I hired this company, in good faith, to service my brand new liner, in my pool. I Expressed to the owner, Debbie, how important it was to have the chemical levels, perfect.... She assured me that they would be, as she just replaced a liner in her own pool. From day one, they were unreliable did not show up as promised. When you try to call them their voice mail is always full then you have to text, her. She doesnt answer you right away, and when she does its nothing but excuses. The communication between Debbie and her technicians, is terrible. When they show up, they supposably, vacuum, backwash,and add chemicals, in 10 to 15 minutes. 🙄 when I brought that to Debbies attention, nothing, but excuses. After they supposedly, serviced my pool, on Friday, I check my chemical levels, on Saturday, morning.their was zero, chlorine, and all the other chemicals, were out of normal ranges. After calling Debbie, with my concerns, she promised to come out the following, morning herself, to check the levels. When she didnt, show up as promised, I tried calling her several times. My calls were ignored. I had to hire a new pool service, and pay $ 300.00 to get all the chemical levels correct. Very disappointing.!!!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS PEOPLE..!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF.

Aqua Care has alwasy been been my go to the past 15 years, and this is my 3rd house with a pool with a water feature attached and could not feel more comfortable with knowing they will also continue to take care of everything and even more as this is my first hot tub as well and have no idea about it, but am happy to know they take care of it all! Thank you Debbie and Juan for always being there!

Very undependable; difficult to get in touch with; serious lack of communication. Quality has definitely gone downhill over the past 2 years. 😐

I’ve had a lot of people working on my hot tub’s and pool for the last five years this is one that I will not leave can’t say anything bad about I could care.
