From initial contact to completion of the job (Central Air Full cleaning) they were fantastic! We recently bought a house in the area, and the AC hadnt been serviced for a long time and the ducts and unit were very dirty. We contacted Comfort Service Heating & Air from out of state and scheduled the service for when we would be in town so timing was critical. They were very knowledgeable and accommodating and the service was performed with professionalism and attention to quality. Our equipment and air are the better for it!!

Comfort replaced our AC coils less that 1 yr ago. Did a great job then. This week we discovered a leak in the AC closet. Highly competent Technician found a crack in the drain pan, which had not been replaced with the coils last year. Comfort determined that the pan should have been replaced along with the coil, and replaced it free of charge. Not even a service charge, Now if that is not best example of Standing by your work I dont know what is. I would highly recommend Comfort Heating and AC.

Service is great. I had new Amana system installed 7 years ago. Since then the fan motor, condenser and evaporator coils had to be replaced. The parts were warrantied but I had to pay for labor and Freon. Never expected to spend nearly two thousand dollars on a seven year old system.

I was sold two of the worst over price Maytag units on this planet. There was no need for maintenance because they were always here once a year like clockwork trying to keep one or the other running. After one of the units was finally beyond repair. It took two days and two different appointments to get a price versus repair costs as I am setting without air conditioning. Good thing I called another company for a second opinion. On that third day I already had a new system installed by the other company.

My A/C stopped working so I called Comfort Air. They came out and after only a few minutes informed me that my A/C unit was corroded and leaked all refrigerant, not worth fixing. So I asked for an estimate on a new unit and was told that sales would be in touch with me. Then I was charged $69.95 for a service call and the technician left. I have not heard anything since. Meanwhile I got estimates from several other companies and hired one of them. So, basically, Comfort Air came out, told me my system is broken, charged me for a service call and left with no further contact and nothing fixed. Rip off.UPDATE: After recognizing this situation Comfort Services has come back to me and in my opinion did all that could be done to remedy it after the fact as it is. I believe nobody could ask for more and I’m good with that. Comfort Services took this seriously and fixed it. That says a lot about them. I’m changing my rating from 1 to 4. The loser here is really Comfort Services (probably lost a sale and a maintenance contract).

They did an excellent job in installing our new Amana A/C unit. They have serviced our HVAC since we purchased our town-home in 2012.

This reflects several years of reliable PM checks after a new install. The service techs have always been prompt and provided excellent service. When I wanted a premium efficiency heat pump that others would not quote, these guys were able to supply me with exactly with what wanted. Lots of thumbs up, Ill continue to do business with them and recommend to friends and co-workers.Its a few years later now, still 5 stars. Last year when the outside unit failed, it was replaced at no cost to me with the lifetime warranty.

Tim was excellent. I called on a Friday morning and Tim came out to my house at a little after 3. He had to drive to Melbourne to pick up a part which is about 45 minutes to an hour away to get a part in the middle of rush hour traffic. My AC was up and running by 6 PM. I am so grateful and they have a customer for life!!!!!!!

Mr. Manning runs a great company here. He is consistently the best price with the best service. We had a system replaced in our condo and he was the best overall quote, hands down. He was about 20-30% lower than the other 4 quotes, using the Amana equipment over Trane or the other expensive name brands. His whole crew was very professional and had it installed within a day. Now that were renovating a house, he was again the best overall quote. Again, his crew was extremely professional and installed everything according to my expectations, including installing all ducts and both air handlers. Next time I need a system or service call, I wont even waste my time with additional quotes or contractors.

Made sure we had aircondioning and heat in December when we needed it the most until our new unit arrived to be installed. Amana unit is the right pick. The extended 10 year warranty. They explained it all and they back it up anytime we might need them. They are quick and efficient at any questions or repairs we might need. Cant think of a finer company, working as a team on the customers side. I would recommend them,(Confort Services in Titusville) conviently located across the highway from Parrish Hospital.

You can not rely on this company, scheduled an appointment for an AC issue for my tenant, said that they will come at 11:30 am, they called me 2x time before the appointment to get information, address, invoice address, card pre-payment, but they never showed up, they never called to say that they are sorry and they never called to reschedule ....And this is how your tenant get upset about you thinking that you never contacted the AC company.Owners dont work with companies you cant rely on.

Had a issue with ac had a service contract with Sears they came out 2 times and and told me it was the duck work & maybe time for new unit. I called FPL for a test and they told me i had some leaks and I called Comfort Service AC who was a recommended service provider. They came out and gave me a bid on doing the work and the tech told me thats not what is wrong with your system and he did some investigating and discover the expansion valve was not working properly and he fixed it no charge. They came out and then did some sealing on my duck work with FPL paying the most of the bill. Great Job and Job well done

Comfort Service Heating and Air in Titusville, Florida is a GREAT company to do business with. They are a very efficient and honest company.The reason why we say this is because…On a hot afternoon in April 2017, our 2002 Trane Central A/C System froze up outside and the entire inside unit quit working. A neighbor loaned us a window unit while we searched to find companies to give us quotes for this unexpected repair. During our search we paid for 2 service calls, which were from 2 different companies. We were told that our blower module was bad and the cost to repair it is high and therefore we should consider replacing the entire unit, since it is 15 years old and ACs are only as good as the installer who installs it. This led us on a week long search to find the company who originally installed our Trane A/C System back in 2002, since we had not experienced any major issues throughout the last 15 years. We received a total of 8 different estimates from 8 different companies. Only 3 of the 8 companies said they could repair it. However, 2 of those 3 companies suggested we replace the entire system, because the repair costs were very high. They said, ACs usually last 10-12 years...You were lucky, because yours went to 15 years.The estimates provided to us for new units were OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! ALL BUT 1 of the 8 companies didnt try to sell us on a new system. Our relative highly recommended this company, because they installed hers several years ago and they still maintain it. This company was....Comfort Service Heating and Air of Titusville, Florida.We called Comfort Service Heating and Air and told them what was going on with our system and we gave them our ACs model number, they knew exactly what part was needed. When the service man came to our house to checkout our system the very next day, we told him all about our quest to find the original installer of our system. He then pointed to the Trane sticker label that had been on our unit cover for 15 years. It had his companys name on it. We thought he looked very familiar.Once he confirmed the problem as expected, he was ready to install the part he brought with him, after quoting the cost for repair at a FRACTION of the costs that we were previously quoted by all those other companies and within 10 minutes...we had coooool air again!!!Even though our system was out of its warranty period...He gave us a great warranty for this part and much to our amazement, this serviceman was the owner of the company, which we believe, was also the man who was overseeing the work of the original installer back in 2002....OUR A/C IS STILL GOING STRONG!!!!!Who would have ever thought that the last a/c company we called to repair our unit in 2017, was the same company who installed it 2002. Later we thought...We probably were the ones who recommended Comfort Service Heating and Air to our relative years ago. LolThank You God for reconnecting us and thank you Comfort Service Heating and Air for truly caring about your customers!!!!!
