Unable to sit inside, must Wait for laundry in your car and if it is hot outside you smothered to death waiting for laundry to get completed. No restroom available for customers which is unheard of in my travels. First and last time visiting this laundromat.

Really want to love this location. Its close to us, its clean & the attendant is always there working tirelessly too keep the place clean. The machines work great & are fast. We can get in and complete laundry in an hour. Love the speed queen app so we dont have to carry cash. My only complaint is the hours are unreliable. On three separate occasions we arrived and were told they were closed. The first time, we arrived & were told that the last wash time had changed but that was not reflected on the signage. Second time, we arrived at 7:10pm and were told they were closed. Tonight, arrived at 8:00pm and were told they were closed. We understand the last wash policy, but it wasnt even 8:30. Very disappointing.... We have been coming here since last October so were not new customers. I guess well be looking for another place to do laundry.

This place is great! To be clear, I have only used the Wash, Dry, Fold Service, but it was on par. This place was clean, affordable and had long hours. The staff was friendly, helpful and answered all my questions. I was even able to have them use my special soaps due to allergies.Its an affordable $1.10 per pound of clothing to wash and set prices for bigger items. I had everything from bath mats to delicates in a mesh bag. I was able to pick them up in under 24 hours! The clothes were returned neatly folded and closet ready. What a time saver!The pix show everything I got washed, folded and in separate bags. Just to give you an idea this was about 68 pounds and ended up costing $75.55. This is perfect for people like me who are limited by poor health, or anyone who finds the days are simply too short to get everything done. It would have cost me a about $40 to wash it myself, not to mention an entire day.I am excited about the service by The Laundry Spot and I will definitely be doing my laundry here from now on.The only reason I deducted a star was due to parking being difficult and only one ramp for accessibility.

This is a superb local laundry mat! The place is very clean and the attendant working tonight was super helpful & hardworking to keep all areas spotless of debris. Will definitely return!

Came in because my washer/dryer wasnt working and had the worst experience. The machines left my clothing soaked with soap, it didnt rinse at all. The lady in charge didnt seem to care, wont come back

My clothes got washed. But if you use card be mindful it will take out $10 instead of the listed $6.75. And for the dryer it will take out $5 instead of $1. Supposedly the owner has it set like that to make sure you have the money on your card. It’s supposed to refund to my card but we will see I guess. I ended up spending $30 instead of 18. I’m pretty upset about that, what a way to get over on people who don’t pay as much attention to their charges. There is also zero sign in the whole place stating that they take extra out.... the owner is a wide white lady who got into it with a Mexican woman about parking and promptly called her stupid right in view of all the customers. Probably won’t come back here.

This place is clean, the attendants are always so personable and professional, and the machines are state-of-the-art and affordable.

Love this laundry mat the lady working is awesome ive lived here for a couple years now and the laundry mat has always been a pleasant place to do laundry keep up the good work!

I went there tonight to do my laundry with my husband and the laundry attendant guy with the ponytail made us both so uncomfortable that we didnt even finish doing our laundry. He kept on staring at us the whole entire time were doing our laundry and then we went outside to sit in our car he would have come out and just stare. It was the most uncomfortable laundry experience Ive ever had.

False advertising! I looked up laundromats online and this one stated that it was open till 10: I get there at 8:40 and is closed because apparently you need to get there no later than 8:30 to be able to stay till 10: WTH!! You post your hours online stating one thing but your sign on the window says a totally different thing. Make sure that what you have posted on your window people see it online as well and we dont drive out there for nothing. I will give a 0 star if option was available!!!!

Well I had to leave one star just to get on this site and leave a Blog. I dropped off a lot of laundry I broke 3 ribs in it bad accident kid is very nice I dont know what was going on but had everything hand written down what I wanted on my receipt paid $80 to have my laundry done I get my laundry back and won bin is completely not washed and about $1,000 worth of clothes not return to me all very nice clothes from st-martin Haiti from Im on my travels beautiful clothes they informed me that night that they did dry clean and then I was informed the next day by the owner that they did not do not actually the place is very clean I must say but do not bring your stuff in there you wont come back with everything that you had the woman was furious at the fact that I said to myself is ruined I asked for my wifes people each they came back black they were brand new watch class a brand new clothes brand new everything everything came back shrunk blankets nothing was even really that cleaned I would not recommend this place at all and I will continue to leave reviews the owners extremely rude and accusing my husband of being rude to her when she was rude and denying the fact that my stuff was not return to me do not I repeat do not go there its horrible horrible service if you dropping your laundry off

The girl in the morning is rude, dryer didnt work, told her and her response exchange it and put more coins,I I cant do anything about it. Like huh you work here.

Got hit up twice for money by beggars before I even put my laundry in, and when I did the machine (the large machine up front with the card reader) charged my card $10 instead of the posted $6. Last time I go there..
