Kelly and her staff have been very responsive to my questions about both car and home insurance. Being technically challenged, they helped me with Drivewise and other difficulties I had online. Kelly also spent a lot of time trying to find the right coverage for me at a cost I could afford.

I have been with Allstate for a few years now and I have had ZERO issues with them! They have all been very nice every time that I have gone in the office. I have owned 2 different motorcycles and had both insured through Allstate. I have never had to file a claim (thank goodness - knock on wood) but I feel sure if I ever had to, I would not have any issues with the process due to the quality and knowledge of their employees! Kelly Spillman is my agent, and she has been great! Even though the website sends automatic receipts when I pay my bill online, Kelly always sends me a personal email letting me know that they have received my payment. (Not everyone can say their insurance agent cares enough to take their time to acknowledge their clients each month!) Thank you Kelly, for being the person that you are and for genuinely caring about people. That seems to be hard to come by anymore, and I feel fortunate to be part of the Allstate family.

Just moved to NC from Florida and my wife and I were very happy to find a great local Allstate to transfer our insurance. Staff were very helpful and answered all our questions and we now have auto and homeowners insurance with them. Pleasantly surprised to find the Insurance costs considerably lower here in NC than FL.
