I just went to get an estimate after failing to do so the first place I went. They were extremely friendly and professional. I was in an out so fast, I barely realized I was there. I’ll definitely be back to do the repair with them.

Ed and Sharon Newton along with their staff at Newtons Body Shop have been nothing but professional and courteous throughout the years I have used their service. They do the best work at fair prices and always keep me informed of any problems that arise that could increase the price they quoted me. I have learned over the years that when they quote a repair they can not use x-ray vision to see inside the exterior of my vehicle. Sometimes there are things broken on the inside as well. I would recommend Newtons for any type of auto body work. They are great people.

STAY AWAY!! Went there to have body work done. Spoke to owner Ed who told me that he would not go above $xxx with out callling me. I go to pick up car and get a crazy quote 50% above the original, and he never called me. I am then told to never come back and I dont need your business by ED. This was all because I called him out on his poor behavoir and asked him why he didnt call me. I then was lectured at and told how I dont know the body work business, etc. He told me how good his guys were in his body shop before I gave him my car, but when it got down to doing the job, his guys couldnt figure out what to do. He expected me to pay for his guys time in learning how to properly fix my car. It doesnt work that way in the business world. VERY RUDE! Unprofessional. He gets to act this way because in small town America, your business is usually a monopoly, like it is in this case. One of two body shops in town.
