They were friendly and quick, and pretty thorough. They did a good job cleaning both inside and out. The cars look good. They asked if there was anything I wanted them to focus on and they were able to lessen a stain off the headliner! They seemed very knowledgeable about how to clean cars. I do feel like they could have paid a little more attention to details. For example, I ended up scraping a bug off the windshield and I had to ask to get some crumbs out of the hand brake (which they happily did). They said steamed the seats, but there were still some stains that didnt come out. I sprayed some vinegar on them today and rubbed them with a paper towel and the look much better, so it makes me wonder.

Jack detailed our car for a great price and even greater results! Our purpose was to sell our 18-year old car, and after Jack was done, we liked it so much we raised our asking price - and got it! Thank you, Jack!Im a perfectionist (and a former mechanic), and have cleaned my car many times over the years. Yet Jack cleaned areas - much to my surprise - that I almost always skipped! Outside, inside, door jambs, trunk - he did it all in an amazingly short amount of time.Im so glad we went with Jacks service! You can certainly pay more, but will you get more?

I bought Groupons for both our vehicles. One is a BMW and the other a well used Jeep. I had no problems scheduling appointments, and even got a reminder text to verify the appointment. Jack is super friendly and I am super happy with our sparkling clean rides!

Able Car Care did a terrific car detail on my Camaro. My car looks shiny new again. Jack was very professional and delivered on everything promised! I highly recommend.

Jack was super helpful in detailing and washing my car on short notice. He even gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car! Our car looked great when we got it back. Leather was treated, exterior was washed and waxed. Will definitely be going back with our next car!

No one returns my calls. I understand you are short-handed but 1 return call to customer take 5mins. I shall make a last attempt today to contact them before I file a refund with Groupon. I posted a similar review on yelp and no response to that as well.

I hate, hate, hate to leave a negative review but Im not sure how else to get the attention of Able Car Care. I bought a groupon for car detailing, and October 2nd got a notification that the Groupon has been used. I called ACC to ask what had happened, and the person i spoke to chalked it up to human error. During that phone call I made an 8am appointment for 10/23. I showed up for my appointment to find the door locked and no one there. I waited for 20 minutes, still nothing. I called multiple times that morning, nothing. It has been weeks now, and Ive called multiple times, sent emails, and still nothing.I know in small businesses things happen and mistakes can be made, but no-call no-showing a client, and then ignoring all their communication is pretty egregious.I hope I will have the opportunity to edit this review to reflect the quality of service rather than the lack there of.

Makes appointments, doesn’t even show up to his “business”. DO NOT BUY GROUPONS OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY.
