Kiss Car Wash is a fantastic family owned business with three locations in the Portland Metro area.My local shop is located on SW Main St in Downtown Tigard.It is super-easy to see from the street and to enter and exit.Everyone is incredibly friendly and do a phenomenal job in getting vehicles clean.Plus they are 100% Eco-Friendly by using recycled water and biodegradable products.While I was waiting for the Deluxe Clean, I even took my dog for a walk on the Tigard Heritage Trail which is right nearby.Stop by and give them a try!

This is one of the few full service car washes in the greater Portland area and they always do a great job for a good price and pretty quickly. They have an air conditioned room if it’s hot and have great customer service. They didn’t tape my back windshield wiper down the first time I went to them and it broke and they replaced it without question. I recommend them to all of my friends.

Took my car today to get it cleaned and was charged the price for an SUV and their explanation for it is that only select sedans are subject to the sedan pricing advertised on their entrance which is 29.95 for deluxe service. I paid 42.95 for a Subaru Impreza (not an SUV or a truck as far as I know) and it wasn’t cleaned properly and not worth the pricePhotos attached to show the poor cleaning service

Im conflicted about this place. They are nearby and I patronize them often. But the price is high considering that you have no option to vacuum your own car. They will do it for you for a high price and an inconvenient wait, but who wants a $26.95 car wash and vacuum? Maybe sometimes, but usually a quick wash and a self vacuum is perfect.A fancy wash with was is $12.00 and a basic wash is $9.00. Want to vacuum, you are looking at between $27.00 to $37.00.Main problem... There is no option to simply vacuum your own vehicle unlike comparable locations where you get your wash and then do a quick self vacuuming, usually for free for for a few quarters.

Disappointing. They used to be so much better. Did a premium inside & out wash today ($36.50) on my Escalade truck. The outside wash equipment is better at Kaddy. It looked like it wasn’t vacuumed although it was & when they put the dressing on the tires it went all over the chrome rims, and they made a half hearted attempt to wipe it off. I probably won’t go back

Best Car wash I know of in Portland area! They have good deals and clean inside as well as outside. ➕ They have waiting areas while they clean the inside. Its also walking distance from many businesses.

Way too expensive going through the car wash. Youre supposed to get more product for your car,but no matter what you pay,youre getting the same thing. I wouldnt recommend paying more than $10.(for the drive through car wash)... if this place wants to keep the business going,and maintain even simple standards, they need to get their act together. Im not giving these lazy people another cent...

For $35 bucks I had my Cherokee washed and interior detailed. No its not a $200 detail but it surely is worth the money spent if you need a quick fix.

The employees that works in this place are not consistance. Some works very well and some don’t. Today a teenager worked on my car and he didn’t vacuum and clean the interior door of the passenger side. They finished the vacuum so quick. I would give them poor quality job.

If I could give less than 1 star I would.Bought a pack of car washed and a full interior and exterior detail for her car for present.When she went to have her car done they said they didnt recognize their own coupon and turned her away.This was quite a bit of money spent and they refuse to recognize what they sold me.Find a different place to go, we were highly disappointed.

I went on a nice day when it wasn’t too busy. After the car wash I paid extra to get the inside cleaned but when it only took them 5 minutes I knew it wasn’t done right. I usually don’t complain because we’re all human and miss small details but this time I can’t really say it was that. Just look at the pictures, those are spots that shouldn’t be missed

Ive been here in the Portland area for about two weeks and I hadnt gotten a chance to wash my car yet after the long drive from Katy, TX (bad move on my part) I stopped in here at Kiss Car Wash hoping for the best. The attendant, Junior was extremely nice. I chose my wash option and went through. Initially The job looked good to me, but as I began to take a picture to post, I noticed not all the big juice had come off the front. I asked Junior if I could possibly go through again, and he agreed with no problem. He was genuinely happy I was giving them another chance.After the second run, I saw that there was still a little bug juice, but after 32 hours plus 2 weeks of sitting, I didnt expect it all to come off doing a drive through wash. I was pleased with the job and I was walking over to tell Junior thank you when the manager, Christian asked me if everything was okay. I explained about going through a second time, and he asked me if they hit all the bug juice off this time. I told him there was just a little left, but it was okay under the circumstances. He insisted I let them do another wash to get it right. Now my car is bug free, looks great, and the folks here have earned my repeat business. This is how customer service should be done. Outstanding!

Its a car wash. They do have a nice touch to use long handle brushes to pre scrub the vehicle and windows which gives a better result

I have been a customer at this location for 3 years and always thought they did a great job until recently it seems like their quality has worsen. They miss some obvious spots and I usually let it slide, but I pay for the 29.50 deluxe wash and they did not do shine my tires or provided me with an air freshener that is included. When I brought it up they said I didnt pay for it so when I go back to the person who gave me my ticket he said he gave me the right one. At this point I lost my spot so did not receive my full service even though I paid for it. I would recommend doing the $9 drive through wash and avoid the full service since it is almost $30 and likely not done well.

I have used this car wash almost every weekend for the past couple months. Full service on my truck. With tip I spend 50.00 every time. The past two times I have gone the service and wash was terrible. I did speak up after the second time and was told it was the best they could do because they were busy. Please do not take the money for a full wash if you do not have time. Sadly I will start taking my business elsewhere

Absolute worst service and work. Paid for the deluxe 29.95, workers couldnt bother to roll the window down a bit to clean the top. Leaving a dirty film. 5 workers cleaning my car and not 1 could take care of this. Windows had streaks, making it hard to see out of. I certainly dont mind paying a good price for services, as long as a decent job is done. I left this car wash, drove to Salem and paid another $30.00 to have the job done better. Sadly. I couldnt believe the terrible job all the way around they did. Out in 11 minutes and that included the drive thru car wash. That should have been my first clue. I wish I could leave a negative star review. This was my first time here and I do NOT recommend this place if you want a decently clean car. They didnt use air freshener, tire cleaner, vaccuum either didnt work or wasnt done as there was still crumbs on the floor and seat exactly like how it was when I drove in. This place is a rip off.

I thought The set up is good, very functional easy to get in and out, also they offer interior cleaning but separate from the car wash so you can do which ever one or both. What made me NOT recommend this place was the simple lack of customer service for the experience, usually after you get out of the wash simulator someone drys your car with towels really quickly, and removes any tape they may have put on your windshield wipers... well right after getting done I left my car in neutral and waited, expecting them to at least remove the tape. I mean I didn’t ask for your tape. I literally went through a drive through so I didn’t have to get out of my car. Now I have to park somewhere out of their way and get out and remove this tape they put on my car. What the heck? Even without the toweling off I would easily of left a 4 star cause everything else was fine.

After spending $9 on a car wash, I was told that I had to pay additionally to vacuum my car (the vacuums take quarters).

Been going here for years but honestly will have to find a new place. I paid for the top-end cleaning which should include an air freshener and tire dressing. Those were not done. And they barely cleaned the inside. There are huge dusty patches on the back and some drink splashes on the dash that weren’t even touched. Not worth the trouble.

Great price for service. The crew that performs the wipe down and drying is a bit of putting though. The young man openly scoffs and mocks tip amounts with his partners. There were three of us and the First Lady dinner tipped four bucks, he made sure his partners new how he felt about it and they reacted condescendingly. There’s a middle aged short guy that left me scratching my head wondering what he’s there for. Very obvious dirty streaks were missed on the inside of my door and frame and he was more interested in drinking his soda and standing around while his partners finished up his job. This was obviously not a break because he lazily swiped his towels onto the next car. Apart from the young man’s attitude, the work ethic was there for him and the taller man, not the middle age shorter guy.

Great place to go if you dont have time to wash your vehicles. Fast service. Used my free kiss card and my car came out pretty clean. Run my car in neutral and the automatic equipment will do the cleaning and drying. When you come out your good to go.

Minimal help from staff getting back out after getting maneuvered into car wash then refusing service because of sheet plywood on truck bed, even though bolted down. Funny thing is this isnt the first time Ive had this very truck through.

Went the last 2 times. Both times my car wasnt clean after the wash. This last time, yesterday, the hood of my car and roof was covered in dirt. I noticed when I got home. Called 10 mins to close to see about complimentary wash to actually clean my car, havent heard back.. 2 stars for nice guys, but idk since they havent attempted to contact me.

I paid ten dollars for a wash that included wax, and rain x. But if your going to get your car washed you should not go here. I got out to look at my car and it was still filthy. I had to take paper towels and finish cleaning it myself. Not Worth the money.

Loyal customer of this location but no more. These people are THIEVES. I bought the holiday book of wash coupons which clearly state one free wash ($8.95 value). I typically upgrade and pay the extra $10 for the interior cleaning and I tip well, too. Today they decided arbitrarily that the coupons were only valued at $6 and I had to pay the difference. I understand this is only $2.95 but it means the book I purchased is obsolete and this discount it was supposed to provide by buying in bulk doesnt exist. The principal is that these people are now liars and cheaters, which doesnt work in business or in life.And to add insult, the GM/shift manager was very incompetent in human interaction and has no idea what customer service is. Very rude, matter of fact and zero customer skills. I plan on publicizing this morning throughout my network and will encourage people to not attend this location.

Did The deluxe and the car looks super dirty like they didnt even clean anything the people working did not even take its time cleaning the car they finish like in 5 mins for a deluxe its not worth it i didnt even get the air freshener that supposedly comes with it. save your money and do it your self it will be cleaner never going again

Wow I have never had such bad customer service. I get that its hot out and cleaning folks cars is not a fun combination. But the kid who cleaned my car spent so much time cleaning the windshield from the inside because he must have used a dirty towel the first time. So to get my car clean quick he just used a wet towel to wipe it down. I see all the other cars getting sprayed down with a solution that makes them shine and my 19.95 Deluxe cleaning got me a wet towel. I asked if he could vacuum the trunk and his response was You didnt open it for us, I could not believe that he couldnt piece together the fact that I took everything out of my trunk... Also no air freshener even after I asked for one that COMES with the wash. I even went to help and clean off some spots with a towel and his response was We did our best with your car!. Best?!?! Worst part was when he said can you move your car Never coming here again!!! Not worth the attitude.

Sometimes excellent though times not great. There are really hard workers and those that slack which brings the ratings down. Today, a great job however I waited over 45min. I tip graciously when I see a job well done. Still tip on the not so grest... nothing has ever been stolen or broken so that is a plus.

I was nervous to go here because of the bad reviews I saw, but I really need a good place to go for interior cleaning since the last place I went to closed. I was pleasantly surprised. Their combo of interior and exterior cleaning was fairly priced, and I didnt have any issues at all. The inside was amazingly clean too. Definitely recommend.

I took my car here because I get all of my car servicing needs takin care of at Tylers Automotive which is in the same building. So basically this was the only car wash place I could think of. They did an excellent job and were super nice. GREAT experience.

Please forgive me for misleading you on first review. 6 p.m. I pulled in bye 5:52 Pm on a nice sunny afternoon. They were putting the cones out wasnt going to let me through. I said its only 5:52 p.m. They proceeded to wash my car. I went to the vacuum cleaners. Entered my dollar 50 and this young manager leave names out because hes Young inexperience should be the leader. Told me he was going to disconnect my hoes they were closing. I sent a notice to the owner Dennis from my memories he would not put up with that kind of attitude with his employees, towards his customers. That was 2 weeks ago and have not received a reply. Its cheaper to wash it down at King City behind the Arco you pay for the wash the vacuum hes free and theyre open till at least 7 p.m. Good luck Im not going back to kiss Car Wash again.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!Today, I brought my brand new, black vehicle in to be cleaned. After the wash, I drove straight home. When I got out of my car and closed the door, I noticed there were small scratches all over it that I am positive were not there prior. Upon further inspection of my car, I realize that there are thousands of horizontal scratches along both the driver side and the passenger side that span the whole length of the car. Some are small and may buff out, others are deeper than the paint. In addition to that, I have a leather wrapped steering wheel that, again, was brand new, and now has gouges in the leather and needs to be replaced. All of this damage was done to my BRAND NEW vehicle in the 20 minutes I spent there.Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I would say they can kiss me goodbye, but i dont want any contact with these scammers. Manager or owner (the old guy) was very rude. Didnt believe me. Do NOT go here unless you want both your car scratched and to be treated very rudely by the General Manager. First off, Ive been through many car washes in the last few years so they arent new to me. Ive even been through this specific wash several times with my previous vehicle. While I was going through it this time, it caught my attention as to how hard the cloths were banging against my car but I let it go and pulled out. But I had never noticed such hard banging, either in this car or others. After leaving I went directly to a restaurant 2 blocks away. Getting out, I noticed multiple scratches, from micro to slightly through the paint scratches. This was a 4 week old luxury car that I must admit, I still looked at very often and there were no scratches there the night before. I called immediately and the lady at the headquarters said that the General Manager who manages all four locations was there currently and could look at it for me. I went back to the car wash and found the GM - a guy called Ramon. Before I even finished explaining what happened and had shown him all of the scratches around the car, he was immediately denying that it was the car wash. He started talking super fast and frankly, was speaking complete nonsense. He tried to personally belittle me for pointing the obvious damage and the direct causation. The gist of his argument was that the reason my car was scratched was because it had been dirty when I brought it through the wash! There might be a little merit in this line of argument if my car had been caked in a half inch of dried-on mud but that was not the case. Or if I had dry wiped a dirty car. I get that. But I had a weeks amount of dust and road accumulation and was going through a professional wet wash - nothing out of the ordinary. Oddly, the fool pointed to a spot on my bumper that his car wash missed in an attempt to prove that I was so stupid for bringing a dirty car to a car wash. Uh, how about noticing that your wash missed a spot and Im supposed to get a free re-wash? He continued to not listen to any reasoning, tried to bully me (how cute, a greasy little scumbag barely over 5 feet tall was trying to intimidate me), and told he me didnt care what I had to say or what I might tell others about my experience. Im hoping a detail shop can fix the damage, but that will still be $300+ out of my pocket. After researching, Ive found that car washing equipment can indeed get out of adjustment and can also hold on to some abrasive grit if not properly maintained. I also see that they have many other complaints across various sites for causing damage and not taking responsibility. I did what was responsible and immediately notified them but little Ramon could care less - after all, he is the big-time GM of 4 car washes. Do NOT go here.

Recently got a brand new car and went here to get a quick rinse. After I had gone through the car wash I noticed scratches that stretched across the back of my trunk.When I went back to show what had happened the manager simple said that their brushes dont scratch and that I had done it myself.I asked to see the hand brushes they used to clean the back of my car and it was clearly falling apart. I pointed that out and he quickly tried fixing the rubber guard again saying it wasnt them.Worst service Ive ever had. Take your car anywhere else but here.

I’ve been coming here for years, literally since about 2008, always had an amazing experience. I have kids so yes my car gets messy but the guys are always so understanding. Today, however, this new guy seemed to have a problem that my car was “dirty”.. you work at a car wash... of course it’s dirty. Not sure his name, only white guy there. Needless to say, this is your job, if you want to get an attitude about a dirty car maybe it’s not the job for you buddy.

A reasonable car wash. It is a bit pricey -- you have to get the up-sold packages to even get your car vacuumed. Their automated wash is usually pretty good but I recommend that you do a car walk-around after the wash to be sure it worked. If not GO BACK to the car-wash and point out the areas. Theyll re-wash your car. I had this done to get bugs off that did not leave on the first round. They are a bit grumpy about this and make you fill out a FORM -- seriously, it costs you just about nothing to do it, just wash the car again.

The express was is fair at best. Gets the heavy dirt off, but not very good around the edges

My husband bought a full service interior and exterior wash last Summer 2017. They were too busy at the time, we couldnt wait for the 1/2 hr interior wash so they gave him a coupon to come back another time. Last week 4/26/18, he tried to go back to use it and they told him it was expired. But the coupon didnt have any expiration date on it. He tried talking to the manager who told him the same thing. Even after explaining the situation, the manager refused to accept the coupon. We have always used this car wash but with this poor customer service, we will NEVER go here again and will tell all of our friends and neighbors the story.

Great exterior wash, but interior wash is not worth it. Lots of dirt left on plastic interior pieces. Obvious to see and easy to wipe, but untouched.

I have a large Ram truck w/shell. Exterior wash gets it looking like new every time I run it through the wash. Staff uses hand brushes on dirty areas of the truck prior to the automated wash/rinse/blow dry.
