed. I was happily impressed that the numbers from the agreed upon Purchase Order to the final Contract had NOT changed, something other places I have dealt with in my past have not always been able to peg for some reason. Finally, upon the initial “Ford Pass” registration (hooking my phone to my vehicle) a Field Service Advisory was presented in the application as “pending” on the truck. John took immediate action and had Mike Young in Service resolve the problem on the spot to ensure that I was leaving the lot with a 100% proper vehicle and experience. All the people I meet and had dealings with were professional and 100% dedicated to my experience from start to finish.

Back in April I had purchased a Ford Edge from a dealership down in Naples. A few days after owning the vehicle, my radio screen started to go black randomly. I immediately called and complained to the this dealership and they continued to tell me that part was not under any warrantee!! Finally I just took it to Ron Norris here in town because I really just wanted it fixed!! The service manager, Joe Kidd, talked to me that first day I went in and told me to call the other dealership back and what to say to make them understand how frustrated I was because he believed they should’ve taken care of it for me. Finally after getting ahold of the general manager at the dealership I purchased the car at, they agreed to pay for the part and I would have to pay for the labor. So I brought it back to Ron Norris where Joe Kid and Mike another service employee really helped to make me happy. They were so kind to me with the whole situation and continued to reassure me that they would help me as much as they could financially especially after JUST buying the vehicle!! The employees at Ron Norris Ford are awesome people. Especially in the service department! I would definitely recommend them to others and go back myself. You don’t find nice people everywhere you go, but I’m glad I did in this situation. .

Went there for the first time last Saturday walked in pick the salesperson we wanted we were not Stampede it by salesman we told the gentleman what we wanted he showed us two trucks we pick the first truck within one hour we drove out with that truck thats got to be a record time to go in and get approved and out the door within an hour they were very polite we had a minor incident with the seat took it back the next day it was fixed the following day no questions asked they gave us additional key fobs for the truck at no charge definitely good people good attitude and good prices on the vehicles definitely plan on going back there

There was no trade-in involved, had my own financing too. This is the craziest and most frustrating car buying experience I have ever had. Bought a car, took it home, had registration and tag in my name, then the next day they called and said I didnt pay enough. Asked for $7,500 more than the price I signed for. They would not budge off the higher price. Bank was willing to pay, but my emails from them with a price and signed documents didnt match the new higher price I was being asked to pay after taking delivery of the vehicle. Told me they accidentally added the rebate twice. I didnt see it subtracted twice from the sales documents.... I bet they would not have called me if I had accidentally overpaid $7500. I gladly gave them their car back since it was not an honorable transaction on their part. Bait and switch. BEWARE!P.S. Dont trust prices in their emails either if you shop via the internet.

Fantastic experience. Come down here regularly to visit family and periodically I need to change the oil. I always come here because they take such good care of me and my vehicle. I have never felt like the tourist or snow bird being shuffled through. Today I brought in my new Transit for its first oil change. I had security lugs on my wheels. They called me because they could not find the security socket. I went back to the dealership and I couldn’t remember where I’d put it until they brought the van around and then I remembered where it was. They were so nice and took the van back and rotated the tires AND they didn’t make me feel stupid for forgetting where the socket was.
