The postmaster, Candace Brevard, went out of her way to help me find a package that had been tracked to this branch. She was courteous, she was kind and she was extremely efficient. It’s a pleasure to have customer service like that which she showed me.

This review is more reflective on the overall service and confidence in the Thomasville facility. There are two clerks, specifically MICHELLE & JACK, WHO ARE AN EXCEPTION TO MY REVIEW, and I would rate them as 5 star.During the past month my wife and I have experienced service that leaves us questioning the integrity of the post master, the staff, and the mail service and it’s accuracy.On three separate occasions we have had packages that were scanned and tracked as ‘out for delivery’ with a following scan and tracking (just a couple of hours later) that showed, ‘arrived at post office’, followed by a scan and tracking, just a few hours later that same afternoon, which showed, ‘unable to access location’ with one of the three instances stating that it was due to the weather we experienced that day, which is understandable, the only giveaway to that deceit and dishonesty......we received our mail in the curbside receptacle on all three occasions.It seems the professionalism and honor in the Postal Service has diminished greatly since the years of when my father was a letter carrier....thankfully, the digital and online options available today gives me the option of not having to utilize the USPS very often.

I went in with a flat rate box I had been given in Maine to mail a very long overdue Xmas gift and was told that the box always cost $15 to mail... I told the very nice woman that I had been given the box and thought It was already paid for~ she very kindly grabbed a smaller box and helped me transfer the small paintings which fit perfectly, taped it up for me (didn’t make me buy my own tape) and it only cost $8 to send. Very pleased with her help. :)

Horrible service and multiple lost or late deliveries. Our agent flies down our road too fast and often has to turn around and deliver a package they say was out of order. Dont they sort their mail??? Now they do not give out their direct phone number and still do not have an indoor kiosk. Get with the times Thomasville. They say its because people are always trying to break into the kiosk machine. Thats weird because I came from High Point and all of their offices had them. High Points crime rate is higher than Thomasvilles. What is the real reason...money? I would like to think that making things easier for customers would be of importance to them.

I didnt get a package supposedly because the mail lady wasnt able to access the delivery location. I find that odd and suspicious and extremely dishonest because she literally dropped off my mail AS WELL as another package. Very disappointed. Counting the minutes until I can call the office and ask whats really going on.

I love the Thomasville post office they made sure I got my mail Ive been a resident of Thomasville 7 years & when I moved not far from my old home I grewcgrew about receiving my mail i called them quite a few times not being a bug but just for reassurance that my mail would be forwarded The post master called me she got right on it talked to me she was very nice real and honest. Ive been getting my mail ever since no complications Thomasville Postal Service should be recognized for the great job they are doing for our communities. They have my appreciation 😊🙂

Well I was to have a package picked up on 4/21, they sent me an email saying they picked it up, but when I went to lock up for the night it was still sitting on the porch, so I called at 8:45am on 4/22 directly to the post office and they said they would send someone right out. It is 12:20pm and they still have not been by to pick up package. This is not the first time I have had issues. I have let them slide but this is ridiculous that they sent an email that it was picked up. If people cant do there job right hire people that will take pride in their work.

Since moving to NC the Thomasville Post Office as always been the best! Live in Greensboro. and High Point but they are the best from mailing my packages to delivery of my mail. I could say more :)

My mail lady has been withholding my mail!!!! Ive been late on bills because of her pettiness. It all began when I marked mail as return to sender because that person is no longer at my address. Apparently this lady thought it was too hard to take the mail and left it. Ridiculous.

Yet another package delivered damaged. After the carrier LIED and said I had requested that the package be returned to the post office BEFORE it was ever delivered, and only AFTER I called the post office and spoke to Mark to find out where the package was it was delivered. Well it was thrown in the carport in a rain soaked package. Sick of the poor service!

Postal service lost my meds. Controled substance. The post master Candice bevered will not return my phone calls. She is hiding from the problem she created. . i finally had to do a police report. My next step is a law suit. It took me 6 days to get a police report. This is the worst post office Ive ever dealt with.

I called the Thomasville NC post office to complain that a carrier drove thru my yard on the shoulder. The yard being saturated from the snow melting, the carrier left a big rut in my yard. I used to deliver mail myself, and it is a common curiosity not to leave ruts in the customers yards.The person I talked to did not care about my complaint and was very rude to me as well. I told this person I used to work for the post office, and I myself new not to make ruts in the customers yard. They proceeded to laugh at me and stated that I should have know what the rules are. Yes the state owns the shoulder part of my yard, but everyone knows that the customer comes first. At least they used to when I worked for the post office.I called Thomasville NC post office around 3:40pm to 3:50pm. A woman answered the phone and began the very disrespectful conversation.The date this happened was 2/15/2014

Its hit or miss if i actually receive my packages or not. I currently have 2 reports filed for lost packages and have heard nothing after more than a month!!

I lived in Greensboro, NC my whole life until 2 years ago and never had to contact the post office. Since moving to Thomasville, Ive contacted them at least a half dozen times. From my mail carrier physically damaging my mail box by shoving in too large of boxes because she didnt want to drive down the driveway (and those boxes then being stuck and Im unable to get them out); delivering packages to the wrong address (the carrier wasnt sure if it was right and after he drove away from the other house he thought it might have been the other one but didnt turn around to get the package); claiming they attempted to deliver something but not (no note left, no signature/receiver was required, I was sitting by the front window when they said they attempted and no one drove down the driveway at all); and the list goes on.The main word Id use to sum up the Thomasville post office: Lazy.

I live in rural area & I like our postman I have no complaints..brings anything that will not fit into box to our porch..good guy..

Mailed my grandson some winter clothes they did not deliver them to post office box and been 15 days still no package back

Staff were very helpful efficient and kind

I needed two small pieces of tape to attach my shipping label they refused to give me it instead offered me to buy a $4 roll of tape.

Very friendly helpful staff, my only complaint is that there is usually a long line.

Please pay attention to our mail carrier! I dont want to see my neighbor bring my packages all the time. Check the address before you deliver!!!
