Me and my best friend went for our first time today to get batteries replaced in one invicta watch and a bulova watch. The price was a really good price for both watches also quick and excellent customer service. We will be regular customers.

Walked in to have a watch band replaced. The gentleman was friendly and the repair was quick! Lots of beautiful, timeless jewelry to appreciate in the cases. Will definitely be back in the future.

These folks did a great job adjusting a watch bracelet for me today. The store was clean and everyone was masked. The jewelry selection is large enough to find something special. They have plenty of unique pieces so your coworker wont show up at work with the same piece on as you. I will be back and will recommend Schlener to others.

These guys are amazing. Twice Ive had them work on my wifes delicate filigree engagement ring. And both times the work was absolutely amazing. Their expertise is obvious. The work is perfect. And the price is always very reasonable. They were recommended by a friend and I now recommend them to every one.

I had a very limited amount of time before having to leave Colorado and needed some work done to my engagement & wedding rings. My dad made an appointment for me at Schlener Jewelry and when we arrived we were greeted promptly by the very friendly owner. He did fantastic work resetting my diamond and plating my rings! We received them back in a matter of hours. Very friendly and outstanding work. Shines like new!

Went in to get my watch band resized. It was a little busy, but they got to me after 15 minutes or so. Great customer service on their part and I was happy to have gone there. Nice people.

Too bad I cannot rate this place as a 0 because it is horrible.I needed to make my ring smaller. First time the welding was uneven and it was very obvious. Most importantly, he created a crack in the ring and a piece sticking out that was catching my clothes all the time. I was not satisfied with this and asked him to fix it. Second time he made it twice thinner than it was before, extra gold was taken out of the parts that did not require any work and now I am afraid that it will break. He could have easily used the gold that was taken out from the ring to make it thicker. In addition, the surface has scratches everywhere on my brand new ring. You can still easily see the welding.I highly suggest to go elsewhere if you want the work done professionally because clearly Schlener Jewelry lacks the skill.

Absolute worst place to go if you care about the piece of jewelry you are bringing in. I was told to go her so I went to get my ring resized when I was FINALLY greeted mind you I was the only one in the store the man was rude and very stand offish when telling him my needs for my ring. Unfortunately I went through with having him resize it upon return it looked ok besides some of the gold platting on my ring was no longer there I was just happy it fit now 4 months later my ring has split open from where it was resized. Are you kidding me? That comes down to poor quality of work never have I ever had this happen. I will never step foot back in this terrible place nor will I let anyone I know or hear talking about going here actually make the mistake I did. Unfriendly staff and awful work.

The two guys that own this place are arrogant and stuck up. They told me my Seiko dive watch was a fake because it came from Ebay. Well, I ordered it from the Seiko outlet in Japan, it came registered mail, and I already had it authenticated. It seems that if you didnt buy something from them, its fake. They charged me a small fortune to put in a battery, because the case was difficult to remove?????

Horrible! I went in to get an estimate to get a diamond watch fixed. The guy knew what he was talking about but then pulled out a book on estimates from watch makers. He went through the brands, couldnt find mine at first, then he found it. Well I found it on his page before he did, yes I am a snoop like that, I clearly saw $95. He closed the book real fast not knowing that I have already seen the brand estimate and started his spheil. Gave me a quote of $300-$500. Yeah right buddy! Make sure you do your homework before stepping foot in this place. Should of known since they have the worst watches on the market in their showcase. By the way, any persons mother has a better selection of jewelry than this place

I had two experiences with this place; one good and one horrible. I had a watch they were able to repair at a reasonable cost compared to having to replace the movement. The second was just terrible and because of the attitude of the owner, I would never, ever go back to this guy. I had purchased a watch (Tag Heuer) but I was not sure it was real, the seller gave me one day to verify to get my money back. I went to him and even though I wanted to pay for him to just take a the back off and see if it looked real, he absolutely, and in the most demeaning arrogant manner refused to even look at it. I went down the road to Thollots and he gladly took the back off for free and verified it was indeed a fake. Thank you Thollots. If it wasnt for the first experience, I would rate this place because of his attitude a 0.

Came in on july 5th, I found them on Google. I first called before I came in to ask some questions and the man on the phone was short with me. I felt rushed to get off the phone. I went in to have my future wifes engagement ring plated bc it was scuffed up. Well was charged $45 and had it done in time. I left and when I got home I took a look at the ring and I was still able to see sratches with the naked eye. Whe ring is replated it should look brand spankin new. I felt like it was just polished up real good. Un sure but doesnt look like it should. I sent them an email and will be calling on july 8th asking them to honor there work and fix anything I do not like. Im hoping they will be respectful and nice and take care of me. If so I will write a better review hope there customer services has gotten some what better from what I read about on previous reviews. Written by james....July 8th- I called back didnt get a call back from my email I sent.... I spoke to a guy on the phone. He said the issue is maybe it wasnt polished in that area. Im still led to believe ot wasnt plated. They said they will take care of it to bring it in. He seemed nice and polite but sill hoping they will re plate it again to assure me l.July 8th- went it and took care of my issues I did not like. Was polite and made sure I was satisfied with everything will go back again for future services
