Justin and his partner are fantastic.They came by the same day we spoke on the phone gave me a quote and did the job right then. They did a fantastic job and were very professional, fast and the clean up was like they were never here. Their price was just as good as their service. I highly recommend Triad Tree Trimmers.

One of the employees ran into my home 10 days ago with the company truck, I have yet to hear a word from anyone, I filed a claim against the Insurance the Officer gave me, which was not the Insurance information that was supposed to be given. they just called and said that it was a auto only policy, I think its time to lawyer up. The owner will not return calls. Now Im having to pay out of pocket to get my trailer moved back over almost 4 inches where it should be, as well as other damages. I am sure we will talk very very soon,

On February 3, 2021 I used this company to trim trees. I paid $325 for the service. I paid $200 cash and charged $125 on my credit card. When I received my credit card statement I had been charged $325 and $125. I immediately called my credit card company and Triad Tree Trimmers to let them know of the error. The gentleman (Jordan) that I spoke with acknowledged the error and agreed they would take care of it by sending me a check. I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just credited my account. As of this date I have received no refund. My credit card company is now handling the matter. I have made several calls to the company and keep getting the run around about the refund. If they refund the $325 on my card I will revise my review to show they are people who you can trust.

The trimmers just happened to be in the neighborhood, saw wee has some trees that needed to be trimmed, stopped by, offered me a great prices, did the work fast and cleaned up quickly

Very prompt, nice friendly team of guys, they helped us get a family cat out of a tree. While that may not be their core competency, they took were willing to come by quickly and see if they could help. With haste they removed our cat before bad weather hit.

Had large limb that had been split longwise during recent hurricane winds. Jordan did a very professional job in climbing up, and supporting both himself and the tree limb with ropes, successfully removed the limb

They did a great job and we are glad they did the work at a fair price.

Excellent work and service! This company promptly called and requested a time to give me a quote. Jesse evaluated the work, and he and his crew expertly knocked out this project and left the area clean. They quote a fair price, and actually, I think they went above and beyond and did more work than asked of them. I would definitely recommend them!

Had a tree fall over from a storm an one that was growing towards my house. The guys handled everything that we discussed when they they came out for an estimate. Would definitely use again and recommend them.

Team does a fine job trimming trees and for a fair price, but they don’t finish the job as promised. After verbally agreeing to what the city requirements were yard debris pickup, the team left a massive mound of mixed debris at the end of the driveway. The city will not pick this up—nor will the team call us back or fix/haul the debris. Would not recommend.

They did a great job. Had 19 trees cut down and cleaned up in a week. Then came back and ground the stumps.

The guys (Crew 3) stopped by looking for work and we took a chance on them. They did a phenomenal job! They were quick, efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves. We will definitely be utilizing them in the future! Couldnt be more pleased!

Someone in your truck was tailgating me, driving recklessly and flicked me off on I-77 northbound on Monday, May 18th 2020 at 5:30 PM. I was in a line of cars in high traffic in the right lane, I wasnt affecting his driving at all. It was a horrible display of a business, you should employ better people.

AWFUL. Unprofessional, dangerous, unethical service. Wish we had called any other company. We lost 2 trees during a storm and received a quote to remove both immediately. Crew didnt come back as promised. After a dozen phone calls and 2 more days, they showed up and demanded more (nearly double) for the exact same job. When we refused they went to our neighbors (one tree was partially over the fence but we had asked Triad Tree to quote the whole job) and insisted they had to pay hundreds of dollars more. Workers wore no ear or eye protection and chain smoked while using gas-powered saws--careless, dangerous, and an accident waiting to happen. Piled debris at the curb in huge pieces the city would not take (even throwing pieces as long as 15 feet behind the pile where they couldnt be seen from the street). Left massive stumps and a mess in the yard. Total disaster start to finish.

When I called them to come out they was there within 30 minutes. The answered all my questions and concerns and told me what I needed to do. And after the completion of the job my yard was clean and everything back the way it was except the trees was gone and I would definitely call them back again thank you Triad tree trimmers

Triad Tree Trimmers came out and took down 3 trees for me. The trees were big and close to the house. Crew 1 came and removed them with no problem piece by piece. These guys are very well manner and know exactly what they are doing. I will use these guys again and recommend them strongly to anyone interested in having tree work done or estiment giving.

Employee for this company, unfortunately do not know is name, came to my mothers house for a free estimate. He did not acknowledge me, only talked to my mother while he was at her house. Instead of telling us how much it would cost to cut some dead limbs off a tree he decided to ask my mother how much is in your budget? and he will tell us what he can do for the amount of money she can spend. I said usually a person will tell you how much it would cost, because they know the labor and expenses instead of trying to take all the money from a customer! I stayed calm during the conversation, but you could tell that he was irritated by me asking questions. When we said we will get back to him he walked off quickly to his truck not saying goodbye or anything else. This employee was very unprofessional, did not smile, and I will definitely not be doing business with this company.

The customer service was more than I could have asked for. They have a certified arborist who has over 20 years experience who took me step by step on how he was gonna remove my tree safely. The owner Neil Stukes really takes his time and make sure the job is done in the safest way possible. Triad Tree trimmers are also accredited by the BBB and insures your home up to one million dollars. Very professional and knowledgable crew. I would recommend Triad Tree Trimmers to anyone in need of any arborstry work.

One guy came to my house with a crew of about 4 workers to trim a tree. He asked me not to tell the other guys how much he was charging me for the job. He overcharged me but what made me really mad was the poor job they did. When I informed him that I wasnt satisfied with the job, he said it was my fault because he did exactly what I said. I will never do business with this company. Terrible service and horrible customer service.
