Just stopped in to see if they could put air in my lawnmower tire due to it was sitting a year and they were vere very friendly and was happy to help. Then didnt even charge me. I will definitely be stopping by for maintenance in the future

Took my 07 Grand Cherokee for front brake job today. Was charged $41.95 for break pads from Advance Auto Parts. Counter retail price at Advance for same pads is $31.49 Was charged $180 for two rotors. Advance counter retail price for the same part is $74.99 each. Commercial shops like this one get these parts for way less than retail counter prices so mechanics mark up is even higher than that. Expensive brake job.

I brought my Truck in for front brakes. I excepted the price. Left it expecting to get it back the next day but it was finished in a few hours. Nice friendly people, even told me about things that will be wearing out soon. All in all very impressed with their service. Breaks work fine.

Better when mechanic Jeff was there. Although the owner is a nice person, the mechanics arent as experienced as Jeff was. Sometimes you get what you pay for, save money on payroll, and customers know professional work suffers. I like going where I can trust the value of the work done on my vehicle is worth my hard earned money. However all the workers are kind and considerate.

Everyone was nice, up front, and very clear about everything taking place.

Horrible Experience. Armando first overcharged me to fix a ripped flex tub in the exhaust system. $258. My daughters Ford Escape simply had a loud exhaust that annoyed her. Autotech fixed that, but on the drive home from the shop, it died. I reported it to Armando, who stated it wasnt his issue. The next day, my daughter was on her way to school, when it died again, but then started. After school, the car would NOT start. Knowing that Armando was avoiding responsibility, I didnt trust his shop to diagnose the problem, especially seeing that their Labor rate was akin to a dealership at $120 an HOUR. So I took it to another reputable shop to troubleshoot, the various issues. He determined the PCM, or the cars COMPUTER was now fried and since it DID NOT have the problem prior to the Muffler FIX, then they most likely did not ground the Weld setup properly OR they did not disconnect my battery. Either way, I called Autotech to explain that my computer was now faulty, after their work. I was advised by Armando that he acknowledged the work caused the issue, but would not accept responsibility. He said I can sue them.Do not use this overpriced shop. After I made a similar post to this on Facebook, NUMEROUS people have come forward with similar complaints. Basically...you can sue him. And he knows nobody is going to do that.

We had our 2004 Toyota Corolla worked on by Auto Tech this week. My son was reporting that he was having trouble starting the vehicle and there appeared to be either smoke or steam coming from under the hood. It ends up that our radiator had a crack in it. Auto Tech repaired it on the same day. Great work as always. I have three cars and if anything goes wrong, I take it Auto Tech.

Very clear and straight forward good job done on the engine. Shop is very clean and neat.

I took my MX-5 into their shop, I needed them to take out two broken bolts on the crankshaft pulley. 45 minutes later they escort me into the shop saying they got one out but could not get out the other as they could not get a part off and then charge me $100. They took out ONE bolt and didnt even retap it. I take my vehicle home and get the part off in about 5 minutes with some basic tools.In short, they charged me $100 for doing half a job. Im sure theyre fine people but my experience with them will stick in my head like a migraine

Did not properly ground the vehicle before welding the muffler and fried the computer (pcm). Acknowledged their mistake but refuse to fix the situation.

Dont even think about them. They charged me over $600.00 and kept my car for 4 days and they failed to fix it. They speak very sweet but they have no knowledge how to repair a vehicle.

Service was slow, work was sloppy, replacement parts were not what was on vehicle but for the price it should have been OEM. Guy lost my number but in same breath claimed he tried calling me all afternoon.

I had been going to AutoTech for about a year for regular service work.My car, a 2008 Lexus ES350, started giving a shimmy when accelerating at 40mph and above so I took it in for service. I was told it was an unbalanced tire which was fixed for $40. Driving home, the problem was not fixed. I turned back and informed them and the took it out for a drive and validated my assessment. It was looked at again and I was then told that the motor was shaking when the accelerator was pushed so it had to be the motor mounts. The estimate was $2630. I gasped and asked are you sure this will fix the problem and I was told yes it would.It didnt.I went back to AutoTech and they suggested that maybe it was the engine cradle mounts or maybe the CV joints. I said OK but we need to address the problem of my having paid $2670 dollars and the problem was not fixed and Im leery of throwing good money after bad money. This was after the mechanic took it out for a test drive and acknowledged the problem was not fixed. Before going forward, I asked for them to split the cost of the $2630 bill. I would pay for the cost of the parts. They would only get part of the labor since their profit was included in the price. The owner, Armando, balked saying the engine mounts needed to be replaced. I said Maybe, but it didnt solve the problem. I was finally offered to split the cost of the labor. I accepted the $615 refund.But then I was told by Armando that no further work would be done on the car.I have spent $2055 with AutoTech that has not fixed the original problem and all I asked for was for them be fair and to put some skin in the game instead of just me.Would I go back?No.Would I recommend them?No.

I have gone there a number of times. Still no problems, and I will continue to take the family vehicles there. I am not sure what else I would say about a mechanic.
