We had Mike as our tech and we are pleased with the screen replacement and frame rebuilds. The fit is snug and he was very informative in response to questions that I asked. I did wait over a week since service to write this review, as I wanted to test them out first. 😊The one thing I would have liked with this company would have been a confirmation call 1-3 days prior just to reassure me they would in fact still be coming, as I had to wait several weeks just for an appointment.

I should have taken the hint when it took almost 3 weeks to schedule the glass replacement after the quote. Then on day of appointment they called AFTER the start of my apt to let me know the glass hadn’t arrived yet.Day of my rescheduled apt, arrived half hour beyond arrival time window. Left glass pieces in the entry way and simply put the wood they broke back in place.Would not recommend.

Great service and standing behind their work. I had a big patio screen done by the company. It was off in measurement a little bit. The company guys Wilson and Kevin came out and had the screen fixed real quick. On top of that, the big sliding door was adjusted and another window was fixed on site. I expected another bill for that, but the crew was happy to set things straight and was happy to provided great service. I will get them to come for the next repair. We needed screens bad. Mobil Screens were professional, on time and friendly. The screens are durable, good quality and make our house look great. Mike was easy to work with and very friendly. We opted to have them come and do the measurements and install them. You can drop off the old screens and pick them the new ones which is a less expensive option. It is great to have the choice.

Michael was fantastic. As he installed the screens, he could see how hard it was to open the windows. He suggested I try some silicon spray on them, then went to his truck and got some, both to apply to the windows where he was working and to show me how to best apply. What a difference! I know have wonderfully fitting screens and can get my windows more easily open to use them.

We had Mobile Screens come out to our home and replace and repair nearly 10 screens and unstick a few windows and Michael did an excellent job. All the screens look great and he went above and beyond for a few challenging sliding screens. He was prompt and wore a mask which I really appreciated. I would definitely recommend using them.

We ordered our screen doors in early July and paid a deposit and have not received an updated of when they will be installed. I understand with the pandemic things are taking a bit longer but there has been an update or communication of when we can expect them by. We have been the ones to call and it takes quite a bit of time before we get an update. If we dont hear from that within the next day we will be cancelling our order and requesting a full refund. (if we can ever get a response)** Update, I just had my boyfriend call again to the number mentioned and left another message. We had also previously left an email and still no response there either. **

To be careful about COVID-19, Rick was able to measure outside and never had to step foot indoors. Leadtime was about 2 weeks because the screens are custom made to fit your windows, which means they fit perfectly. Me and my cats are thankful for Mobile Screens Etc!

I always seek out local businesses over corporate chains so that my money stays within the state first and this place is GREAT. The owner, Kevin, is very much on top of communication, let it be via phone or email. The turnaround time from requesting a quote to having him install a new screen door to for my patio was about 2 weeks. He arrived on-time and completed the job within the hour. This is amazingly fast, given all the tweaking to make a new sliding screen door run JUST RIGHT. Im very happy with the work conducted by Kevin and will contact him again if I need doors replacement without hesitation!

The technicians at Mobile Screens were able to repair three screen doors for a very reasonable price and though I was quoted two week lead time they were finished in one week. I brought the doors to their location, next time I will try their mobile service.

From start to finish, our experience working with mobile screens was excellent. Rick is incredibly knowledgeable about windows and measured and installed the screens perfectly with a tight seal on our uneven 1940s windows. Id intended to simply replace all the screens in my house, after a few had ended up missing or damaged over time. I requested basic replacements, the guy showed up on time, and offered to simply repair ones that didnt need a full replacement, to save some money. He finished quick, and the screens are GREAT. Great experience with Mobile Screens...we had them build 2 new heavy-duty sliders with pet mesh (that stuff is great...totally cat-proof!!), they replaced the screen on one of our windows that had previously been shredded by cats, and they installed our new storm door (as a side note...when we bought the new storm door from Lowes, they gal who assisted with checkout wanted to make sure we were working with a quality company for install...when I mentioned that we were working with Mobile Screens, she said that was exactly who she would have recommended! She then went on and on about what an upstanding company they are...and after our experience with Mobile Screens, I totally agree with her!). From the bid process to the installation, Mobile Screens Etc. were awesome. We have a difficult setup - very low peak on the roof and five large odd shaped windows + door to cover. Upon arriving to install, they needed to make adjustments on the fly in order to fit the blinds in, which were done at a very nominal cost to me. We have a 4 story Assisted Living building in SE Portland. Every time we have the carpets cleaned, the screens are removed and replaced to getthe hoses into the rooms. This last year several screens were broken, bent and damaged. Mobile Screens came out within a few days of my call and inspected the building to see what was needed. Then set-out to make the required repairs and replacements. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and how quickly he completed the job without any fuss or problems, especially since he was required to enter residents rooms by himself to make some re-installations. I will positively use Mobile Screens in the future and recommend them to everyone!

This past Summer I was interested in getting some sunshades for the side of my house that gets the sun all day long. Mobile Screens came out for a free onsite bid, and gave me several different options for my application. I ended up getting one roll-up sunshade and 3 screens with sunscreening in them. What a difference they made in the temperature of those rooms!The service I received was excellent; from the time they answered my phone call, until my sunshades were installed.
