Came to the store a few months ago, it was terrible. I ended up leaving all of my items on the counter and walking out because the cashier was so rude. I kind of dreaded going in today not knowing what I would find, but I was pleasantly surprised. One employee came to me and asked me if I needed help. He then led me to what I needed and was super friendly about it. The cashier, Jay, was awesome! He was friendly and personable. I left the store feeling so happy with the experience I had had.
I came in, purchased a keyboard, and took it to my car. I realized that the keyboard would not work for my computer, so I walked back into the store to return it, and I never opened the box. They did let me return it, but gave me a return card with a credit of less than what I purchased the keyboard for. I asked why couldnt they give me my money back, and it was because I didnt ask for a receipt when I purchased the keyboard. I asked why this was, and they said it was because their system was old. You guys seriously need to figure this out if that is the case. At least the associate who helped me was nice though. I definitely wont be doing business with you again.
I’m surprised to read the terrible reviews for the print services. I’ve had several print orders of the course of the last year and had no issues with any of them. I rarely write reviews for anything, but I had an amazing experience yesterday. Charles helped me and he went above and beyond. I had a vague idea of what I wanted and he turned that into a reality. He was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. To top it off he was fast! I was able to walk out with exactly what I needed at a fraction of the cost that other print shops had quoted me.
This morning was one of the worst experiences ever at this store. Not one person greeted the customers, asked if they needed help and all look bothered by the customers shopping. The gentleman at the front counter right when you walk in could have easily said hello as he was doing nothing, same for the cashier. I stopped and looked at the time because I thought maybe they were not open yet but they were open for 40 minutes. Absolutely worst customer service ever and then to be treated rude when it was time to check out was even worse! One gentleman who I’m assuming was the manager (super tall and polite) was helping someone but that was it. Not a way to run a retail business if you want repeat customers and nobody cleaned off the dirty carts, they watched me put mine back which means walking back into the store and put it back myself with no cart cleaning. Again, these employees were doing nothing! Sorry to inconvenience your store with our business!
Generally just unhelpful people, the woman at the printing and shipping desk is the worst. i.e. rude, doesn’t make any effort to help me with anything printing or shipping related, and leaves me waiting for long periods of time when I try to get her attention. I am never spending another dollar at this place ever again.
The print center is just about worthless. Can’t print a simple file to the proper resolution. At least they got it to print in color. Dismissive is the proper experience here, as another reviewer mention. Thanks for nothing. That’s exactly what I paid for, nothing. A worthless print in color that I can’t use. Don’t even know why this location has a print center. I’ll use a machine the next time.
Went to talk to a technician about a printer problem and a customer was sitting there without a mask on at the counter, as was the technician! Have half a mind to report it to the state. Will not go here again!
Great office supplies near work and friendly staff.I needed to get some new chairs for employees and went in to find them on sale. Took pictures and got the ok from Finance to make the purchase. Drove in the next day to find the sale had ended ($229 to $359). Asked an employee about the price increase and told him my dilemma. He checked with a manager and was able to price match the chairs to the sale price I had in my pictures. The next day when they came in he helped me load them in the truck bed even though I told him I should be fine.
Drove here all the way from Lake Oswego. Had a great experience. Thought my laptop was fried. Took it in and they told me it was just busy doing updates. So instead of charging me an ungodly amount to fix it they just gave me some friendly advice. Thanks guys!
Great store. The staff are friendly and there to help. They offer a work hub experience where entrepreneurs can rent a desk and or office and get started at great rates.The office space has complimentary wifi, feidge, coffee and tea as well. Highly recommend.
Went to pick up tax software. It was on sale $10.00 off but the signage was a little confusing. I asked about the price and was told the little red stripe on the price tag was the price with the discount. Nothing on their signage says the red stripe indicates a sale. Very confusing. Staff was nice and polite. Just not very helpful. I keep going back, though.
Terrible. I went in there to ship a gift, I waited about 15 minutes at the counter just to be told by the guy that I needed to get a box and then to be told that he didn’t know where the boxes were. So I walked around the store looking. (Just in case anyone else needs to know they’re lining the back wall.) the box size choices aren’t very good but that’s not the fault of the employees obviously. One box far too small, the other far too large. The only highlight to my experience was a girl with black short hair and a septum ring, she was nice. She mentioned something about shipping within the week being like $45 and I was seriously taken aback. I left because I would not be paying that much for shipping a small box of presents. My fiancé went in after me to get more answers and was directed to a guy at the register who told him they were out of flat rate boxes. I hate leaving reviews like this but it honestly seemed like most of the staff was very uninformed as far as the store and questions that I had. I really hope the manager of the store sees this and does more thorough training. Your store is not that big there’s no reason that one of your employees shouldn’t know where boxes are. And to just tell me “I don’t know” and then not even help or do anything, honestly I should have known to leave at that point.
Jason was so kind and helpful. We had a complex printing project and he was patient, organized, and made several helpful suggestions. He even found an in store coupon that saved us about $20.
As somebody who has spent a lot of time in a lot of local stores trying to correct a lot of mistakes with my orders, I have seen a fair share of good and helpful store teams. This was not one of them.The gentleman manager on duty today, and I really wish I caught his name, was rude and smarmy. When I asked him about an item from an email (sent to me today saying it was in stock in the store with one left), his first answer was to say that if there was only one left then it might be in somebodys cart already. In a completely empty store. And then when the item was not there, I mentioned that I was disappointed because my phone had said that there was one in stock. He then held up his device and smarmily replied well *my* phone is up to the minute.This is not the attitude of a good customer service leader. And even though I do not prefer to lodge complaints, this particular store manager was so rude that I had to report him to the staff...which may or may not make it to that managers higher up there on duty (named Jen) because its hard to lodge a complaint about the actual manager of a store.I bet you guys will see this though.Im never returning to the store again. And with all the issues that Ive had in the last year alone with all of the orders that I have placed with you and all of the poor quality/lemons I end up with when I buy from buying from Office Depot, this tremendously negative in-store experience has now pretty well guaranteed that the stress of dealing with Office Depot is not worth the ease of location.Sincere appreciation is sent to their senior technology specialist by the name of Parker, for taking the time to hear me out and forward my complaint and for treating me like a human, unlike the store manager.
Office Depot is my favorite store for office/school supplies. They always answer my questions and take care of me as a loyal customer. Their prices are competitive and theyll match competitors prices when applicable. No need to shop around other stores when youve got this gem in town. Thanks, Office Depot!

Couldnt be happier or more satisfied with the service at their print shop. Ethan was incredibly helpful and was able to have me out the door in minutes, FEDEX Kinkos said it would be days and I wouldnt be able to get a waterproof label.And, my total bill was only $30, FED Ex said it would be $75 just to format the labels.Couldnt be happier with Ethan and Office Depot!

In the landscape of today’s retail and customer experience environment there are far too many options to the customer for a business to have poor service or customer experiences...forget having multiple.
Stumbled on to some good deals today that werent even related to back to school.. Glad I stopped by.
Went in for simple adapter. Guy on the phone said they had a bunch. They had just one for waaay more then anyone in their right mind would pay. Lady was short with me and came off a little rude. Wont be going back.
