Great customer service. Prompt diagnosis, ethical advice, no pressure or scare tactics. Parts on site, no waiting two or three days for parts to come in. I had an extensive list of things I wanted to get taken care of and Dave not only diagnosed the issues, but had everything done on the same day. My truck is running great, and in good shape again. I reccomend calling to set up an appointment, and you will not be disappointed.

My truck overheated and needed new hoses which were difficult to get to and replace. He went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I recently needed front brakes. Him and his staff are very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. Everything is explained thoroughly and clearly so there are no surprises. He goes out of his way to do the job for a reasonable cost. I was also given 24 month parts and labor warrant. All my questions and concerns were answered and I feel very safe out on the road now. I can go on and on I have found no negatives in fact they have made me feel like I am part of theyre family. I cant thank them enough for all theyve done for me.😍

The brakes on our travel trailer failed and we were having a devil of a time finding someone to fix them so we could go home. Dave got us in 1st thing Monday morning, diagnosed the problem, procured the parts and completed the repair. We were on the road home by noon that same day. I have a Toyota forerunner with 291,000 miles and love the truck. About a week ago it started running rough and I really didnt like that it would not run more than 40 mph and going up a hill it would slow considerably, so not knowing really what was wrong I decided to call Daves as they offer a mobile repair option because I am getting to the point where I may just buy a newer vehicle and dont want to spend excess money on repairs.I will tell you I called up and talked to Dave and he was slammed with work but fit me in the next day coming out to my home. Dave and his helper arrived the next day and they diagnosed the problem within a half an hour and it was decided that maybe the best option was to get it down to their shop which we did. The next day Dave called back and the truck was done along with a couple of other maintenance issues the truck had. The work that was done and the condition of this shop are excellent, the price was good for the amount of repair work and I even had some other estimates for a few other issues I have with the truck, but as I said Im on the fence on this because I may be getting something newer. The bottom line is that Daves is an excellent shop that does excellent work and for anyone that needs a dependable honest job by all means go there, I have used many shops in this area and they do not come close. My car wouldnt start not even turn over and I was stranded at a Walgreens. Called previous car repair company so sorry cant help. Called towing service was told a two hour wait at minimum. Called Dave he arrived in less than 20 minutes, arranged for a tow and made sure I got home. Car done the next day. He did excellent work at a reasonable price. I will use him again no question.

I took my car to Dave after going to another place that was unable to help. I had issues with the ball bearings and a bent wheel and needed my car fixed ASAP for a long, unexpected drive. Dave was very friendly, and up front and honest about pricing and the shops capabilities to get the job done. It was a clean environment and I only had to wait but a couple hours before I got my car back, up and running like it was brand new. This was also during Memorial Day weekend, so I definitely appreciated his shops ability to get the job done quickly. I recommend Dave for anyone having car problems.

My wifes RAV4 DIED on the way to work and had to be towed back to our house where it sits like a dead hulk in our driveway. When I checked under the hood, a rag was stuck near the right headlight and NONE of the spark plug wires were locked to the plugs (when I pushed down on each one, I heard/felt a click as they each PROPERLY seated).

The mechanic was very good at communicating with me, with my description of my problem he already had some ideas on what was wrong and managed to get me into the shop the same day. He kept me well informed during the process and got my car back to me very quickly and solved my brake issue. I will definitely return to this shop when i need anything else.
