I had the $50 package. It was wonderful and well done! Leg massage and shoulders and neck. Hot stones were used. I felt terrific when I left! Eyebrow too! Another great job. I highly recommend Nail Luv. Dont forget to tip!

Uncomfortable finger nail chairs. Gel polish all over my fingers. Manicure was very low end. Rub a little lotion on your arm and done. Tools werent sanitized that I could tell. Pedicure was pretty good. Would not recommend.

This was the worse customer service ever!! My real nails are shown on each side of the acrylic, 3 nails are super lumpy!! The lady that took care of my mom was super rude to her!! They had the head of the shower to fill.up the pedicure pan up with soaking in the tub with my feet (I took it out due to I seen people come and go and they never washed them between uses)! I spent almost 200$ there and I am very unhappy!! Only thing I liked or loved is my color on my awful looking acrylics!!

I needed a fill in on a Sunday (first mistake) and chose this place in a pinch (second mistake). I waited 45 minutes for some kind of service and never received a thing. They couldnt have cared less that I was in there but maybe thats the price I paid for being quiet, patient and minding my business seeing as how the lady that came in after me got service before me and she was embarrassingly obnoxious, rude and loud. Must be the way to get service in that place but they need not worry abut getting it from me. I will just stick to my usual place and if Im desperate on a weekend Ill just wait it out. Would not recommend.

I just moved to Thomaston and used this place twice. Both times my s&s didnt last a week. They were so fast at doing the service and were very sloppy. My nails usually last 3 weeks

My daughter and I have almost always been happy with the service and ending results. I do wish that there was a less painful position for foot/ankle while doing the soles of feet. I almost cant stand the pain of the pedestal pressing against the back of my ankle area. It would also be great if SOMEONE there could paint a simple silhouette of a bird, a nail art stencil, something. I was extremely disappointed than I ended up with no nail deco at all. Without the accent art, it looks like I did them at home. And my last few visits my foot soles have been left rough. The whole purpose of the visit, to get toenails done beautifully and to alleviate the rough/dry skin.

They made my friends nails awful. she wanted a reindeer painted on her nails but they put stickers on her nails instead. so disappointed.

They didnt put the tips on my nails the right way.They filled my tips of my sns nails so much that they where brittle and breaking off. Once I was getting them painted there where not filled right there where wrong lengths. And then once i finally left 3 of my nails where cracked and the paint was chipped off.

I came in today to get my SNS nails removed. The man that sat me and worked on me began to rip my nails off one by one with a pair of clippers. They were not coming off easily since the tips are glued on and had not been soaked at all. This hurt me and I made the worker aware that I was in pain. He responded with a dismissive “oh yeah” and continued. I asked him why they did not soak nails off, seeing as the method he was using was not very effective. He told me “soaking takes too long”. I would’ve been glad to wait for the soaking process rather than be put through pain and have my nails absolutely destroyed. I do not understand why customers would be asked to pay for something that they could’ve easily done at home. If I wanted to butcher my own nails, I would have stayed home and done that for free. I wanted them professionally removed and that is not at all what happened. I will not be returning.
