One of my husband’s back teeth cracked in half and fell apart today (10/1/2021) while he was at work.He called me, desperate to figure out what could be done.We tried to see if we could get in to see our dentist, but there were no openings.He was in terrible discomfort.My husband is a combat-wounded veteran, who sustained severe damage to his jaw when a grenade detonated inside his Humvee in Iraq; several large pieces of shrapnel were embedded in his face, and as a result, he is very sensitive, and selective, about dental work.I immediately texted our friend Dr. Susan Weinberg, who has a HUGE heart for serving veterans.Being that it is Friday, her office was closed, but she called me and said, “I can meet you guys at my clinic at 2:30; I’ll get a hold of my dental assistant.”These ladies came in on their day off to fix my husband’s tooth…. On a Friday afternoon… without even batting an eye.I am grateful for many things, but I am especially grateful for wonderful, caring, compassionate friends like this.Susan, we cannot even begin to thank you, and Ashleigh, enough for your kindness today.

I had a crown and a cavity filled. They made it fast and painless. And I was so scared! They explained every step and we’re quick about it.I felt so taken care of!If you have to get de real work done, definitely see Susan Weinberg!! She was so loving and attentive. 😊❤️

Finding a new dentist is tough when you’re new to an area and I’m so thankful my insurance approved a second opinion after visiting TruDentistry. Very nice people but my cleaning was not as good as I expected and in my exam they found a couple fillings to be done…. They didn’t give me my full “care plan” up front and the day my first filling was due I was told about the rest of the care plan over the phone when they called to confirm my appointment, which included a lot of fillings and work needing to be re-done no one told me about during my initial appointment. Needless to say, I canceled that appointment because of the distrust it created and sought out a second opinion, which found EVERYTHING to be normal and no work needed just a second cleaning in 6 months. I’ve now seen my new dentist twice once for a second opinion 6 months ago or so and today for my second annual cleaning, which I’m very happy with my teeth feel like they just got the works. To this day what TruDentistry had on my treatment plan was not necessary and my teeth are in great shape.

Immediately I felt super comfortable and the staff is helpful. I highly recommend coming here for dental work!

There has been a lot of dental work in my life, but today was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Nguyen and Sage took amazing care of me, explained what was going on and went over all my options. Never even felt the Novocain! Which was a rarity for me. There was quite a bit to do today but they were done within the hour! I can’t recommend TruDental of Tigard strongly enough. Amazing staff all around the office, who have already had to deal with several of my reschedules and never once make me feel bad for it. I’m so thrilled to finally have found my dentist. Thank you all! I’m actually excited for cleanings now. :)

Due to having bad luck with dentists for the last couple years, I gave up on my teeth for a while. Once I started having pain, I knew it was time to go in. I came to TruDentistry and was so happy from day 1. The staff is all so nice and the office is very clean and welcoming. Dr. Nguyen took care of me, and from the beginning was so kind and helpful. She really strives to show/educate you why you need certain procedures done, which I really appreciate. I needed a root canal and was terrified because of all the horror stories, but Dr. Nguyen did great and it was all over before I knew it! She really put all my concerns at ease.Would recommend anyone to come check them out!

This is the dentistry to go to. It starts from the moment you walk in with the friendly office staff greeting you and exceeds all expectations until you walk out the door again. Including the actual dental work. Extremely attentive to how you are feeling and also extremely gentle. Everyone here seems to want to be here and not just for themselves but for you too. I’m all about making people’s days just a little bit better if I am capable and they do that every time for me here. I drive 30 minutes and I’d drive even further because it is absolutely worth it. I went in for a crown and some fillings after neglecting dentist work for many years. I came in very nervous and Rascal and Dr.N were extremely beneficial for me as far as making this experience calming and welcoming. I came in for two crowns, right after I had just got a root canal next door. From the front desk, to the dental chair their entire staff is friendly and welcoming.Dr.Nguyen was informative, and genuinely cared about how I was feeling the entire time. With the help of her assistant Rascal getting my two crowns was a simple and comfortable process - Proof is in their work !!If you’re new to the area, or just looking for someone you can trust, I highly recommend .

As my first experience with this practice, I called Dr. Weinbergs office for an emergency - a flared up pain in a tooth over a weekend had turned into a swollen cheek (clearly an infection) by Monday morning. Dr. Weinberg was able to see me that same day, diagnosed what I had feared (the need for a root canal), prescribed me antibiotics and scheduled the necessary root canal for the following week. Dr. Nguyen then performed the procedure with her trusty sidekick, Rascal, and they did an EXCELLENT job. Both doctor and assistant were top notch. Painless, and it seemed to be over much faster than I expected. Two weeks later, I returned for the crown, which was perfectly done and expertly placed. I have had absolutely zero issues with it since and am VERY happy with the results. The entire staff of this office - from the doctors to the supporting medical staff, front desk to accounting were extremely friendly, kind and great at their jobs. I would highly recommend them to anyone, as your new regular dentist or even if you just find yourself in an emergency situation as I did. Truly fantastic job, one and all !!!

I was a patient of Dr. Weinberg for years. I had a crown replaced on my front tooth and was talked into doing some veneers for a better appealing appearance. My front teeth were not that bad at all just small things that could look better. I was in my mid- twenties and had no idea that I was agreeing to a financial obligation for the rest of my life. When I was told they would last 20 years I figured just that … in 20 years I would have to have them redone. Well 7 years later they have completely failed. They were put on with bad fitting and I ended up with gaps all around them and cavities on my teeth underneath. The crown was also leaking and appearing grey. I have had to have them all removed and redone while acquiring a $10,000 bill and countless hours in the dentist trying to correct the issue. This is a HUGE financial obligation that I have no choice but to correct the bad work that was done originally. I loved them as a dentist but 7 years later I would not recommend them for any cosmetic dentistry specifically. This has been a VERY disappointing and stressful time due to something that could have been avoided.

Ive been a long time patient and Ive always had a great experience. I just recently had invisalign to correct a few teeth that had moved since I had conventional braces as a child. I am so happy with the results. If youre looking for a new dentist, give Trudentistry a call. They will make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the front door.

Ive been a patient for over 15 years now and have always have a great experience. I went in to have some filling fixed and was originally told Id need to be numb. Im terrified of shots but they made me feel comfortable regardless. I went in for my appointment and was told I didnt need a shot! My anxiety was eased and the appointment went quick and smooth! What a WONDERFUL dental office experience! I went in to have some chipped bonding on my front tooth repaired, and to talk future options for a more permanent fix. The moment I walked in the door, I was met with genuinely friendly staff who knew exactly who I was. :)While waiting for my appointment, Dr. Weinberg comes rushing in with Starbucks lemonades for everyone, including the other waiting patient, and me the new patient! I felt terrible declining due to my staying away from sugar, but I was just blown away at how amazing a gesture it was on the part of THE dentist!All of the assistant staff were competent, friendly and engaging. I have always enjoyed going into Susan Weinbergs dentist. I always feel very comfortable and enjoy talking to everyone that works there. To this day I am not a big fan of the dentist but I always feel a lot more comfortable going into Susans dentist. Whether I am just getting a cleaning or a cavity filled,I always feel very relaxed thanks to the great atmosphere. I was in a panic to find a dentist after experiencing jaw pain, (I recently moved to the area and hadn’t found a dentist yet.) I called the office and they got me in same day which was unexpected but appreciated! They were extremely friendly and prompt. The office is warm and welcoming. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but THIS office has changed that. All of the staff are so incredibly friendly and compassionate.I have a few cavities that need addressed and they didn’t make me feel bad....there was No shaming. It was such a relief. I went in today to get the cavities dealt with and oddly... it was fun! Dr. Nguyen and Rascal made me feel comfortable, (including but not limited to being super numb), and I actually laughed through the work they did. They clearly enjoy their jobs which also makes the experience great. I highly recommend this office to anyone who might dislike or have anxiety about the dentist. They will cure you have those negative feelings!!

Dr. Weinberg and her staff are all incredibly amazing and incredibly talented. I have been a patient for almost two years now and each time I have received the utmost care and attention. They have the most up-to-date technology, hardware, and chairs that I have personally experienced. They always take great care to make sure my experience is as positive as possible and always explain everything that is going to happen, what my options are, and why the need to do it. While working in the Portland Oregon area this week I developed a severe, mind numbing, debilitating toothache. This tooth has been a problem but I thought I could wait till next week to see my regular dentist at home. Nope. I found Dr. Weinbergs office and I am glad I did. The tooth needed to come out but due to outside issues, (mine) could not be done that day. Dr. Weinberg and her staff were able to provide an alternative that would keep me pain free till I could see my regular dentist next week. Dr. Weinberg was great, a pain free experience. I can now continue with the rest of my week. Felt like a new person.If I lived in the Portland area, Dr. Weinberg would be my dentist. I would recommend her and her team to anybody. I have never enjoyed going to the dentist, but this most recent trip to Dr. Weinburgs was so easy I might be changing my tune. Everyone was seriously friendly, and I spent way more time laughing than I ever thought I would in a dental office. From the moment I walked through the door everyone was super welcoming and helpful. Even figuring out my insurance was a breeze! Dr. Nguyen and her wonderful assistant Rachael got my teeth bright and shiny in what felt like no time at all, and even though they found a cavity, I was fixed up and good to go in under an hour! All of the staff are so friendly and inviting and my dental hygienist Lulu (Lourinda) is AWESOME! She has the best energy and makes a dentist visit extremely relaxing. Wow, Im so happy I found this place! First off, I HATE going to the dentist after having a traumatic​ experience last year. I was scheduled for a cleaning and then a quick check up on my teeth. Lulu-the hygenist, did an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth, being very careful and explained everything that she did during that process. She was very knowledgeable​ and the process was PAIN-FREE​. Then I saw Dr. Weinberg and she did such an incredible job also explaining everything and even showing me digital pictures of where I needed work. I would highly​ recommend this place if you want a pain free dentist experience with staff who are knowledgeable​ and love what they do!

Have been in the dental field for the past 10 years, I chose to come to Dr. Weinbergs office for my work because I know how compassionate she is and trusted her to do my work. I needed a night guard and after a quick appointment at her office she had expertly crafted a night guard to help protect my teeth for years to come. In addition to the great work and my level of trust in her, I have found her staff to be some of the kindest people. I am very fortunate to have a dentist that will treat any patient like family and genuinely look out for my best interest. She takes the time to get to know me as well as my oral health. What is being done to your teeth is explained fully before the work is done and they take before and after photos to show you what needs to be done and how it looks afterwards. They let you know what your costs and insurance implications will be associated with the work that will be done- before hand so you know what the expenses will be.They are great!

Needed emergency root canal in the middle of my workday. Dr. Nguyen and Rascal had me in the chair, x-rays taken, and root canal done in two hours. Professional and wonderful staff. Highly recommended.

I was surprised at how poor of treatment I received. I had an early morning appointment and was called in on time. After a quick inspection and xrays the dentist came to take a look. While I had listed my concerns on the check in paperwork she was more concerned with convincing me to replace my metal fillings that were having no issues with more natural looking ones. I declined her offers saying the fillings were working fine and she moved on saying the hygeniest would be with me shortly. 10 minutes went by until I was told the hygeniest was running a bit late and to sit tight. So I sat for over an hour until the hygeniest came over and said she was ready for me. Rather than a warm greeting or an apology for over an hour long wait the first thing she says is So you got a busy day?. After the cleaning on my way out the receptionist happily gives me my treatment plan for my next visit to get it cleared by insurance and its to have my fillings replaced. I let her know I did not need the work and had already told the dentist that as well. She said she hadnt herd that. A couple weeks after my appointment I received a call from the office when I would like to come in to get the work on my fillings done. I repeat again I dont want or need that work done much to their surprise. Well would I like to go ahead and get my next cleaning scheduled then? I informed her based on my experience so far I dont think I do. Not even the faintest concern, just OK, bye.

Before coming to Dr. Weinbergs office I didnt care much for the dentist but Ive come to enjoy my visits so much that I see it as a luxury I cant live without. For someone like me who has a tendency to only floss before an appointment I really appreciate the fact that they are never condescending or judgmental, even with blood all over their gloves. Every member of their staff makes you feel welcome like a family member, I cant recommend this place enough.

I’ve been going here for many years. Lourinda and Dr. Weinberg are fantastic. I have a lot of confidence that they are taking wonderful care of my teeth.

I love Dr. Weinberg and her staff. Theyre always gentle, friendly, and patient, and I appreciate that they look for solutions that work for everyone instead of trying to frighten and shame their patients into changing behavior. I really cant speak highly enough about everyone at this practice.

Susan Weinberg and her team are the best! Professional, caring, and quick! I needed an emergency extraction and had a decent amount of fear built up over the whole ordeal. Dr Weinberg calmed my nerves and had the tooth out in less than 60 seconds! I cant thank Susan and her team enough for taking such good care of me that day!

This person is the worst dentist i have experienced in my 40 years old.She destroyed every single tooth she touched!Calling this person Doctor is insulting all the real professional doctors!Guys if you are thinking in going here i would recommend you to go to a vet, for sure youll get much better practice!

Dr Weinberg along with the entire staff made my experience the most enjoyable and relaxing I have encountered at the dentist office! I have horrific memories of going to the dentist as a young child. Those memories are a thing of the past after I had a filling replaced by Dr. Weinberg last week. The new medications they have made my experience completely pain free. If you have any hesitations about going to the dentist I would urge you to check out Dr Weinberg and her awesome staff. You will be glad you did!!!

I am always pleased when I leave Dr. Weinbergs office after my hygiene appointment. Her staff is so nice and friendly, its like hanging out with my best friends. Going to the dentist doesnt have to hurt! This is the best office.

I havent been to a dentist in over 3 years. I have had some pretty uncomfortable visits from my past dentist. It just so happens that my bridge came lose last night and I needed a dentist to repair it. Dr. Susan Weinberg came highly recommended and I can see why. Dr. Weinberg and her staff are amazing. Had a gal named Lulu clean my teeth. She was professional, thorough and sweet. I think she truly does get nightmares about stains left behind. They have Dr. Scholls massagers on the seats which is nice. Both Dr. Weinberg and Lulu showed me pictures & x-rays of my teeth and explained what was going on in a understandable and informative fashion. I already rescheduled my return cleaning and additional work.

One of my front teeth broke on a Sunday when I had a very important work presentation Monday morning. I called the emergency line and Dr. Weinburg personally called me back within 10 minutes. I explained what was going on, and even though this was cosmetic she drove in and took care of me Sunday afternoon! I will never go to anyone else other than Dr. Weinburg.

In and out of the office in less than 30 minutes for a cracked filling. Fast and painless. Im pretty impressed!

I just finished my second visit to Dr. Weinbergs office and loved it, well as much as you can for getting fillings put in haha. I have never had a more professional and comfortable experience at a dentist. My first appointment was for X-rays and a cleaning and my second was replacing my old fillings with new ones. My teeth were worked on by Dr. Nguyen. She was great and personable and I would recommend her to anyone. Overall I am excited to have found such a great dental office!

I found Dr. Weinberg through my insurance provider and after reading some great reviews I called to make my first appointment to schedule a checkup and cleaning. I recently moved to Tigard and needed to establish a new dentist in the area. I received such great service over the phone and they were able to get me an appointment that fit with my schedule. It was so nice meeting Dr. Weinberg she had a wonderful sense of humor and was so friendly. Dr. Weinberg also helped me with a orthodontic referral, recommended some care options for my uninsured boyfriend and also was upfront with costs of some minor things I needed done. Lourinda was the nicest dental hygienist I have ever had! She did such a great job of explaining everything she was doing and why. I felt so comfortable in her care and enjoyed talking with her during my visit. To put a cherry on top I was given a warm cookie after my appointment. I am excited to go back for my next visit. Ive been a patient of Dr. Weinberg for the past five years. Her and the staff are compassionate, and gentle. I was with Lulu one of the hygienists yesterday for a cleaning and I had cracked lips, im prone to chapped lips and she had some vitamin E that she put on them while cleaning and sent me home with some. Ive never thought to puncture the tablet and use it like a lip balm. They will take the time to answer questions and they will talk you though the process, such as when getting a filling and what will come next. definitely recommend.

I just wanted to stop by and say Thank You for the build up on my front tooth. As I explained to you it was a major insecurity of mine, and with a Wedding coming up it was a MUST HAVE. Well, our wedding pictures turned out AMAZING, and my smile was something to talk about. Couldnt have turned out any better!!

This is the best dentist office, ever. Dr. W is a generous, kind, intelligent and overall good person, and Lourinda is the best tooth-picker (hygienist) of all time. Doctor is also an amazing boss to ALL of the employees in her office; I have been coming here for over ten years and the same ladies have been working here the entire time, which says a lot. She treats them and her patients with kindness, generosity and respect. Doctor is also very smart and stays ahead of the curve on practice and research. You wont find a better office.
