Scheduling was great - was done at my convenience. Before Cam showed up, I got a text message with his photo, short bio & resume. Once here (exactly on time), Cam was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. Cam provided a few tips about the thermostat, which works fine - near infinite schedules - or simple manual operation. Cam wore a mask (so I wore mine) and was patient with my questions. If I had a business - I would want to have people like Cam doing the work. I have had very consistent positive experiences with all my dealings with this company.

Just calling in for service was a great experience, Ariel made it happen and explained the Assurance Aire process, what to expect, how they diagnose and handle repairs, all up front and transparent and very friendly. Dave was scheduled, came on time, jumped right in, assessed everything to verify the origin of the issue, confirmed exactly what we suspected AND additional issues/concerns that the house inspector had overlooked. Dave walked us through the diagnosis, discussed payment options, was quick to locate a replacement blower motor and ECM, drive out and pick it up, and have the air running again all within an afternoon. And now the system runs better than before maintaining the same temps! Super grateful for Assurance Aires expertise.

Edit for 2021-Once again these guys save the day!I have had them repair units at my moms house. Repair a unit at my house my son rents from me. Had them install a new unit at moms house (they kept a 20+ year old unit going on a mobile home for a year before I had it replaced!) and today in another panic I called them at 1:45pm. The air at MY house is now kaput. It’s 86 degrees inside when it’s only 85 outside! By 3:30 Jared is here and on the job. Once again squeezing some more life out of a 20 year old unit. It’s now 530 and we are 12 degrees cooler than we were and still cooling. People, don’t call anyone else! These folks are the best.I called Assurance Aire in a panic. My mom’s A/C quit working. Again. I called and asked for it to be replaced ASAP knowing I would spend several thousand $$. 15 minutes (maybe less) later Dave shows up, finds the problem, fixes the problem and says no need to replace the unit. WOW! I literally offered thousands and they said no thanks. Not the right thing to do for your mom. Awesome job and awesome people!

We can’t say enough about how Great the service was we received from Assurance Aire from the time we called til the time the service technician left. The office staff were amazing!! The receptionist answered the phone even though she was closing up and walking out the door for the day. Our service technician was Dave, he arrived within 45 minutes of my calling, inspected the unit thoroughly and explained in layman’s terms our options without pushing some high dollar sales pitch. We do have an older unit and realize that it will not be long before it has to be replace but they didn’t push the issue. We highly recommend Assurance Aire and will call them first when the day comes to replace the unit.Clean, courteous, and prompt service .Well the day came and we had a new unit installed. We cannot be more pleased !!! They came out to give us an estimate and did not try up selling or try to sell us things we didn’t need or want. Two days later the unit was installed .( our unit was still working so there was no rush) There were no additional charges added to the price were quoted, The service/install team payed attention to detail, did exactly what was explained and cleaned up everything when they finished. All we had to do was enjoy cooler air and a MUCH quieter unit inside and out. We did have a Reme Halo air purifier installed (at our request) and what a difference in the air quality.Thank you so much for amazing service and attention to details!!Had a maintenance check up on the new a/c which was installed in January done today8/ 12/20 And once again service was great, showed up on time As a matter a fact it was scheduled for tomorrow morning but they called and asked if today would be okay.. I highly recommend this company!!! No need to look elsewhere they will be there when you need them and do what they say or quote you at a good price .

I had a new AC system installed by Britt’s AC. From the very first day the new Trane system was performing poorly at best and then not at all. After calling Britt’s multiple times and not being called back...then having a technician arrive and fix a blocked condensate pump that wasn’t replaced with the new 7k system. The air still wasn’t cold. I decided to pay for an evaluation of my brand new (4 day old) system and I am SO GLAD I DID!I called Assurance Air and talked to Ariel who was very polite and followed up on everything she told me. I called at 8:40 am and she said Dave would be there around 9:30. I got a text message which showed me a picture of Dave and a tracker link so I could see when he would be arriving. Charlie (the owner) came with Dave and together they spent 2.5 hours thoroughly going over my system. They found too many problems for me to list but one of the most glaring was the electric heat strip was running simultaneously while on cool setting. The heat pump was disconnected and would never have run at all in the winter. But the heater was running while the AC was running?!?!Other installation issues like placing the hurricane rated cement pad for the compressor on a pair of 2x4s. (Not even pressure treated 2x4s)I’m grateful for the speed at which they came to my house. They fixed some of the wiring issues and wrote up a list of problems that would cause my system to FAIL an inspection.Charlie and Dave were very thorough, professional and honest. My biggest regret is not having them do my AC. I didn’t know about them until a Co worker told me and by then it was too late.Save yourself a ton of trouble and irritation and go with people who do it right the first time. I just bought a condo in Satellite Beach. I transferred the Assurance Aire warranty from the previous owners and scheduled a yearly maintenance check up. Ariel was wonderful on the phone and patient when I called her numerous times for clarity. She sent the transfer warranty paperwork with the maintenance tech, Cameron. He was awesome, also. Assurance Aire replaced our entire air condition system, from inside/outside units and all ducting. This was a part of our home addition. They took the time to explain zoning options and benefits for our single level home. Assurance Aire was extremely responsive to my family A/C needs. Within two hours of a/c failing they were on the job. It was determined the 12 year old a/c could not be repaired without substantial cost. Assurance Aire provide numerous options for me to consider and we agreed on the system to be installed. The temperatures outside were in the 94-95. Assurance Aire adjusted their schedule to install the new in two days. One day to obtain the a/c system and installation was the following day, AMAZING Since it was so hot Assurance Aire was truly concerned about our comfort and drove 25 miles each way to gat and installed two portable a/c units. What a blessing! The installation was extremely professional, timely and informative. Assurance Aire customer service is best in class. I had the most amazing experience with Assurance Aire recently. I just purchased a home in Titusville and was only in my home for less than 3 months when I had a problem with my fairly new AC unit. I noticed it wasn’t running properly and I couldn’t fix it or understood why. I let it go for over a week and finally decided to do something about it. I called them on a Friday late afternoon, thinking no one would service the AC, but they promptly answered my call and had a tech at my house before I can home from work. We had a brand new system installed yesterday by Charlie and his crew and they were amazing. My air conditioning unit recently was not performing to standards. I contacted Assurance Aire and Jared came out to investigate. He quickly discovered a leak in my evaporator coil. He clearly explained what I had and my options for repair. When they came back out everyone was so courteous and professional, quickly replacing the coil. They cleaned up and left nothing behind, even leaving the air handler in the garage cleaner than whoever serviced it last. We couldnt be any happier! I definitely know who to call for the next repair.

We called over the weekend and decided against having a tech come out on overtime, although they are available! Cam came out first thing on Monday. He was great, fast, cleanly, really knew his stuff. We were recommended to them by our realtor Brandon Spaur who said they are the best and most trustworthy; from what I experienced, I believe it. They offer preventative maintenance plans that make it easier to care for your AC and cheaper to repair when it breaks down, lots to consider as your AC ages. I wont be using anyone else.

When its late on Saturday and you have been outside working all day and you come in to your air not working, I knew who to call first. Assurance Aire came out Saturday evening and fixed my A/C. Fixed it quick and got the house cooled back down. Thanks for great service.

Charlie put a whole new system for me last year, did a great job on the install and was a pleasure to deal with. The unit failed from a manufacturer defect a year later and Charlie came out immediately and repaired it under warranty. Couldnt ask for better service and would highly recommend him to anyone. I refer him to everyone I meet that ask about AC contractors.

Once again this company took care of our troubles in the same day i called. Jared was on time diagnosd the issue and affected the repairs. He is a great mechanic very peaceful in the middle of our melt down. We are blessed to have Assurance Aire in our lives. I highly recommend this company.

Charlie & his Assurance Aire team are by far the most honest, skilled, and reliable company I have ever dealt with. They Do Not forget about you after the sale and stand 100% behind their product. Here’s an example of how Assurance Aire treats its customers.This past Saturday around 3pm I noticed my 3 year old 4 ton Trane wasn’t cooling like it always had. I called Charlie on his day off during his family time and he called right back & was at my house within 25 minutes. He assessed the issue, made sure my AC was fully charged so that it would get us through until Monday when a permanent fix could be made. Was willing to provide a portable AC to my family if the temporary fix didn’t last, which it did. One more thing to share, my units covered for parts for 10 years, but not labor. He replaced the coil and ate the approximately $1000.00 labor & freon all because he stands behind his work and product. I don’t know or have ever heard of anyone that does that.
