The Spa Doctor/Todd has been great to work with a few times now. We inherited an older spa with a house purchase a few years ago and it’s still working at this point because of his efforts to repair deteriorated parts at a fair price. He’s been responsive, professional and I’d recommend their services.

Todd was super responsive to our call for service, and acted quickly to get the part we needed despite supply chain issues out of his control. He kept us well informed and scheduled the service as soon as the part came in. We will definitely not hesitate to use his services again.

We have been using this service for a few years now and could not be happier. Todd and his crew are professional, efficient and always maintain a clean and healthy spa experience for us. I especially like that they are forward looking from today to future needs of our spa whether it be equipment, hardware or chemicals. We dont have to worry about buying chemicals, testing the water, changing the water or maintaining anything. The rates are a very good value for their services. Highly recommend.

We Bought a house with an older spa that had not been used for a long time. I was having trouble trying to find a place that could come help me ( unless I wanted to wait 3 weeks).
