I’m so grateful to have found this company. They totally remodeled my entire home. This has been one of the easiest experiences I’ve had because of such great customer service. Mr. Perkins did an amazing job replacing my in-laws screen doors, what was supposed to be an easy repair ended up being an all day affair. Despite the process taking longer than expected, he demonstrated patience and explained along the way what he was doing. I would highly recommend his services.

I serviced Perkins Residential to hang 3 mirrors for me. Although, he is very punctual I would not use his services again. He walked into my home and dropped sweat onto my couch then told me I was being picky to say that. How rude is that to say to a customer. After talking to him for about a month or so he did not inform me of a $55 hidden trip fee. Then proceeded to tell me it wasn’t a hidden fee. A hidden fee is when you don’t inform your customer of what you’re charging them. All he told me was is that’s how business is done. No communication and lies. After hanging the one mirror he told me it wouldn’t be able to be placed where I asked and I wish he’d communicated that before he hammered into my wall. After that, I didn’t want him to hang the other 2 mirrors. He then proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t have came out here if it was just one mirror. Which was very rude because this was still a job and you still left over $100 richer. He was slightly argumentative with me about the situation and also repeatedly cut me off. I would not recommend his services to anyone. Good job for getting over on a college student.

Mr. Perkins installed four kitchen appliances for me. He converted my stove from a drop in to a slide in with relative ease. Overall, everything was done very professionally and in a timely manner. I would recommend this business to others as well as hire them for future home projects.

They replaced an entire wall in our living room, replaced and repaired ceiling fans, fixed the plumbing, replaced the wood borders in our sun porch, replaced light fixtures, built the gate on our fence, performed extensive landscaping, built shelving in our closets, re-painted the entire home, deep cleaned EVERYTHING including appliances. I found them through the professional referral on Home Depot. I called and spoke with Mr. Perkins and we scheduled an appointment for 3PM on April 23 for an inspection to do an electric range replacement/installation. They were a no show/no call. Very disappointed.
