Very pleasant on the phone. Prompt delivery of new window glass. And one of the owners was SO nice and helpful. He saved me money...where I didn’t deserve it because (Ouch!), my measurements were off. But I’m a very small business, and he bent over backwards to spare me some financial pain. I had a large window in my bathroom that lost its seal. I went to Tualatin Valley Glass because of there solid reputation in the Tigard Community. I was not disappointed in the work they did to replace this 70 x 60 inch window. The whole install process took less than an hour, which was performed professionally, consciously and very respectfully to my home. Not an Installation or repair. I ordered a small, custom cut, tempered glass table top. Super easy to work with. One phone call, got a quote and ordered it. It was completed and ready fir pick up a few days earlier than quoted.

Staff helped me pick out the right type of screen for my replacement window screen. I think next time. I will get an estimate first. As the last time I had to replaced this screen it was half the price at a Hardware store.

I had made arrangements for someone to be at the apartment to meet TVG rep Kevin. He was supposed to be there between 10 and 10-30 am. I called the office 4 times. They did not know where he was at 10:30 am. He finally arrived at 11:27am. Thankfully, the person I had meeting him was able to stay. Failing to let me know that he was going to be late and then coming an hour late is NOT acceptable.

We had rain glass installed in an existing window. From start to finish, Damien and Rubin were awesome!

I had water accumulating in the inside track of a sliding glass door. When it rained it was pretty bad. As a novice I tried to alleviate the problem, with no success.I contacted one firm that told me I needed a whole new door set-up, which is a couple thousand dollars.My husband then called Tualatin Valley Glass and spoke with Drew, who was very knowledgeable and personable. Drew had his crew come out the next morning to figure out what was wrong. In less than 2 hours Damian and Ruben took the doors out, repaired the problem and only charged me a couple hundred dollars. The large window above our double front door needed to be replaced. It is a double pane, tempered glass window that is 6 x 6 with an arched top. It weighs about 270 pounds. The bottom of the window is 7 off the ground. Tualatin Valley Glass sent a team of 4, Damian, Rubin, Jed and Drew. They showed up on time and were professional throughout. They removed the existing window without a problem and then installed the new window quickly and efficiently. They worked smoothly and safely. I was impressed by their efforts. I would definitely use Tualatin Valley Glass again. Great work, guys!

I needed a single window replaced for my shop. It was like the third of January I think? I called them and put 50% of the cost down before they started. A week to ten days later they called and said the glass was in. They set the date and time theyd come by to install. They didnt show nor did they call the day of delivery. Gave them a call the next day and they came by the following day. Got all the boarding off the window-less door and it turns out they ordered the wrong size. So we patched the window-less door back up and they informed me that they have to re order the glass.They give me a call a week or so later and again they set the date and time that theyd come by. They didnt show and didnt call again on the date of delivery. A few days pass before I call them again and the very nice lady on the phone said my order was marked as completed, even though nobody had ever come back. They came early the following week and finished it. The repairman said I didnt owe anything else. Id assumed this was because theyd goofed up three times and they were giving me a break.Three weeks later I get the other 50% ran on my card.The work they did was solid. Everything else was a real headache.

I contacted the home office via email. they ordered replacement, installed and no hassle. Hopefully, I dont have to use window repair in the future. but if I do, Ill call these TVG.

Kevin did a great job replacing the mesh in all my useable screen frames, and he even made the extra effort to repair a very old, but sturdy, patio screen door frame with new wheels. His work was excellent, and he saved me money while still providing top notch results.

For years we have not liked the white grids on our windows. As well we had a handful of seals making our windows hazy and fogged over. Our biggest concern with having these windows replaced was preventing damage to freshly painted trim / surrounding areas. We had a really bad experience with this company. After repairing our window, they left our house with glass shards on the inside and outside of the window. Very unsafe! The worst part was they BROKE the electrical outlet they were using, and REFUSED to pay for damages! They told us it was screwed in too tight and it was our fault to outlet broke when they unplugged their vacuum. It has a been a long time I have dealt with such an unprofessional business. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

It had to fit between 2 cabinets - with notches in the glass to match. The results were perfect and added a high quality look to the area (see picture below). We needed a large window in our dining area and called Tualatin Valley glass. They were very accommodating and very professional however the first piece of glass had a scratch on it that we didn’t see until they left. They came back within a few days to verify the scratch. No questions asked they replaced the glass within a week. Damien was the installer on both pieces of glass and he was very professional and very friendly and a pleasure to work with. We are very pleased with this company and will contact them again.

Amazing customer service! I recently bought a home in the area and needed glass inserted into two kitchen cabinet doors. I had no idea what I wanted. Kevin was so patient and helpful in assisting with finding just the right glass to match two other cabinets with glass in my kitchen. I also had a large old picture I accidentally knocked over and shattered. I didnt realize it had green glass inserted. The frame was fragile and falling apart. Matt assisted and these folk placed green glass back into my picture as well as placed the tiniest of nails into the corners of the frame so it would not be as fragile and hopefully hold together better. While not a valuable piece of art, very meaningful in sentimental value. These folks only took one week to do all the work I brought in. They called me when it was ready. While I didnt expect to drop by that day to pick up my items, they even offered to stay a little later after closing if I happened to be running just a bit later than their closing hours. Friendly, affordable, outstanding, helpful people! Everything one could hope for in customer service and beyond! I will definitely return in the future!

I hesitate to post a review before the windows are even complete but I’m so fed up at this point. The windows were on the list of repairs that needed to be completed prior to closing on our new house. There was some issue with the windows so the sellers asked us to push closing. That alone was kind of a pain because we also had a closing date on our previous house, movers scheduled, etc. we pushed it back though. Windows were still not done. We could push closing again or sellers would pay for windows and labor in advance and the TVG would contact us to schedule a time to install the windows on 12/16. They never contacted us but on 12/15 they sent an email saying they were go in f to cancel our appointment if they didn’t get a confirmation that we wanted them to come.My spouse called and scheduled them to come at 10:15 am and gave them my number so they could call and confirm. At 10:30 I texted my spouse to say I hadn’t heard from them and they weren’t here yet. At 10:45 they finally showed up. They should have had a work order, but didn’t. They had to guess which windows needed to be replaced because I didnt have possession of the home when the order was placed. They walked into the house that I’d literally just moved into, a house with wall to wall white carpet, and didn’t offer to remove their shoes and didn’t put shoe covers on. Again, it’s December. In Oregon. My carpets are white. “Let it go. It’s just carpet. You’re replacing it anyhow. Vacuum when they leave.” The final window that was to be replaced was in my bedroom. The dog beds are under that window. HE WALKED ON THE GD DOG BEDS WITH HIS SHOES ON. WTactualF?!? I said “hey, feel free to move anything that might be in your way...” he looked at me and just kept going. Baffled. Whatever. I didn’t hire them. I won’t hire them again. At this point I’m so over it.But wait! Whoever they had come measure in the first place measured wrong. They were able to rig the sliding glass door even though the measurement was off but the cracked a living room window during installation. I’m told “we’ll have to come back next week to fix that. Our boss will call you tonight to schedule”.2 days later I text my spouse and say “hey, there’s something wrong with the sliding glass door now. Can you call the glass people about that. Also, someone was supposed to have called me two days ago to schedule a replacement of that other window and I’ve yet to hear from anyone”. The spouse gets ahold of them, makes sure again that they have my number. They call and tell me they’ll be here between 10:30-11:30. Great! It’s 9:45. I want to shower but just in case they’re early, I’ll hold off. They show up at 12:30. They won’t be able to replace the window until 12/28. That’s almost a week longer than they’d originally told me but it’s covid times (which reminds me! Boot on my carpets a dog bed guy wore his mask UNDER HIS NOSE like he doesn’t understand how the respiratory system works) and the holidays. Things take longer. I should be getting a phone call the following week to schedule that. It’s now 12/30. Guess how many phone calls I’ve gotten? ZERO PHONE CALLS. Fine. I’ll call them. This is ridiculous. They are apparently out of the office until 01/05/2021. So that puts us a month out from when they were supposed to have been replace originally and I still don’t know when/if that last one will be.This house has large or awkwardly shaped windows on every outside facing wall. So. Many. Windows. We need to replace the sliding glass door (it’s a lost cause but that was not TVG fault and the 2 guys who showed up that day to look at it were actually really wonderful. Give them a raise) and plan to put in French doors there. We also plan to eventually put French doors in the master bedroom. I’m hoping to never have to replace windows beyond those again but if we do, my preference is always to use a local company rather than a big box store. Unfortunately, whoever we go with it won’t be TVG. I guess they already got paid so 🤷🏻‍♀️

It took them longer to do it than they told me it would, never called me like they promised they would when it was done, and gave me a piece that was fitted way to tight and they chipped the glass and I had to return it to have them redo it. I mentioned it was to tight and they assured me it was ok.

We needed all new screens and some window repair. Nick was assigned the job and we couldnt be happier. Came out exactly on time (so rare these days) measured and assessed in short time. He was very professional and personable. Came back (on time again!) Fixed everything perfectly and timely. If we have to use their service again i hope it is Nick that comes out...hes great!

These guys are awesome. I needed 4 glass shelves for a cabinet and all I had was the dimensions. Kevin helped me determine the correct thickness, tempering and bevels. He told me it would take a few days and they called right on time to let me know they were ready.I will definitely use them for any future glass needs. They also make and replace window screens!

I had a glass piece cut for some antique furniture..the employee was real professional he measured my old piece not once but twice and was able to find me a 3/16 piece and had me out the door in about ten minutes! The new piece fit perfect..

Over the last several years Tualatin Valley Glass has replaced sky light glass that had blown seals, installed tinted glass shelves, glass table and desk tops and replaced a foggy defective window pane at my home. They are definitely my go to company for my glass (and screen) needs. Dave, Joe, Kevin and Vincent were professional, knowledgeable and courteous experts. Their prices are reasonable and they offered several options. And an added plus, they replaced my window screens with amazing clear view mesh. I would highly recommend them!

I needed eight 20x45 pieces of glass for some cabinet doors, and walked into the shop on a Friday around lunchtime. The shop was busy, but the guys there had all 8 pieces cut in an hour and packed for safe transport with cardboard edges, little cork squares between the pieces, and wrapped in some plastic to hold them tightly together. Everyone in there that day was helpful and friendly. I will definitely be back the next time I need glass cut!

We had a couple of blown glass seals on separate sliding doors, decided to give tualatin glass a try, from estimate to installation, the experience was seamless, not sure it could have gone better. Inspite of one of our sliders giving them trouble (being 30+ years old) the techs handled everything in stride, not only does the glass look great! Been looking for a glass shop for my company for quite a spell and after doing business with Tualatin valley glass I have discontinued my search. They not only have decent prices but theyer craftsman are very skilled and punctual. I very seldom review a company on line but this was deserved.

The work was done in less than two hours and I had my glass. Unfortunately, the measurements Ive brought to TVG were incorrect (Im a metric guy). I went back a few days later with the correct measurements and brought the plastic mold that holds the glass. The guys measured the glass holder precisely and cut my glass in a few hours, even though they were short staffed that day. And to my surprise, they didnt charge me for the glass, even though I screwed up the measurements in the first place.You know that uneasy feeling when you have to go to some shop and have to negotiate or feel youll be ripped off?Not here. From the moment you walk in, guys at TVG treat you as a friend and make sure you leave a happy customer. Im a customer for life now. Thanks, guys!
