Didn’t get a chance to use them but customer service always start with the first point of contact. When I called them and spoke to the guy over the phone he was very friendly and I can tell he valued me as a potential customer. That means a lot!

I cant recommend Michael enough. Honest, completed the work on time, and was very friendly through the whole process. Check out his music he gave us two cds for free. Will be using Mr Moore for all our auto repair needs.
