I love washing here super clean never really had any issues until yesterday I went to wash in the evening the lady who was working there was super rude with bad attitude if she doesn’t like her job she shouldn’t be working there.there was a lot of customers waiting on her to clean out the dryers she was just outside smoking and running her mouth of the phone literally staring at everyone waiting on her inside then gets mad every time someone asked for something she’s always been rude but yesterday was just unacceptable.I think her name was sofia thanks !

I haven’t been to the location, but am using their pick-up and drop-off service, which I must warn everyone away from, at the risk of becoming severely dependent on their excellent service. It’s like wondering (yes, I’m dating myself) how we ever survived without microwaves and navigated without cellphones. I normally refuse to submit to paying for help with daily/weekly chores, but we have just moved to the area and haven’t been able to hook up our washer and dryer, so found ourselves climbing over piles of clothes, and we have been saved by this wonderful team at WaveMAX in Thornton. They have a super easy online setup for one-time or scheduled pickup and delivery, options for laundering service, and they put your hung clothes on hangers for you (I even provide my own when I’m really together). They try to separate clothes based on size and style and pack them securely, even if they have to be left on the doorstep in wet weather. If you pride yourself on being self-sufficient, do not use WaveMAX! Oh, and they’re also super friendly, professional, and responsive to your requests.

I went to WaveMAX for the first time today and was very impressed. The establishment is spotless, the machines laid out in a clear easy to understand manner. The staff was amazing! Everyone went out of their way to help me, Theresa especially went above and beyond.

WaveMax is clean and the staff is truly great! They are hard working and VERY helpful. They really want to help. No attitude and just plain helpful. We have visited about 4 times and EVERY time they are helpful and friendly. On our first visit Theresa was extremely helpful. A genius idea for a business and really well executed. I used the drop off/pick up laundry service and i’m glad I don’t live here because I would never do my own laundry again. I wish I had gotten the ladies names who I talked to because they were both super nice! Will definitely use this service again next time i’m in town!

I wasted 9.75 on a full wash to just have it do a min of sanitation when I pushed for warm water. The attendant in house, told me there was nothing she could do, said she would call the owner to see if she could refund me the rest on a card, still have yet to hear anything. But hey suppose 9.75 for sanitizing is good and all on clean clothes not sure what purpose it serves for dirty. Never coming here again! Meh whatever.

This is the NICEST laundromat I have ever been to by far!30 BRAND NEW washers and 30 dryers, all different sizes. The place is immaculate. They have an app with a loyalty program where you can earn discounts.The machines are awesome. We needed to wash our king size comforters and duvet covers. They dryer did TWO king comforters in under 25 minutes, and king sheets dried in 12 minutes!This place is great. Definitely will be coming back.

I have been coming to WaveMax for over a year now. Ever since the first day I have always been greeted with a smile from all the employees. I have also brought my Dog Patches with me and they have always been courteous to her and treated with respect. The entire laundry mat is immaculately clean. The washers and dryers are always spotless. I like coming in on Sunday mornings early. The Young lady working there is very polite and courteous. Best laundromat I’ve ever been to! There’s one at my complex but I still make the drive here to do my laundry every week because it’s great. It’s always clean, the ladies that work here are friendly, and I’ve never had to wait for a washer or dryer. The only downside is how expensive the washers are but there’s different sizes at different costs so it makes sense. There’s also a rewards card and an app so you don’t have to use quarters which is a huge plus for me!

I use like coming here but the employees here are rude. I was waiting to wash my close and they did have a tag on the washer say they were going to use it. I was waiting to use the washer for 20 to 30. And they they were going to use all the big washers. Because they had priority so had to go to another’s laundry mat.I don’t I want to go there again. I thought they need our service but I guess not.

This organization has a GOOD OLE BOY mentality. Through out the season they allow board member teams to hit illegally in the back of kids helmets without repercussions causing concussions and injuries. Great laundry mat the owners works a couple days a week and they are very nice . There very nice people and they keep the laundry mat very clean. Also have a lot of great services as well, and their kid friendly as well . Having cartoons on for kids if you choose to bring them along.

This is by far the best laundromat Ive been to. Its clean and Ive never seen a machine that was down. There are several sizes of washing machines, so you can wash a single basket or multiple baskets for a family of five. The employees are friendly and helpful. The card payment system is a little weird. You cant use a credit/debit card to pay directly for a washer or dryer. Instead, you have to get a card from the place and then use a credit/debit card to put cash on. That card is used for payment on the machines. Quarters are also accepted and they have a change machine. The dryers do take longer than what the timer indicates. It is usually takes 15 minutes to complete a dry cycle. The dryer timer is for 12 minutes. They have a vending machine for detergent and dryer sheets as well as one for food and drinks. This doesnt directly relate to the laundromat, but be aware that the west entry to the shopping plaza has a couple of potholes that could swallow a small car.Overall, I would recommend this place.

I had called first one morning this past week just to get an idea of how crowded it might be. Sharon spoke with me, and she was so polite, very informative, and urged me to come by ASAP. When I got there, she met me outside with a cart and actually loaded my two baskets of laundry into it! I have mobility issues, so I walk with a walker, and I am on oxygen. Never, ever have I been to a place that provided this kind of service! Indoors, the facility is super clean, arranged in a Hands-On friendly manner, and everything was convenient for my use. She explained about the loyalty card and how to use all of the machines and she even helped me load my machines and dump detergent! That is going above and beyond her job requirement. This whole time, she was moving around cleaning off machines, checking with other customers and just being all around friendly. She is a gem! I love the inside and have to say that all of your machines did a fantastic job. Plenty of tables for everyone, which I like because its a problem anywhere else you go. Glad that you are in my neighborhood, and I will be back. Thank you!

I do apologize I forgot to write a review earlier. WaveMAX laundry in Thornton Colorado is the best laundromat I have ever been too! The people who work here, especially Teresa are very nice and very helpful. Teresa was very helpful my first time come in. They also do dry cleaning and you can drop off your laundry and they will do it for you and I feel that is what really sets them apart from other laundromat 😊 overall they are very clean including the restroom is very clean.

Great prices, the biggest washing machines are HUGE. I can do laundry for 5 people in their huge machines that are $9 each. The dryers could be a little hotter, but theyre very cheap, so all you need is $1.50 for 24mins.Best laundromat in the area!

This is by far the best laundromat I’ve found! It’s clean and even though it’s busy it’s pretty spacious so I don’t feel crowded! The customer service here is also pretty amazing. Jessica is really nice and helped us figure out how it all works. The prices are pretty similar to other places I’ve been too.

Nothing you guys can do I think. Maybe make sure people actually wear masks. That was the most stressful thing, plus at times Ive been there 5 times now since pandemic hit Ive seen employees take their masks down while taking to people.

Im very skeptical about laundry mats, but Im so HAPPY I found this one, its immaculate, very clean, very well kept, owners and workers are so nice and respectful, honestly its very calm and relaxing to get away to do the laundry and the place is so nice, its funny to say but if youre looking to get out the house and do laundry lol this is the place so clean and very good quality machines !!

The coolest laundromat I have ever been in (weird to say lol) it was very clean, the washers and dryers are up to date and get the job done fast. The card system makes doing your laundry a breeze and the attendants are really nice and helpful.

It has been a long time since I have been to a Laundry facility. All I have to say is Wow! Upgrade! Amazing washer machines and dryers! Total time to wash and dry is roughly 1hr 15 minutes. It used to take all day! Price seems expensive but in reality it is not because you can wash in bulk. Huge machines like 6 -9 loads at a time!!!!! Coin&Card friendly. You can use an app to turn on your washer! You will have to join a loyalty program which is still fine because the card is free. If you lose it or need another one then it is only 1$. Either way this place is great, superclean, friendly. There is wifi anf they offer drop off service. Enjoy!

I thought this place was going to be cool for all my laundry needs but after coming in the evening when the hispanic woman is working with her husband i feel uncomfortable cause she is always staring at what your doing and when i try to do dry cleaning with her shes very bothered by me asking about doing dry cleaning.... Once my loyalty card is done ill just stop coming here its very rude when your just washing your clothes and the attendant is staring at you without a smile and does not even say hi when you say hi first

First visit to this modern and cheerful laundromat to wash two large items that required a commercial machine. Lisa was working and patiently explained how things worked and the options I had. She is very kind.Credit cards or cash, with an on-site ATM machine.! Plenty of machines . Nice atmosphere with WiFi, snacks for purchase, music, tables to wait at. I highly recommend and will return for all my laundry needs!

Went here specifically for the pay w/credit card function. The facility is SO clean, all machines are newer, and the woman managing the place is incredibly friendly. She greeted everyone who walked in the door, made sure every single patron had what they needed, and she even helped kiddos waiting with their parents by putting on a kid-friendly Netflix show. There are fully-stocked laundry and snack vending machines and a Galaga video game. Tables and benches for hanging out, an ATM, and two cash machines. Plus they have a really easy app to use if you want to use your credit card. Otherwise all machines still take coins. Highly recommend!

Not only is the place super clean, but they are super friendly and convient!! With an atm, vending machime with soaps and other laundry needs; they made doing my laundry quick and easy!!

Revised: was in contact with the owner of the establishment, who apologized for the misunderstanding. He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He did everything to make the situation right, and I commend him for it. Will definitely be going back, and highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a clean and professional place to do laundry.Dropped off laundry for their wash and fold service. Was quoted 37 and change and told them I would pay upon completion. Later when I picked up I was told due to employee error I was misquoted and now had to pay 58 and change. I asked for them to honor the previously quoted price, as it was what I was quoted. Nearly doubling the price paid due to an employee error is not ok in my opinion. They simply stated they would have honored the initial quote if I’d have paid upon drop off.

The woman working Sunday was friendly and very accommodating to all guests. Explained everything about their machines, welcomed each guest, held doors open for pwpeop and did not stop cleaning the hour I was there. Ive been in a lot of laundry mats, I have to say this was the cleanest and friendliest one I have ever been too. I highly recommend this location. In the end, the courteous woman, was the owner. She spoke to everyone making them feel very welcome. I noticed, a clean atmosphere, made others pickup after themselves. Love it! What a concept!

Best laundry mat, EVER! HANDS DOWN! I got (technically) 39 loads washed, dried and folded in 1.5 hours. That’s UNHEARD OF!! Their evening employee, Sherry, is very friendly, and understanding. She allowed me to stay and fold my clothes well after close. I tried to hurry and throw everything in bags, but she insisted 💜 I’ll never go anywhere else! Place is super clean, and so many amenities, you won’t be bored!

This was such a nice and clean facility!!! The attendant was SO kind and helpful!! I was dreading doing my laundry but the machines were SO fast and nice. I was even able to use the WiFi to work!! I’m bummed we are traveling because I would definitely go back there, it was faster than doing laundry in my house!!! I got 4 loads of laundry done (washed dried and folded) in under an hour for roughly $6.50!!

A bit overpriced. Bring your own refreshments. It is a good value. Even the dark corners are scrubbed clean. The tubs where you put bleach and soap are not just clean, they are bing scrubbed right now. Trash can are empty.The only thing they did to lose 1star is charge $2 for a glass bottle of coke.

I felt like I was at a 5star luxurious hotel at this laundromat. The most spotless, clean, modern, laundromat with the BEST customer service & owner I have ever been too. I read the only 8 reviews listed on Yelp & decided to drive 20 min away to check it out. Our washer went up today & needed to bring my 7 week old baby with me. Everything in this place from the fans, t.vs, washers, bathroom sink are the most modern devices I have ever seen in a laundromat. When we pulled up to the special waveMax parking spots, Sharron greeted us outside right away introducing herself pushing two laundry carts in hand to help us with our 4 bags & two large hampers of laundry. She helped us in and started showing us around and explaining how everything worked. Continued to help other customers too. When her shift was over she let us know and introduced us to the owner Mark who was extremely diligent to make sure everyone was greeted & taken care of while maintaining the cleanliness of the whole place. He was one of the nicest men & owners I have ever met. There are change machines and use your bank card to load a free card they even give you free money on your card when you load with $20 or more. I loaded $30 & received $3 extra dollars on my laundry card. Many different size washer and dryer choices with different price points. Vending machines filled with really good snacks and drinks and another one filled with laundry supplies like bleach, detergent ECT. One arcade game. Lots of seating, parking, rolling baskets folding stations and eating benches with tables. We felt safe and clean there! The only thing I would say was missing was a baby changing station in the bathroom but everything was so clean I didnt feel wierd whipping out my changing mat and changing my babys diaper on the double wide bench. Thank you Mark and Sharron we will definitely be back with our feather bed. The photos taken & posted by the company are exactly true to what it looked like today.
