I had an amazing experience today at ATT Bridgeport location thanks to Lille. She was extremely knowledgable and polite. Followed all Covid protocols as was able to handle managing the store while still giving me wonderful customer service. I run a business and would be proud to have her as a member of my management team. I’m happy to say I updated my plan for the first time in over a decade and she made me feel comfortable with my choice. Thank you Lille!
I would highly recommend this ATT store. They are a corporate store and have their stuff together. Lorenzo is extremely knowledgeable, personable and great to work with. I live in Vancouver but will driving down to only use this store. They are the unicorn of ATT stores.
Good people and amazing with their support. They helped me find what I need and answered all my questions.
Very nice, helpful employees. Vic took good care of us and when my phone decided to be dumb, he was right there to quickly solve the issue and prove how technologically unsavvy I am. Thanks for being awesome!
I wanted to thank James Dolan for his exceptional service today. I hate going into the cell phone store, but wanted to upgrade 3 phones, and added 2 iPads and 2 apple watches. So I made an appointment and was taken care of on time .He took the time to give me all my options and made sure everything was set up correctly before I left. I appreciate the time and care he took to make sure I got everything I wanted and needed. And Sonny was very nice and helpful as well. Thanks for setting me up.
Besides AT&T mobile network having the best coverage and speed, their Bridgeport store has consistently provided our family excellent service as long as it has existed.Recently I needed help setting a new phone and transferring two existing phones to new family members, one out of state. Vic took this this on (not as straightforward to do as you might think) and put in the extra time to make sure everything was set up perfectly. I recommend Vic highly for a friendly and efficient job!
Vic helped us with setting up our service plan and provided excellent customer service.
So this store went the extra mile to take care of an issue that AT&T had challenges with. The customer representative could not have been any kinder, and helpful, and sort through a really challenging mess that no one would have wanted to sort out. He was amazing the store was amazing. Collin was an absolute credit to this company
They were super helpful and the service was 10x better than the previous att that we would go to nornally. Helped me return a defective device and exchange for a new one which another store told us we couldnt do in-store. All really nice and knowledgeable people.
Great Store! Weve been here several times for account changes, new phones. Etc. Team is always polite, helpful, and quick. Store is right next to the parking ramp so best practice to park in the garage, no complaints whatsoever!
Hands down the best phone place I’ve ever gone to that I felt welcomed and not just another number or fast service! Merza (name is probably misspelled) the man has great customer service and was very patient with us. The place was on point with COVID restrictions. In which, I appreciated. But over all everyone there was amazing and helpful.
Vic took great care of us. This is a solid store employee to employee all are good.
Great customer service. Too expensive for me.
I went into this store to replace my mom’s phone that broke. The associate helping me was very short in answering my questions and pretty frustrated when I didn’t understand the difference in phones or plans. We found a phone and were about to add it to our plan when he suggested upgrading plans as it wouldn’t cost anything and would keep things the same. I said great. Now my dad can’t receive groups texts or photos, my voicemail won’t work, another line on our family plan can’t access their voicemail, and I’ve literally spent 10 hours on the phone with AT&T corporate who can’t seem to help us.DO NOT TRUST THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS STORE
Ive been to this store several times with very good customer service. Today was terrible. The salesman was not helpful, did not want to answer questions/provide explanations and had a seriously bad attitude. I had an appointment to activate my new i phone which came with a SIM card. I was told that I needed to purchase another new SIM card from AT & T with the explanation of thats just how it works. I will probably to the the Washington Square store in the future.
I found Collin to be warm, resourceful, professional and personally dedicated to providing the best service, in the most efficient and comfortable way possible. He has helped me several times in the past and his professional courtesy and expertise are consistent. I will keep going back.
Couldn’t recommend this store more! Switched from Verizon to AT&T and I was in and out in 30 min! Russell helped me make the transition. Smooth, efficient and friendly service. I’ll be a customer for a long time bc of today!Thank you Russell!
Tim Reed my sales consultant was friendly helpful and knowledgeable. I came in to the store in a panic with a dead phone and left with a new iPhone 12 with all my data transferred. Would absolutely recommend Tim! 10 stars!!
Horrible! It’s as if I made the associates day by wanting to exchange a brand new iPhone 12. As stated in other reviews there is absolutely no mention of the $55.00 restocking fee. Who is going into stores to handle phone during the pandemic? Apple has made it so confusing as to what size phone is what. Absolutely zero customer service from the associate and manager.
My wife and I came in today to port over our T-Mobile plan wtth new phones to a new AT&T plan and were expecting a slog as is usually the experience. I had the single finest customer service experience Ive ever had for the modern phone era in the help we received from Dan our store representative. He was informative, fast, technically competent, interesting to talk to, and most importantly we walked out of the store with all our needs met in no time. I feel confident with every step of the process thanks to his help. Appreciate the work Dan you made us newly loyal AT&T customers. :)
Went inside with a question about my phone, and was told to wait for a rep. After waiting for a while my friends and I started playing games while waiting. They then asked us to leave because we were playing games in the store, before they even sent someone over to me to answer my question. When I pointed this out to them, they sent someone over to talk to me who made no effort to help me and told me to Google the answer to my question. Absolutely unbelievable customer service to a multi-year AT&T customer.
When I bought my new phone on Dec 30, 2020, I was told my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra5G came w a screen protector. One month later I have 2 deep scratches and multiple smaller ones that are annoying when my finger rubs over them. I took my phone in to the AT&T store to see if my phones screen protector was defective.I was told that my phone did not have a screen protector on it and there was nothing AT&T would/could do about the scratches. Now the trade in value is diminished, and they just released the S21. If I was told the new version was being released in 4 weeks, I would have waited to buy a new phone. More importantly, if I knew the S20 did not have a screen protector, I would have bought one like I have since they were first introduced to the market.I have been an loyal AT&T customer for well over 10 years. But now I have my doubts about continuing with this company.
We walked in the store with a 3 hour block of time, lets face it, thats usually what we need dealing with anything regarding account changes. We ended up with sales representative Anthony Moran. This guy was AMAZING!!! Not only did he remember me by name from a 5 minute conversation 3 months ago, but he also handled the account changes we needed to make faster than I have ever been helped by any cellular service representative ever (
Pickup service was absolutely horrible at this location. The only thing I ordered was a phone case and I had already prepaid for it online. I get to the store, call them to let them know what space I am in and the guy tells me to come inside. I go inside and I’m sitting there for over 15 minutes while the guy is trying to process my order. He goes to the back To retrieve my order, asks for my license, and proceeds to tell me he is ready for payment. I Then proceed to let him know that I’ve already paid. He goes again to type things in his iPad and starts questioning me about what services I have and begins to list their different packages and prices. I let him know I was interested and was only there to pick up my item. He seemed to be a bit irritated by this and just pushed my case across the table. He didn’t even bother saying thank you or have a good day. Online ordering and pickup shouldn’t ever be this difficult. I highly doubt I’ll ever order anything for pickup from this location again.
If you have a family member who passed away and you are not the account holder, AT&T does not make it easy to shut down the account. They require unnecessary documentation. This makes even more difficult for an already grieving family who is reeling from the loss of a loved one. 😥
My AT&T representative helped me order my tablet that I needed. It was a quick and easy process. 👌🏼😊
I went to this store to exchange an iphone12 that I had purchased over the phone from AT&T. The phone was delivered to me 1 day prior and was unopened in its original packaging. The agent at this store told me that hed have to charge me a $55 restocking fee, because of COVID. I have gone through AT&T website and have not found any mention of this policy. Their return policy clearly states that returns/exchanges on Iphones are free of charge within 14 days, if unopened. Ive been an AT&T customer for 14 uninterrupted years and am quite disappointed with this service.
I went in to exchange two unopened iPhones SE that I bought last Saturday for iPhones 12 Mini. The sale person, Dan, told me that there would a restocking fee of $55. However the exchange policy from ATT website clearly indicates that restocking fee is prohibited on unopened iPhone devices. I told him that when I bought the phones from the store; I specifically asked the sale person, Collin, about the exchange policy and he told me as long as the device was unopened, there would be no restocking fee. Dan continued to refuse my request for exchange. I asked Dan for his Manager’s name. He only gave me the Manage’s first name. I asked for the last and Dan said he didn’t know his Manager’s last name. Very disappointed. This is horrible service and sale person at this store is very unprofessional and doesn’t even know about ATT exchange policy. I plan to write an official complain to ATT’s CEO and the Headquarter. I’ve been an ATT customer since 1999.
Very helpful.
Was the only one there. And didnt even try to help at all. Robotic or drained staff..
Best service EVER! They went above and beyond, and we all left extremely happy! First time, for me, that I was leaving a electronic store that That happy! Thanks guys for be you!
This people are a bunch of inepts i whent to replace my screen protector and one of the guys ask me for the recip and i show it to him and he comes back telling me to go to replace it to washington square last time i go to this store defenetly dont recomen thanks
Stopped in last week to ask a question about adding a line to my account. Marisa and Anthony were really helpful! Ive been with AT&T for 8+ years now and always receive excellent customer service.
Went in yesterday and switched over 3 lines and our cable to direct TV. Service was friendly and knowledgeable. They got it all done very quickly and all the staff was very friendly. I really appreciated Amanda and Anthony taking the lead dealing with the transfer of our phones. Im new to ATT from Verizon so fingers crossed the phone service matches up to the stores service.
Horrible customer service. Salesperson didnt want to help us just kept saying do it online.
Highly recommend Tim Reed. I hate dealing with cell salesfolks, but Tim was exceptional. My husband will be visiting the store due to my experience.
I had some questions about switching service and what AT&T had to offer so I decided to pop in while at Bridgeport. I was greeted immediately upon entering and I was pleasantly surprised to find the staff to be knowledgeable, helpful and full of recommendations that could save me money as well as provide additional services beyond what I receive from my current carrier. I didnt have time to make the changes today but Ill be back and hopefully Marisa will be there to help me again as I really liked her approach.
Expect a 1-2 hour waiting time for sure, I visited twice on a Sunday and waited more than an hour each time. If you’re a walk-in, get an advisors attention to put your name on the waitlist and expect to not be served until your name is called, while they assist with their current customer. If you have a simple question see if you can get it answered before waiting an hour, otherwise wait patiently and they will help you. When working with the manager, things seemed to have ran way smoother, so if you have the option, see him.
I went in to talk with ATT about switching my service provider from T-Mobile. I talked with two associates, Colin & Marisa, and they were extremely helpful in quoting me and offering me the best promotions! Will definitely be returning when I can make the switch!
I went in to get a upgrade and the staff were able to save me $85 a month and switch me over to direct tv! Best experience I’ve ever gotten at a ATT store. The mangers Amanda and Anthony do great with the staff here at Bridgeport!
Worst customer service ever!! I am 2 shakes away from changing my carrier!!! If they dont fix it. Im done!! The associate didnt care 2 winks about us or our problems we have been having. All I wanted to do was add a line and they still couldnt get it right or honor the discount that THEY promised us.
Very satisfied very knowledgeable very professional
I had to tracked down the guy, Anthony C, who helped me back in December 2018 when AT&T did a promotion of BOGO for $300 off when you add a new line. In March 2019, I contacted AT&T Live Chat to ask about the promotion and when its going to kick in onto my account since its about 3 months now. The chat person told me wait another bill cycle and should showed up. The credits shouldve started for the next bill, but it didnt. Another month past, I contacted AT&T customer service line and asked wheres the credits since its been 4 months now. The customer service rep told me the promotion didnt apply to me because I got the phones at two different times and places and the months of getting the phones didnt align together. I told customer service rep that Anthony told me something else. He said I was able to get credits for the billing cycle. AT&T rep apologized to me and asked me to go back Anthony and ask for your refund back or help you cancel the line. I went to the Mall 205, where I originally met him, the AT&T guys said he transferred to AT&T Bridgeport. I went all the way to Bridgeport and found him there. I told him about the situation. He looked at me funny and said he never heard of the promotion didnt work like that if I get different places and times. He told me he would have to talk to his manager about it and would call me back. I had to call back after 3 weeks of waiting for his reply. He told me that his manager called and left me a voicemail. The manager NEVER called or left a voicemail. Apologizes for the long review and im sure it maybe a little confusing... But overall, just dont go Anthony C for help and make sure if youre doing a promotion be sure to ask a lot of questions and dont wait around and believe what he says. I had a lot of patience and at the end, I got screwed over.
Russell provided great service!
Great conversations and service from Colin. What an excellent experience. Thank you for helping my incapable sister set up her new phone! #LoveColin #NotAJumper #bridgeport #coupons #5back
Very nice service. Bright clean store.
Canceled my service! Took forever and you cant cancel in the store! What a pain will not use them again. How something so simple could be so hard with no regard to customers!
I came into the store waiting was fine since there seemed to be only one worker. But then after there was a female(Asian) who came out from back doesn’t even look at me when she says “hello, how can I help you?” She was completely rude, had no idea what AT&T thanks was, and showed me no respect with her answers that I had about the iPhone XS Max. And then she refers me to go to Apple and try them about their trade-in program. Haha like I was in shock how rude and unhelpful she was such a disappointment in your employee.
Wow went in there to ask about getting a new phone plan and the employee, Collin, was super aggressive and not trying to listen to our questions. Instead of explaining anything his response is “hey, that’s above my pay grade, that’s just the way it is. Don’t ask me why.” Idk I ask you why because you’re the one who’s suppose to be able to explain my plan and all the details hahahahaha. To top it all off we had to sit and wait for 45 mins just to deal with an employee who’s obviously flustered that he’s got to deal with so many people everyday. Sounds like if you did your job and listened, used empathy, and responded in a way that you could help us answer our questions about the BS you’re trying to sling us then you wouldn’t have to work so hard. Collin, and others who do the same; Learn how to sell your product correctly. It’s irresponsible to be just selling stuff to individuals without being able to clearly explain every aspect.
Stopped in because my SIM wasn’t working, the experience was a breeze and my rep Anthony was so helpful and receptive to my questions about account add ons! Thanks again Bridgeport AT&T!
Very helpful and friendly. Didnt try to push a lot of stuff. Just got me what I needed.
Shane at the local AT&T store provided me with excellent service. Would go as far as to rate it five star or platinum! Very friendly and he saved me 200 dollars on my visit!!!
If you desire excellent and friendly service, come to this location and ask for Cole. Hes completely knowledgeable, friendly, and full of good ideas on how you can get the most value out of your AT&T service plan and phone. I know this may sound like he wrote this himself :) but trust me. I never write Google reviews, but the other day he provided such a great experience that I felt compelled to give him a shout-out. Go see Cole!
Person who helped me was rude and errogant.
Ive been past this store a number of times and never noticed it. If you are looking for this place its right there in front of the parking structure as you pass by the 21 cinema. Movie theater is on your right and at the corner is the at&t store. Plenty of staff to help meet your needs and the wait time is short.
I just want you to know that Scott Clay, one of your sales reps in Oregon is awesome! We went thru a nightmare with Tmobile and he made moving to AT&T easy. Thank you for employing people of integrity and who actually care about their customers.
The local folks who work here were great. They even dialed the phone to the accounting dept. However, it appears that after speaking to 5 different representatives, 2 of which were in the correct department, walking into an AT&T store, being on hold for well over an hour, transferred to a random department for absolutely no reason other than to not have to resolve the issue (yes, I am serious! It happened.) and with multiple positive affirmations that this issue wasnt my fault whatsoever~my phone remains suspended. I asked, so what you are saying is that there is NOT ONE PERSON ANYWHERE THAT CAN HELP ME? NOT ONE? His response, yes maam, there is no one who can override the system and that is it. Wow, Verizon....Sprint....T-Mobile???? Can you over ride your systems when THE SYSTEM MAKES A MISTAKE....TWICE???
This store completely ignore two mothers that entered the store. Earl refused service due to the fact that employees wanted to go home and him and another employee that would be left did not have time for us. After we left the store there were still 5 minutes left and other customers walked out as Earl locked the doors and sat inside with another employee while laughing and waiting to leave. This AT&T store will never have my business again normal AT&T in general. This company should look into re training their employees so they can learn how to act appropriately towards their customers.
Weve had AT&T for about 20 years and are very happy with the service. This location is one of our favorites to visit for service. If you have the opportunity, request Tyler Ebert to help you - hes very knowledgable, kind, helpful and goes the extra mile when it comes to customer service!
Mr. Rug Sweater was an absolute jerk. He and Mr. Sad Ricky Martin look-alike. They had no interest in helping me. I ORDERED a phone from a retail store so it came from corporate. These jerks had no interest in dealing with the return. He treated me like garbage.
The staff at the store were unable to assist with my order, and were not informative or compassionate with my difficulty obtaining my order. There were two other clerks there that were not helping anyone, and did not offer assistance when the gentleman helping me could not track my order either thru name or account phone number
Sales associates were great and very friendly. Took care of everything we needed, will definitely come back
Horrible!! DO not go here. I was told that i was not an authorized user on my account and that i could not upgrade my phone without being one. I reply by saying then add me as an authorized user i have my id on me and even called my account holder and offered to put them on the phone to verify the account. They said this was not allowed an that the account holder must be there in person to preform the upgrade.. NO I was not changing my plan. Just doing a simple 2 year renewal. They refused to help me and told me I must go home and do it online. I asked if i could be helped from them, they have computed and tablets in hand. They refused and again directed me online. When i refused they added me to a waiting list on the big board. I was the first and only walk in costumer and waited for 20 minutes while the woman who took my name down went in the back room and hid from me. She even peaked out a few times to see if she could come out.. I left horribly unsatisfied and will never return or endorse AT&T again. I left and went to the apple store, with in 10 mins I had the phone I wanted and the upgrade was used by verifying the last four of the social like every where else in the world. This store in Bridgeport deliberately refused my business. I spent over $500 that day at apple instead. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!! In fact if you havent switched to Verizon or Sprint you are foolish as I will be switching every one of my business lines over to sprint in spring.
Worst experience ever!!!!! Bought an Apple Watch with cell at the apple store around the corner and went to Bridgeport AT&T to add it to my AT&T plan.WHAT A MISTAKE!!!!!!! After almost 2 hours of Two of the three people in the store trying to accomplish this task they sent me back to Apple saying the phone was defective .Upon return to Apple a diagnostic was run on the watch as I watched the results they showed no problem at all with the watch. They gave me a replacement just to satisfy me at no charge, cudos to Apple. The Apple teck knew more about AT&T than the AT&T store at Bridgeport,he said they assigned a phone number to the watch like they were suppose to but apparently screwed it up trying to enter the ID number manually and entered the wrong number this the almost 2 hour wasted time thanks to AT&T.I went to another AT&T store by my house in Vancouver armed with the info Apple gave me.I did not tell the person,Sara, who waited on me what I knew.Within 5 minutes she had spotted the problem went into my account fixed the Bridgeport stores incompetence and within 10 minutes of walking thru the door had my Apple Watch up and running. Moral of the story STAY AWAY FROM BRIDGEPORT AT&T . Find another AT&T store just don’t even think about dealing with the incompetence at the Bridgeport location!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
Terrible experience please train your employees on how other carrier unlimited data plans work because apparently they think they know it all. I was told my fiancé’s iPhone didn’t work properly because after 22gb of usage as a group our carrier would slow our data speeds, which is not completely true. My carrier allows up 22gb per line before slowing our data speeds I showed this to the apple employee and he said I was confused on how my data plan worked. I worked for AT&T for 3 years I’m very aware of how my data plan works in particular because I was trained on this for years through AT&T. I explained my situation to this particular employee multiple times and he continued to ignore my problem and blame my fiancé’s phone issues on our data plan when she only averages a total of 6gb per month please fact check before telling me how my data plan works this was absolutely the worst service I’ve ever received from Apple and it’s sad to see this type of service from a company I’m a huge fan of. I ended up just walking away because I knew I wasn’t getting anywhere with this employee he offered to bring his manager but ended up bringing me another representative.
No words can explain how my lastest experience with this location went. Sadly enough....its not the first time.
Marisa was super awesome and through in getting exactly what we wanted and working through all glitches!!
Very helpful. Wish coverage was better in my area.
I went to buy a new phone and the add -on sales pressure was ongoing (screen protector, case, etc.). I did end up buying a Zagg screen protector and was told if my screen with protector broke all Id need to do is take it to any AT&T store and it can be repaired. Well, my screen broke, we took it to the nearest store (we were on vacation) and the staff there said a) there is no record of your purchase and b) we cant repair it. Very distressing. I called Zagg (who were wonderful) and a replacement screen is on the way. I did need to pay $5.99 shipping/handling - another thing I was not told about. I told the Zagg representative about the comments from the AT&T store and he said that the information was inaccurate. This, once again, did nothing to restore my faith and/or belief that people, looking you in the eye, will always tell the truth. Very disappointing and a lesson learned for me.
We had horrible experience at this store. Even tho Sales Associate was nice at the time when i was trying to choose the phone and all but he definitely gave deceptive inaccurate plan information on promo with phones. It looked too good to be true, i guess. I ended up with an extra line (that i told him will not use it anyway, and he said its free). He said that will wave activation fees. Happy Mothers Day! (that were not waved, i found out from customer service) + he added protection plan that was not even discussed about. Likely i found out all truth in those 14 days when i could return phones. BUt... they were not even acknowledging their mistake they did, manager was covering J. in the team, and wanted to charge us $35restocking fee on each phone (2 phones). WTH, we had to come several times to the store before returning phones, and fighting them to wave those restocking fees. Awful! Bad customer service, they are just thinking how to sell and all... seems like even dont know they own rules as Line was added without account holder present... which is they COULD not even do it....but to collect restocking fees, oh, didnt want to wave it....well, this location is not great if you want to have peace of mind and get correct information on deals and plans without any hidden information that will make you pay more. :{
Anthony was the bees knees!! Thanks much for your help!
Great customer service and knowledgeable.
Very nice store, great customer service
Amanda and Rita were awesome !!!
Helpful staff.
Terrible! You can wait 15mn when the store is empty before having someone to help you! And this is not the 1st time
Good service.
They didnt pick the phone up
Love this place, but Im a little biased.
Customer service out the window I guess.
Okay
Wow
