Ive been with Premier America for many years. They have excellent customer service all around . This branch is quick, convenient, and the staff is fantastic!

I have been trying to call Premier Credit Union for 2 days. I get messages that wait times vary from 28 minutes to over 1 hour. I have entered my phone number three times for someone to call back. I have waited two days with no response! Terrible customer relations!

Premier America is the WORST credit Union .To me it it not even one.I tried to cash money but they refused.Ive been back there and there volt is a good size but it isnever full said a worker
