I just got engaged a few weeks ago and I am in love with my engagement ring. I went in to get it sized and the customer service was amazing! I went in to buy a watch for my son-in-law to be. These people are the best! They spent time with me asking about him and what would be a the nicest dress watch for him to wear at his wedding. Their womens watches are also so gorgeous I had to also buy one for myself. I have to admit I dont look or dress like I can afford to shop at nice places but they treated me so great I think I just found my favorite jewelry store. Oh...they also have wine!!

10/10 amazing custom design work by Sarah and the team at Thollot! We brought in some 14k generic gold bands gifted to us by my late grandparents to be melted into wedding bands. Admittedly my husband and I waited way too long to tackle this project so it was less than 2 months to the wedding. They managed to create several molds and make a beautiful band for my husband and a perfectly fitting band for my uniquely shaped engagement ring with plenty of time before the wedding. And they helped us resize them many times with ease, and the price was very reasonable given the labor involved. Everyone was always a delight and even offered us beverages while we had some wait time. The rings are perfect, my grandparents would be thrilled, and we love them! Thank you!

I came in to Thollots to have a bracelet clasp repaired and I had 2 stones I was interested in having a set of earrings made. I was greeted by a personable sales person (Annie I believe), who was so friendly and helpful. She asked if they could repair my bracelet and they fixed it in 2 minutes and returned it to me while we were discussing the earrings. I told her what I was thinking and she pulled up a couple of options which was exactly what I had been thinking. She gave me a cost and date of when they would be ready. I picked them up today and I am so very pleased with the way they turned out. Love them!

This was my first time ever, visiting a Thollot Fine Jewelry. Just 10 minutes ago, I walked in right after another lady, and someone immediately greeted her and began helping her. So I waited, and waited, walked around, waiting for someone to greet me, or even better ask to help me. Then another lady walked in 4-5 minutes later, and two employees ran up to greet her. Wow! SUPER friendly folks! We went there on a Saturday to have a laser welding repair done on an eyeglasses earpiece that had detached from its hinge bracket, obviously a manufacturing defect, but WAY out of warranty ...they did the repair in just a few minutes while i waited, and charged me only $35.00 ... as best as i could tell, after doing NUMEROUS searches, Thollot was the only jeweler that turned up in the Denver metro area that does laser welding to repair eyeglass frames ...the store is beautiful, and the staff and owners are super helpful and friendly!

I am very picky and could not find the ring I wanted. So I talked to Corey at Thollot. I explained what I wanted, he designed the ring and emailed me a 3D picture of the ring. When I was happy with the pictures, he made a ring from a 3D printer for me to try on. That was nice because there werent any surprises when I picked up the ring. I have a beautiful ring! Such a friendly and classy place. I was amazed on how affordable my custom ring was.

My experience with Thollot Jewelers was nothing but pleasant and excellent. I came in with only a rough understanding of what I was after, and they worked with me to design a ring from scratch that I could not have originally imagined but was everything I had hoped. It was the perfect combination of deferential and expertise. They provided me with resources and guided questions to help me see what options were out there and then interactive designs to where I could be particular about the details. After we finalized the design I was able to cast the ring with my own hands using their pour your heart into it station. In only a few minutes I had melted the metals, poured it into a cast, then doused in the water. Being so up close and personal with this ring from start to finish made this experience very pleasant and even more meaningful. It was no doubt a winner. Thank you! (They even helped take pictures during the process - Ive included some from our engagement collage)

Amazing!!!! I had a bad experience with a different jeweler regarding rhodium plating on my wedding set. After giving him a second chance, I was at a loss as to where to go to get it fixed. A coworker recommended Thollot & Co. I called & spoke to Troy, he was incredibly professional & said he’d be happy to help. Thallot took my rings in immediately and soldered them without an appointment - I was not expecting that! Annie was extremely friendly, outgoing, and helpful. The final product is flawless! First let me say that I have always bought my jewelry at the Shane Co. I had gone to them first at the Westminster location, but the the service was awful and they were rude. They made me feel like me and my jewelry were just not upper class enough for me to be there. I had never been treated that way by anyone before. So, I decided to check out Thollot.I walk in and immediately they welcomed me. They offered me water or a beer, which made me laugh, although I think they do have a bar. I told them I had a watch, a ring I wanted to get sized and a ring I wanted to put a stone in. She immediately noticed my rings and offered to clean them, even though I didnt buy them there, which I always love to have done.There you speak directly with the jewelers so there was no running back and forth and he said she said info, and no waiting around like at the Shane Co. I told her about the watch. She said that they didnt sell watches or have any bands, but she took it and said, let me measure the band size so I can tell you what your looking for, which was absolutely wonderful. She then looked at the cocktail ring I wanted sized, which I think is lovely and she told me how pretty it was and then sized me. She did all kinds of pictures that go in the work order file and the price was $140, but she never spoke to me as if I was too poor to afford their services or as if the ring had stones that were just too cheap for them to touch, (which is what the Shane Co did). This was a ring that I had gotten from my mother and I dont know exactly how expensive it was, but it was important to me and I wanted to wear it, which she recognized.I showed her the other ring. She told me exactly what Shane company had said, where the stone had been removed at one point, and that they would need to build up the bridge and that it wouldnt be advisable to get a stone for the band. The Shane Co offered no explanation, she was just rude. At Thollot, I was talking to the jeweler, so I could ask questions, which I really liked. She acknowledge that this ring was also something she could tell was important to me, and she told me that they could do the repairs, or they could do a replica of the ring using the metal or that I could melt the metal down and make something like a cross that I could wear on a chain. I thought the customer service was beyond excellent.I have gone to Shane Company for all of my jewelry over the last 30 years, but it only took this one experience to have me forever change where I will buy the rest of my jewelry, and that will be with Thollot. All my jewelry was sized perfectly, the price was better then Shane Co., the service was wonderful and I greatly appreciate Thollot going the extra mile to help me.

This is THE PLACE to go for your jewelers needs! My wedding band had to be cut off and the set needed a lot of repair and to be resized because they are heirlooms. I cannot express with words how amazing their work is. Also, I had to go pick up the set with my infant and preschooler and the employees were so relaxed and kind to my 4 year old. It’s always hard going into fancy shops with small children and I am so grateful for how engaging they were with them. The rings were finished on time and they were even able to give me some details on its vintage origins when I brought it in.

Had an amazing experience here today! I just got engaged and my dad is a jeweler in PA. My dad made the ring for me and it’s just a tad too big, so I took it to Thollot to get a ring guard until my dad can size it for me. The jeweler Mike put one on quickly for me and then let me try on a few wedding bands, while informing me of all the amazing custom options they could do for bands. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Then I asked what I owed him for the ring guard and he said it was a courtesy for someone in the industry. Such a beautiful store with an amazing staff!

The best experience ever. I searched for a particular long time for a jeweler that would accommodate what my fiancee and I were looking for. My fiancee wanted a particular ring. Well it turns out that what she wants did not exist. The staff was thoughtful, never pushed one ring in particular, and then designed what she wanted. We went through many revisions and the staff was always patient. When the designers finally got it right, I think that their biggest delight was seeing my fiancée’s reaction. Thollot Diamonds & Fine Jewelry is by far the best in Greater Denver!!!!! I recently got engaged and shopped all over town with my fiancé, the high-end jewelry stores in Cherry Creek and others. If you are looking for authentic customer service, superior local design skills for a custom ring, and high-quality diamonds, Thollot is the only place! I am very particular about what I want, and I did a lot of research on diamond quality, pricing, and ring designs. Troy listened to my criteria for a diamond and provided me with several to choose from that were spot on and hard to decide upon because all were so beautiful and high in the 4Cs. Joy is an attentive listener and went above and beyond the vision for my ring. I shared concepts that I saw from different designs and what elements I hoped to have in my ring. I am so over the moon with excitement in the uniqueness and exquisiteness of my ring. Joy’s design skills are superior and cover every fine detail. Whenever my fiancé and I visited the store, Joy and Troy made us feel special. They put so much time into meeting your hopes that when you are done working with them you feel like family and are going to miss chatting with them. Make the trip to Thollot, you will be impressed beyond your imagination.

Jewelry stores, seems like Ive been to all of them. JC Keepsake, Williams Brothers, Zales, Kay, Shane CO, Fred Meyer, Jared, I could go on and on. Theyre all the same, right? High prices, uptight and stuffy salespeople who are more interested in selling you something than they are helping you find exactly what you came in the door for. Then, you tell them what youre looking for and they take you to it....but its like they werent even listening. Yeah, I hate it too. Until today. I went in to Thollot for the first time. Beautiful showroom full of wonderful, happy people who actually listen because they like what they do (thank you Annie). Its Saturday, and the owner was even there....watching, and helping. All I needed was some work done on a piece of heirloom jewelry, and they treated me like I was important. No hovering...just helpful. I got answers, helpful attitudes, and a glass of Stagg whiskey, neat. Im going back next week to pick up my piece, and Ill browse for a bit. Not because I need something but because I feel....welcome and comfortable there. Who knows, I may find something I didnt know I needed, and thats kind of the point, right?

I loved my experience at this shop! They did a great job listening to what I wanted and the service was wonderful while picking out my wedding and engagement rings. Troy the owner was wonderful and brought me in some different diamonds so I could compare them in person before deciding on my stone. Mike was awesome at helping us find my dream ring as well and was very knowledgeable.

Probably the best service Ive had at any business. Ive had three custom pieces made here, one being an engagement ring. All of them turned out better than expected.
